I have stayed in the hotel with my family, I came here through veena world travel. It was a very good experience to explore new places and things where the hotel prime location plays a key role. Pride hotel and convectional centre indore does not disappoints you, where the staff is very polite and honest. And the dinning area is beautiful and the food serve is very good. Hotel services and management are best. Hotel is neat and clean, they serves varieties of foods everyday and Mr. Pradeep Ojha who serves us in the dinning is kind and very helpful, always serve food on time and ask us of any food we need. The bathroom and rooms are very clean, they do room services daily. The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. If I have to come indore again I definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you for giving me family like experience when we are far from our home. It is definitely my best experience from any hotel.

Property is good with spacious rooms but there ends the positive side of the hotel. Maintenance is very bad. Bathroom supplies and room amenities needs to requested repeatedly and followed up. Housekeeping doesn't bother about the cleaning and replacing the supplies as expected in the star hotels. Shower cubicle door doesn't close. Shower area doesn't have soap and shampoo holders. They need to be placed on the floor. Shower doesn't have pressure. Health faucet Leaks. One day even after specifically informing the Housekeeping to clean the room, it was not done even at 5 Pm when we walked back. The answer given is they don't have the staff. Added to all these lousy maintenance, they start drilling and hammering in the upper / lower floor rooms in the night and need to fight with the manager for almost an hour to get this stopped. Though drilling stopped, hammering continued till late night and again started in the early morning disturbing our sleep. We didn't expect such pathetic service and maintenance from the branded and chain of hotels. I will never again look at any property of Pride group and also advise my family and friends circle NOT to look at their properties.
Only consolation part of our stay was the Restaurant section which was good. Their breakfast spread was fine and alacarte menu was customised.

I travel regularly to various hotels at various destinations due to my Job profile, this hotel experience has been by far the worst experience of my entire career. Sub Standard Hotel , Staff , Room , Food & other Amenities. If you can get the room for Maximum 1500 Rs than pls do stay here or else pls stay in a Dharamshala which definitely will be better than this experience.

It was a nice stay! Hospitality is good! Good behavior of staff as well!! Overall it was a nice experience! The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a relaxing escape. The on-site amenities, like the pool and fitness center, were also top-notch. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone.

Restaurant staff is very unfriendly...no higiene standard uncleaned restaurant.. I bought a booklet of this hotel. But now regret to buy with complementary buffet they will ask you for extra for roasted papad as well...staff is unfriendly service standard of manager to normal staff is very poor

I always like to stay at the Pride indore but this time gave me a huge insight into their customer service standards. I was leaving a bag for my sister and left my Apple Watch in the bag vs laptop bag and felt it was misplaced in the room.
The hotel management promptly helped me with all support and access till we found it in the bag.
Their openness and passion for customer satisfaction esp Mr Ali( hotel manager) was a positive experience for me. He personally insured to get room checked himself for me which shows how serious they are to help customers.
