Good service and delicious food. The room service from the restaurant is excellent as well. However, the doorbell sound is too loud. It would be better to knock on the door or lower the volume of the doorbell. Requires a cloth hanger at the room cox the cupboard cloth hanger is too up high

I was in Indore to attend a business meeting. On average, I travel twice a month and stay at various classes of hotels in different cities. I chose this hotel because it is located in a business district and right across my office. I stayed in their superior room no. 211. Though the hotel is situated on a arterial and busy road, rooms are remarkably quite. Their check in time is 12 pm and check out time is 10 am. I reached the hotel at around 8:00 am and they arranged to provide me a room by 8:15 am without charging anything extra. The room was not very large with only a small window with not so great view. Rooms, linens and towels are clean and changed daily. Tea & coffee maker was available in the room. Toiletries were limited to shower gel, shampoo & body lotion and were not branded. Only one towel is provided and you have to ask the room service if you require more towels. A geyser is installed for hot water. Food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, is served in the room as well as in their restaurant on the ground floor. I loved the grilled fish and chicken biryani. There is a rooftop bar & restaurant as well. The complimentary buffet breakfast spread is mostly vegetarian but eggs are served made to order. The biggest plus point of this hotel is that the staff is very cordial and helpful. The service is efficient and fast. There are many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. There is no private parking in this hotel. I will recommend this hotel if you are on a short business trip and you require a decent place for a good night's sleep in a reasonable tariff of around ₹ 3000/- including taxes & breakfast.

Excellent supporting Staff and Food menu. Ashish provided excellent support right from the onboarding till my checkout. The dinner was also very hygienic and tasty, and affordable. The breakfast buffet was really good.

It was Nice and safe stay, room was nice and descent. The restaurant is hygienic food tasty and you get multiple choice for complementary breakfast. , and very gentle staff. The girl shivani at reception is very humble and sweet.

Hotel is fine, location is truly 5 star, room a bit damp and oldish but most staff were excellent - ready to serve. Stay was spoiled by 1 dishonest staff from F&B called Ashok Kumar. Since my spouse met with minor accident and had problems walking so we ordered dinner via room service. While ordering my instructions were very clear, little spices pls but among other dishes the dry or mix veg dish came too spicy and I could not eat beyond 1 spoon and sent back rest. Now this guy from F&B called Ashok Kumar while taking feedback for dinner promised that he will NOT charge this so called 249 rupee dish which is like 4 Singapore dollars. He was nice enough to send me complimentary tea to counter spicy food. However next morning while checkout I was asked to pay full , when I informed staff what Ashok Kumar promised- they called him and he straight way took u-turn and started giving poor excuses. Come one our flight was on time and we were rushing out and paid but felt cheated by what was promised last night and in morning staff was singing a completely different song lol and just for 4$. No ethics and no value of words, btw if food is not prepared as per customers cleAr instructions then we shouldn’t be charged. paid 249 rupees for a spoon of mix veg.

Excellent services given by hotel and Mr. Chanchal Bhatnagar. Breakfast was really tasty. Location is best. Housekeeping staff is also good but can be more focussed when make room ready. Yet few small things they can improve like NFC door lock,wifi, better bathroom accessories etc. At times reception was not picking call probably in rush hours.

Hi, I am Giriraj Khini and I am staying in room 207 of Alba Hotel AB road opposite C21 indore. I would like to appreciate Mr. Rajan, the manager of housekeeping. Being a good room attendant she responds to all our requests and she really takes care of cleaning and taking care of our room. He really takes care of his guest and communicates very well.
