We stayed at Wow Crest for one night on 08 Aug 2024. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, and the cleanliness and food were excellent.
It was actually my wife’s birthday that day, and I would like to give special thanks to Rubina, who went above and beyond to make the day memorable. She arranged complimentary balloon decorations in the room and beautifully decorated the cake table with rose petals. Along with that, the hotel provided a small complimentary cake, which was absolutely delicious.
Overall, our experience at Wow Crest was fantastic, and the personalized touch made it even more special.

overall experience was not good .. service quality is very poor . at checkin the staff offered to send tea to room and after 30 min we have to call and then they again asked if we need tea. for the additional bed we have to call 4 times from 5:00 to 10:00 to get it done. at breakfast there was no one attending and have to request few times for things .. no one even asked if we need tea or coffee and where we can sit .
we also tried buffet lunch and everything was either empty or cold and no one was there to guide . list is endless . every year we visit india and try to stay at Taj hotels and last one was varanasi and if I give 8 points to varanasi on service I will only give 2 to wow crest.
also as our booking was done under shareholders plan thought hotel would have been more considerate.

The breakfast food was the same for the 7 days that I stayed. Literally the same. I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t at least rotate every few days. Sure 1 or 2 dishes would swap every 2 days, but the overall selections are repetitive. 2nd time in a year I stayed a week each and I kid you not, the food was still the same. If nuts run out in the cereals area, that’ll be empty for 3 days.
Bathroom and room in general didn’t feel like it was thoroughly cleaned when I come back, just bed touch ups here and there.
Twilight and Nazm restaurants for night time / dinner were decent. In-room dining food was decent also. Servings are too big for solo travelers in my opinion. Would be nice to have small options so you can order some variety.
Gym was fine and felt clean.
Bathroom and room in general didn’t feel like it was thoroughly cleaned when I come back, just bed touch ups here and there.

Wow crest, really made say WOW , when I saw the inside. It's different. You see whole building from lobby.
I had good experience with reservation. They complied with my need of reservation. I am thankfull to Adi Mathur and Nicky Pandey.
Shreya did the good job and made checking very quickly. That really soothed our fatigue.
Sous Chef, deepak diwaker, promptly accepted my request for serving pure jain and food without onion Garlic. And also offered to prepare food of our choice
Dinner spread is excellent.
Room is nice.
I am thankfull to hotel for upgrading my room. And fruit basket they served.
First time in my experience with IHCL, toiletries and fridge were not stocked properly. I am not complaining for this, but bringing this to notice of management.
Break fast was good. All items were good and tasty.

We stayed three nights at Wow Crest, Indore. The room size is good and the linens were clean. Location is quite central with shopping, restaurants and all the tourist attractions nearby. The campus is small and there is no lawn or green area within the campus. Our check in was smooth with Angelina and Rahul at the front desk doing a good job. The breakfast spread was good and all the preparations were delicious. Rumchum and Jashri, the two youngsters in the restaurant are sure to impress you if you come across them. They serve you really well. Two boys in the housekeeping, Pawan Chaudhary and Mahendra, did their job well and impressed us with their sincerity. Mr. Pushkar, manager, paid attention to all our needs and was always helpful.
It was good to see that Taj Group is taking steps to minimize generating waste. It would be great if they supplied safe drinking water in reusable glass bottles instead of half a litre plastic bottle. We were frightened looking at the number of plastic bottles we were discarding every day. Also, it would be much more sensible to keep shower gel, shampoo etc in refillable dispensers, instead of supplying them in small plastic bottles. We must do our bit to save the environment.

Overall Housekeeping experience was much below IHCL standard. Toiletries provided was inadequate and even after reminder not provided adequate one. 2nd day also it was not there. May be supervisor is not checking the room properly before allowing to the customer.

Hi … it is couple friendly however I am not sure regarding the local Id .
Yes they may allow , but cant stay overnight with single occupancy booking. .
