Our stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning and the relaxing atmosphere of the pool area. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!". Absolutely amazed and overwhelmed with the PARK INDORE. From personal touch of hospitality to welcome at the reception , room service to the spa.. everything is of highest standards.. the breakfast is world class and lavish if I may say so,the attending staff and managers prefer their guests not to queue at the buffet ,one just needs to point out and they serve everything to you on your table with that personal touch. Rooms are new with fresh interiors and upholstery;bed ,pillows and showers are more than satisfying, toiletries are good quality (kama ayurveda). The spa services are brilliant aith expert therapists. I was attended by the lobby manager Ms.Shivani and Mr Sudip at the restaurants during meals and they did a fabulous job in ensuring my comfort and stay.. I'm only staying here when I'm back to Indore. It's like home away from home.

The overall experience is good, the staff is friendly and the service was very good. We were served by Akash and he was very good, prompt and helpful.
Overall food was good, some of the dishes like beetroot tikki, dahi kababs were very good. Some of the item were even below average. Dumplings were pathetic, should not be ordered here.
One downside is, hotel refused the wifi access, even small restaurants and cafés these days provide wifi, however this hotel refused it. Something the hotel must think about.
Best part actually is the serving staff Akash who politely handled everything well.

Was pleasant stay! All good in room service and room decor. Breakfast table is worth enjoying! Lighting system of room is unique and you need not to come out from the bed to switch on or switch off the lights. The missing part is not having fuit basket in the room.

Park Indore for mum and me was a fabulous experience.
Initially apprehensive about this place it turned out to the opposite.
Service : top notch led by GM Debjeet Banerjee. He is truly leading from the front. He is always around checking the facilities and getting feedback from guest. We has a couple of queries and they were resolved promptly. GM went out of the way and helped organise a trip to Mahakal. We will surely come back for him. He is a great asset to the park brand.
Rooms - quality space and good room service.
Food - led by sudeep Kanjilal F and B manager - street food may be famous in Indore but be enjoyed our grub in the hotel. This coupled with the service and personal touch of sudep. As an example they bespoke small portion sizes for mum to give her better variety. Chef Ravi Kumar also dererves praise for his food - be it poha/ pasta or South Indian.
