The place is quite good. The night vibe is actually very fantastic and fascinating. The night colours and decorations will give a very good and romantic vibe. The staff is also very good and co-operative. The food is also quite nice with normal charges like not too high and not too low with good quantity. Also there's pool with per persnd the pool will get closed at 6 pm that is the only thing which could be improved like if the pool could be at night or pool location (which is near the restaurant) could be separate than it would be perfect.

I recently stayed at the Skyline Club and Resort in Indore for the second time, thinking to give it another chance as this place is on the bypass and my detour is just 5 minutes. Unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The bedsheet, blanket, and towels were moist and had a very unpleasant smell. The wash basin was choked, and the sofa was visibly dirty.
Both times, the front desk staff were busy attending calls, which could be due to mismanagement in the system, understaffing, or numerous complaints to be handled.
The valet parking is quite far from the hotel, and no one attended to my car at the porch. It was raining, and I had to walk 60 meters in the rain.
This place might be good for parties, but if you are just staying here, please think twice. The food is good, especially the Indian dishes, which are reasonably priced. The junior staff, like the trainees and housekeeping executives, performed their duties well.
The bathroom was a major issue, and as you can understand, a choked wash basin can ruin your day. I checked out as soon as possible.
I am giving 2 stars: one for providing shelter for the night and one for the junior staff who tried their best within their authority to help me. The rest of the staff appeared unskilled. At check-in, I saw a couple complaining aggressively at the reception, but I had already made the payment and was not in a condition to let it go.

What would u call a person ,who read the previous reviews and yet decided to stay at this horrible resort. This property is big but not at all well kept.The tarrif they charge for such unhygienic rooms full of seepage and fungus is not worth it. One doesn't feel like using the hand towel etc provided by the resort.They simply do not look clean.No hygiene maintained ,dirty linens.
The staff is not well trained,management is not prompt with slow check in service.
The food is not great esp as per indori standard.
The kid area is a plus point here,but not well kept .No paper napkins in the common restrooms.
No welcome drink on arrival was served,which was mentioned in the inclusions.
Pool was complimentary,but we couldn't use it as there was a party going on.
The shower curtains are dirty and the blind in the bathroom had black fungus spots. The room had seepage smell,not at all welcoming sight.This is not at all a place to spend weekend and waste money.
Pls read my review ,also the previous one's before booking ur stay here.U are worth a far better experience than this.
Most important:the management is very bad,even upon requesting that we were not happy with the cleanliness and the room.They did not provide us a better one or bother to get the linen changes atleast.There major focus was on a wedding function which was organised in their resort.

This hotel i not 4 star as they claim.. No WIFI works No fridge works No TV. Fridge and TV are like Toys in Room. Room service is pathetic.. Nobody attends in 30 40 Minutes. Never book this property It will spoil your Holidays...Nobody is ready to hear your Complaints.

Yesterday stayed my experience with the housekeeping was extremely disappointing. Despite paying good money for my room, the cleanliness and attention to detail were severely lacking. The bedsheets were stained and looked like they had not been changed from the previous guest. There was also a musty odor throughout the room which made it difficult to breathe. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, they offered to send someone to clean the room, but I declined as I had already lost trust in their housekeeping services. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor housekeeping standards. TV also not working.

Hi stayed here with my friend on 3rd April.we booked a pool view room , which have direct accessto pool, when we were checking inn , I found to know that they have some party on pool side , I ask them that is any prob to using swimming pool by the hotel guests but they denied n say u can use it with no problem. When I checked inn n after 2 hours want to go to use the pool the guard which I can say they r Goons stop us that we can't use the pool ,, I surprised n than argued with them n staff of hotel , after a long discussion when I said I don't wanna stay here more just refund my amount they finally agreed to allow us to use the pool. Than at night when I come to access my room lobby attache with pool , the guard again arguing that I can't come outside my room to use that lobby. Than again the same issue I faced n this time I came to know that the party is organiby some other private company for local boys n girls n mostly on weekends they give thr pool on rent for private event companies. This time I get angry that how if I paid to a resort for pool n pool access room Than how they denied to use us the same, after a long arguing the main boss of the Goons the front office manager Mr. Singh came in the case n he is really the worst person I ever met In life . Completely irresponsible n rude to guest. He denied us by saying it happened every weekends in our hotel. So seriously if anyone looking to boom this hotel should avoid weekends. N I m not confirmed but when I watch it from my room some illegal is going on in this party ,, girls n boys r really fully drunked n don't know have something illegal. Just one thing good about this hotel is their restaurant staff they r best. But the resort is worst in providing good stay to thr guest. Attached some pics u can see the guard (GOONS) IN IT.
