Hotel is very close to my business place. ther is a lot of staf for sarvis one thing is that good there couple are not allowed there the house keeping staf is too good behaviour and reseption manager behavior is to good . Rooms Are always Clean AnD Greate place To stay.

It was one day solo trip , Amazing hospitality , Clean Room , hygiene and neat and clean washroom. The room service guy name Satish was very helpful through out my stay he was very supportive and on his toes every time I needed him.He assisted me personally every time I needed his help. very friendly nature, And humble behavior . He got my clothes ironed , And taking care of my Each and every minute things.

Room was modern and very clean. USB ports in the wall, and plug and bedside light integrated into each bunk. Breakfast was very assorted, worth the price. Great for my family with teens. Parking outside of check in and check out hours was not an issue.....helping and familer managers....!!! No issues of online payment .

staff behavior is very bad
no kettle is available..no towel and soap is provided...they take the delux room price and showed me the base price room.
and they dont know how to treat the guest...

This is a very good place at a very reasonable price. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food is good and quantities are very large so one order should be good enough for three people. Rooms are quite clean. At this price range, it is definitely a place worth opting for. Quite close to the airport, BRTS stop, and also other attractions around the city.
Special mention to desk manager Mr. Ajay Pathak who helped us out immensely with some logistical work.

As I cheak in the hotel I saw some things which I don't want to see I saw a garbage keeping in wordrob. I don't know how housekeeping preparing te rooms. But the Ajay sir help me out of this and the satish was very polite. Hotel Authority need to focus on who is making the rooms.
