I came here for business trip and stayed for two days. The rooms are comfy..One of the best thing I liked is the window view…It is great…specially the restaurant…it is like you can have food looking beautiful roads and buildings…food is good and all the staff members are well behaved and helpful in nature. Every time ask early check-in and check-out change . Regular customer also to aap ek kaam karo is brach ko charges hotel naam de do or staff was not coperative evey time . Spl from office staff ki aap ko charges dena padega nahi to hum room nahi de sakti humare room ho ya na ho meko ye smjh nahi aaya early check-in and late check-out ka subject to availability complementary ka mtlb kya hota hai .. every time ask charges . The Hotel with the brand value of TATA IHCL Group is expected to be highly professional and i personally felt the food was very good at this property and the hygiene was maintained by Mr. Dharmendra and Mr. Sanjeev. They're the true advocate of the brand and keeps customer services at priority.

stay and ginger along with family,especially the senior citizen is very homely feeling.We enjoyed it very much.Young staff working in hotel is very cooperative and helping.
It is strictly heart felt advise from my side that ,if elderly people or families are visiting in the city where Ginger hotel is situated then first priority must be Ginger.
I stayed along with my elder brother aged 75 years enjoyed their taste of food .He got his taste of food of Bihar also on request.My wife felt stomach disorder during stay but no problem felt by us as we got khichari and dahi on our request.
chef and kitchen staff cooperation is praise worthy ,we can not forget it.
House keeoping staff also cooperated helped us by keeping our house clean.It can not be forgotten.
Once again I Advised that Stay at Ginger a Unique experience.

The services was really good and Pravat at the front desk was really good. He made sure the services is given whenever needed.
Want to highlight one thing since I had to leave early in morning from Indore to Khandwa and Pravat was there who helped me arrange some fruits and sprouts in the morning which delighted me and I really appreciate that he went beyond his work to help me getting what I needed.
Overall staff were good and always ready to help.
Would always recommend Ginger to all my friends and family.
