We stayed at Ramada for 2 days and our stay included the breakfast. I was attended by Deepali at the restaurant and she is the nicest person I have ever met. She was very well spoken, very polite and took care of my headache with a freshly made ginger tea as I didn’t want to have the already fillers in teas in the kettle. She also packed me some breads and butter for our way. I thank her so much for the care she took of me. Thank you so much. Wishing her the best.

I stayed for a week and hotel is well maintained. Rooms are clean and the in-room service is very good. I must mention about the cleaning staff who are punctual and hard working professionals. The wifi and food is good. Gym is good with functioning equipments. Place is quite with a lake around it.
Improvement I would suggest: Room should have a working desk. Swimming pool should be improved as they put lot of chlorine, instead they can change the water 3-4 days once by re-using the same water for outdoor plants. One drawback is there are no walkable restaurants nearby, but you can get online delivery.
Overall a good stay for the price.

Hotel restaurant is good & more options are available for breakfast as well as dinner. Proper hygiene has maintained in the restaurant by Chef nabanita and Chef Tausi. Service staff of Sanjay & Kanha are very co-operative. Room service is very slow & proper toiletries not filled while cleaning the room.

I booked a 40L wedding at ramada but they ruined it for 50 thousand from some other people they made nuisance at my event hotel staff was not at all supportive these other guys got drunk n made scene in my event the management didnt help me even after conveying the mishap from their side i booked my wedding 6 months earlier when i asked them they gave no response i was stage asking for help from my event guys who tried to sort the matter but they started to make rough decision poor management skills ruin my wedding made big mistake trusting ramada i wish this never happens with anyone in future mr hemant , subhansu , rohit non off them were able to help me coz they sold some small shady place to some off scene people who got drunk and were shouting and making fun of my guest i choose to not support such behaviour coz one invest in them with full trust spending their life savings not for such off beat behaviour Booking was made for 300 people for 2 days Hardly 100 people attended the event i wud never recommend ramada encore for anyone coz of such unskilled staff and poor professionalism Never coming to ramada encore nipania again

The bestest hotel experience in every sense hospitality courtesy and services and above all food served with love and care. They provide all possible comfort to guests. Rooms are very clean and bed was very comfortable . I had problem with size of pillows although they were very good quality but they are designed for western world people who have very good physique not for Indians and Asian and specially not for women like me with average Indian height. First of all, It is not a proper Ramada Hotel! It is a franchise operating under the name of Ramada by Wyndham Hotels. The franchise part might ruin the Ramadas brand value, this franchise is doing that. The room that I had booked was the Hollywood room. The AC was not working properly, so made a complaint as soon as I entered the room, to only come to know that the sensors were faulty and malfunctioning, so after a tired flight, I had to again wait for another hour in the room because the faulty sensors were getting changed. Even that didn't help, had to complain again to come to know that the Ac was not cooling the room below 25 degree celcius! This is how they are maintaining their hotel?!?!? The staff technician were helpful, they were working and doing their job, but the management, a complete let down. Never saw the manager do it's job ,huh?
There was no toll free for the Ramada hotels, hence after this review, I will surely let the Wyndham hotel know through the email that how underperforming management they have kept and how they are lowering the brand value.
Now coming to the Breakfast service which was included in my package. The breakfast options were limited and below average, might go for Indore tastebuds but for Mumbaikars and Delhiites, The complete food from Indore is just overhyped and the same was here at this hotel. The breakfast service was slow and the servers were very much unaware most of the time, which definitely showed lack of training. Told this to my friend who is at Marriot from IHM, he laughed and was shocked how such services are running at this hotel! The food: Poha was good Juices were all tetra packs with adulteration of sugar water and ice. Tea coffee was available on demand but for coffee the only option was cappuccino. Fresh fruits availability was below standards. My Mother had to make one of the staff member aware about an insect near the live food counter that was near the food! That's, "Ramad Encore by Wyndham Hotels" 😂
Food ordered from swiggy/Zomato was allowed, just you would need to go down to and get it from the delivery executive. Because this Hotel is not in proper city and takes a little more time to get here, I used to tip riders all the time. Even blinkit is accessible here!
Overall, waste of money, this is just a franchise, money like Ramada Standards, service like a 2 star hotels. Invest a bit more, go for Marriot , Radisson, Sheraton , Sayaji and more, but avoid this.
Concluding, I am already planning one more Indore trip for the Holy temples, but I am well aware now what to avoid and where to travel, this below average hotel is excluded from that list and is best to be avoided, and I hope most of the travellers too read my review before opting and wasting your precious money here.
