I visited Indore first time with my family and selected this hotel for our stay.I would say , the stay was wonderful.All the staffs were polite and helpful starting from receptionist to housekeeping ,room service and chef.
Service were fast and staff were always ready to help especially Ajay,Bhaskar and Ravi
Complimentary breakfast was good .Just if there were more than one option for fruits would have been great. Also, the chef Mrinmoy Mandal was very polite and helpful .He made us the food based on our instructions and taste .
I deducted one star because I find the room little bit small based on the price charged.
Thank you to whole team for the wonderful stay...

The hotels room were neat and clean, more than expected. With 2000 per night I can easily compare the cleanness with hotels like Fairfield or Holiday Inn. It was real value for money. I booked Marriott but later when more people joined then I thought of going for cheaper option and it was worth saving money. Well it depends upon your expectation also but rooms were clean, breakfast was included and good. Overall if you are looking for a hotel in around 2000 per night, this is the best bet. Value for money. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at Playotel. The breakfast staff, especially Surendra Patel, went above and beyond to assist with our child's breakfast needs. They were incredibly polite and helpful.
