We stayed at this property for one night , now we felt it is the worst property and least responsive in taking care the valuables if we keep in their room locker with code, we stayed during Nov16-17 2023, while check out forgot to take out valuables kept in our room's locker, but my wife forgot to take back valuable jewellery from the locker and called the hotel about it in the morning of Nov 17, Without even checking or investigating the case , they straight away refused , extremely irresponsible and unprofessional in dealing the customer issue. They kept on insisting that their Hotel thousands of events happened and their staff security is tight etc etc, from the instance we lodged complaints, everyone has same story, blaming on us . Everyone be aware and cautious before choosing this property, we lost our valuable jewellery and cash, but wish to bring information of all that in future no one should have such experience by choosing this property.

We had Wedding function of our daughter. The overall experience was excellent. The teams worked very hard to make the event successful. Would like to give few suggestions for the team As it was wedding event we didn't get Bath towels for triple occupancy more so there were no dental kits in bathroom. We got all this after giving a call to housekeeping. I feel that all these things should be kept prior to check in to avoid any inconvenience to guests. Otherwise everything was very good. The Staff is very courteous, helpful and supportive.

Great hospitality. The staff was courteous. All of them were polite and very cooperative. The breakfast spread was amazing and the food served was hot and delicious. The seamless wifi connectivity was another positive and having a large balcony was just the perfect place to relax.

Firstly they expect a lot of cash transactions for which they do not provide receipts. They say “ we are also making lot of payments in cash “.
The worst part is cheating NG on various charges. When I was checking out , they demanded cost of extra breakfast 25 nos by the concerned person Mr Anand. I demanded list of all people who had breakfast. I was made to wait for 1 hour 45 minutes and then they could not provide any proof and told me finally to go without making any extra payment. Same way they indulge into extra charging on buffet. My person caught them taking away some plates to increase plate count. Present GM Mr Parihar is a very stubborn person and does not cooperate for any issues. It seems he is just a puppet and no subordinate listens to him.
Horrible experience.
I suggest nobody should ever go for this hotel.
