We had a very comfortable stay in Sonash The hotel is located in a prime location staff members are very cooperative . Morning breakfast is mouth licking every day new item was served . Rooms are hygenically clean and sufficient to accomodate 3- 4 members Food is very also hygenic and healthy . Overall a very pleasant stay and value for money

We had a very comfortable stay in Sonash Hotel for 3 days in the month of Februvary 2023 . The hotel is located in a prime location staff members are very cooperative . Playotel in soanash is nice hotel and hospitality and carrness is superb i like the hotel the building the rooms and materials is quite good and owsome and the provide the breakfast in free .we can take lunch and even though dinner .and for a farewell and birthday celbration is accomodate for hall the have a defferent hall in groud flour and top flours .and the staff are very good .the area friendly miss tos hotel to be there again . They have different hotels in bhanwarkua square this place is for a family hotels and like students or teams hotels with cheap price, some day I would like to visit this hotels again to have my holiday. The rooms are big and it's very comfortable to stay at Indore, they can do pick and drop on the airport this is one of the best hotels in India which met. Indore is very clean in the cities of India and took five times award of the cleanliness cities in India. The local market and the local people are very nice to talk with them and have fun with them. For the last but not the list, many people will like to stay and visit this place and stay out here in this hotels will make your holiday with happy.

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay in Indore after reading a lot of positive reviews on various platforms which also stated ‘Parking available’. I was suppose to check into hotel late evening and when I reached realised that there is no parking. The hotel staff asked us to park on the roadside side parking (mind that there is a service lane that runs between hotel and main road known as AB road). We asked for an alternate space since we were carrying a lot of transfer luggage and could not take out all of it for the night.
The hotel wasn’t accommodating neither for parking and nor for booking cancellation.
We were left to search another accommodation at about 8PM in the night and had to let go the entire amount that I paid to Playotel.
Added the photo as well - where you can clearly see the roadside parking where the hotel wanted us to park and also a service lane that sits between hotel and main road.

A very comfortable and safe stay at Playotel Inn Sonash at AB road. Staff is very friendly and helping. Breakfast had decent options and was of good quality and taste. Nice rooms with all standard amenities like tea-coffee maker, shower, toiletries etc. In peak seasons, this could get costlier but you can talk with them upfront to get discounts. Overall a satisfying stay. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed for two days at Hotel Playotel Inn Sonash with my family.The check in was very smooth and quick. The room size was really large and have a all the modern amenities. The central AC was very much effective, sofa cum bed for third person, Freeze, electric kettle, large bathroom with 24 hours hot water supply. The room service was excellent with very cooperative staff. Best part of my stay was the delicious food served at Restaurant. The breakfast was extraordinary with plenty of items to choose from.All the food items was very tasty. The restaurant staff was very cooperative and give very good service with smile. Special mention to Bhumi, she was the great host. Over all, I strongly recommend to all the categories of travellers to stay at this beautiful property while you are ar Indore. I will definitely visit again Cheers

We spent four nights here in December 2022. Despite being quite clean, the room had a few shortcomings. The bed springs were worn out and bouncy. The room had a glass with a sticker on it rather than any windows which had light coming through it at night because there were no curtains. In the night, the generator was incredibly loud, which made it difficult to sleep. They ignored several concerns and did nothing.
Even though the check-out time was shown as 11 in our booking confirmation, they insisted that we check out by 10 when we asked for a brief extension the morning of our departure. When we told them that, they agreed for a 11:30 check out.
The on-site restaurant, however, serves delicious food and a filling breakfast buffet. The service at the restaurant was also quite nice. They wait time for food seemed a bit long, but the taste made up for it.

I understand this is 3-star kind of no-frills stay, but guys make it little comfortable! Stayed here with husband and kid for 2 nights.
1. The mattress was extremely weird spring kinds that gave such a bad backache to all of us! I literally slept on the floor and trust me, that was good for my back then their mattress.
2. And The extra bed was supremely hard and so short that it couldn’t even fit my 12-years old!!
3. The pillow was HUGE and uncomfortable.
4. The AC made such obnoxious huge noise that couldn’t sleep.
5. There were insane mosquitos in room and despite informing reception in the morning, repellent wasn’t switched on in the room.
6. Our room door was open when we came second day evening. And Reception at night was rude and wasn’t willing to accept the lapse
7. Shower had no water pressure whatsoever
8. Breakfast used to be kept open right under the ac vent (reason: ppl don’t know how to open the lids). Pic attached. Hence it used to be extremely cold

Here my relative had stayed, He praised the hotel and the behavior of the staff here was very good. I came to pick them up from there and I asked to wash my car but the Parking Gourd of the hotel asked for 300/- to wash the car. They had the keys of my car. The bottle of liquor is also missing from my car. All I want to suggest to you is that only after knowing and identifying each and every employee, hire them.
