My recent stay at this property was third stay in last one and half years so. Though the infrastructure remained the same, the change in the level of service, attentiveness and engagement with the customers has been pleasantly surprising. Not repeating what I said in my previous review about the infrastructure, but surely I can say a lot about service part that has improved remarkably.
The check in and check out was as smooth as it could be. Thanks to Swagnic and Ms Soemi (sorry if I misspelled) for going extra mile to get my food packed at the time off check out. In S café (all day dining restaurant) chefs can be seen interacting with the customers enquiring about food, knowing their food preference and feedback. Thanks chef Vibhash for special dish you served us. Other staff too was quite attentive and socializing with customers in an unobtrusive way. I would like to mention here Manager Neeraj gupta, Rishu singh, Basu, Pande and others as well whose names I am unable to recall. Valet parking staff was quite efficient and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here.
One may ask then why only four star ranking. There are reasons. Our room (506) was highly inadequately illuminated particularly during night. There were only two ceiling lights in the room that too opposite side of the bed. There were no reading or any other light near the bed so you can’t read in the bed. It was brought to the notice but no effort was taken to address the issue or change the room. Second a minor goof up. We ordered Biryani (take away for our journey) with clear instructions for no chili and less spicy. But later we found it full of chili and very spicy, so couldn’t enjoy it during journey and had to settle for meal at a dhaba. In a five star setting such things matter.
Despite these minor issue, considering as one off, this property will remain preferred choice for my next stay in Indore and definitely would recommend to any one staying at Indore.

The stay was very comforting. Right front check in where simpi took good care of our requirements and made it too smooth. The house keeping person bharat used to make new designs with towels and flowers everyday making my room look more beautiful and cozy. Persons at the malt and the restsurent were all very cooperative. Abhijeet needs to be mentioned for his service at thr breakfast. One thing that really touched me was that the hotel is pure veg. This is a delight for all vegetarians as you can eat freely without any hic ups will surely stay here if I return to indore.

Sheraton Grand Palace has one of the most exquisite architectural features I've ever seen. The ballrooms and the grand palace lawn is so big you could easily host a big wedding there and the food at S Cafe was also really good. I really loved the fact that the hotel is sticking to its morals about being pure veg; they truly know their clientele. We also went to Ujjain for family darshan and it was very refreshing to come back after such a tiring day to the hotel where the staff greeted us back warmly. “I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the overall experience was disappointing. The housekeeping service is poorly managed, understaffed, and seems indifferent to guest needs. The front desk staff also appeared unresponsive and uninterested in helping. Room service was extremely slow — I had to make multiple requests to get even basic amenities. The lack of attentiveness from the staff made the stay frustrating. There is potential here, but serious improvements are needed in service and responsiveness.”

My stay at Sheraton Indore was truly delightful. The hospitality here is exceptional, with the staff being extremely humble and attentive. A special mention to Preeti Singh, who served with warmth and ensured everything was taken care of perfectly.
The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options. On my personal request, the chef himself prepared and mixed Siri Pohe, which turned out to be absolutely amazing. The flavors were just perfect, making it a memorable start to the day.

We had a blast hosting our Annual Event at Sheraton Indore.. The hotel staff was all attentive, available, accommodating, committed and all charged. Every staff across levels were actively involved and everything was perfect. They hosted a event for almost 2000 people with zero error in decorations / table layout ..multiple spread of buffet ( 8 counters with additional live and chat counters).. there was not a single moment where there was any pushing and waiting for food and starters.. Everything was well organized. The venue was clean and AC was too good to manage such a huge crowd. I would surely recommend any corporate to go ahead and organize their event in Sheraton -Indore. Food quality was too good. We had a lot of foreign expats and they all loved the food.

We stayed in the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore on 27th June for a night during a road trip. The hotel is situated on the highway and literally looks like a palace. The whole experience starting from the warm welcome by guest relationship manager Disha at the reception, Disha was really courteous and kind to explain us all the amenities in the hotel and assured us 24*7 support for anything. The culinary experience was very unique as this property is a vegetarian only property, the spread included multiple indian cuisines with a few asian and italian options as well. The ice on the cherry was they packed a lot of breakfast for us as we had to leave early the next day. Overall the stay was great, would love to come back again.

Sheraton Grand Palace Indore has a Indian specialty restaurant Araana however during the last visits due to Covid there was no buffet however the restaurant is classy and food absolutely gorgeous. A must try
