My last three nights at Fairfield were a great opportunity for me to be exposed to exceptionally good treatment and services offered by the entire staff led by the General Manager Amit Bhai.
Pranay at the Reception desk, welcomed me warmly upon arrival and ensured I checked in without any hitches thereby setting a positive note for my whole stay there. His professionalism and attention were highly commendable.
Vanshika always delivered impeccable service along with her colleagues in Kava Restaurant throughout all of my visits to it. Being careful with details and having genuine warmth made every meal a memorable one, which improved my overall experience in general.
The level of cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the property was particularly worth noting. It appears that much effort was put into making sure that things were spotless always; this contributed greatly towards making me feel comfortable while staying at Fairfield.
I would like to make some suggestions for improvement. Firstly, it would be convenient if shower areas could have holders where guests can place their personal toiletries. Secondly, monitoring breakfast items like sprouts regularly is essential for better dining experiences.
However, what struck me most was such heartfelt attitude of hospitality and I wish to applaud the fineness of Amit, Pranay, Ashok, Vanshika and the entire team who made my stay memorable.

We stayed with Fairfield Marriot Indore 27/29 Dec 2nights. We reached hotel late at night , We booked through MMT for 3 adults and paid 14000 and the MMT voucher was showing clearly 3adults. But we arrived at the hotel we were shocked to know that we are required to pay for the 3rd adult.
Over the past week, I have booked hotels through MakeMyTrip multiple times (three, to be precise) for 3 adults in 1 room. In all previous bookings, the cost we paid for 3 adults included an extra bed in the room, as clearly reflected during the booking process. I was shocked to be informed at the hotel that I would need to pay additional charges for the third adult and the extra bed.
When I questioned the hotel staff about these charges, I was directed to a single line buried at the end of the booking confirmation email that states there will be additional charges for the third adult. As a frequent and loyal customer, I trusted MakeMyTrip to provide clarity and transparency in its pricing. Also since in my previous MMT booking I did not face this issue , I am forced to assume that this misleading practice has been done at the behest of Marriot itself . On the top of it Fairmont Marriot did not provide extra bed on the first night , (they said since the hotel was full only 4inch floor mattress could be provided) , they provided only twin bed and made two adults to share single bed . My wife could not sleep for the whole night. That was not enough , we found dirty toilett, uncleaned room floor and callous staff on the first day. We lodged a complaint the GM , he listened to us patiently though and apologised But then while checking out they refused to waive the extra adult charges, and when we insisted we are not going to pay for the first night since no extra bed was provided, they relented . All in all after having great experience in our earlier stays with different hotels , stay with Marriot surprisingly pathetic to say the least.

Avoid this hotel, if you expect decent views or are with a family 1. This hotel is located such that rooms either face a wall on one side or a construction site on the other 2. The reception staff are either poor in English or conscously dense. We had a voucher that showed a booking for 3 people in a room. Terms and conditions said any extra people in a room would be charged extra. Of course if the booking had said two people, extra would have meant the third person, but surely not when the booking is clearly showing for 3 people. Still they insisted on showing how on a website it says third person to be charged extra. Ignoring the voucher which was obviously showing 3 people were already booked and paid for. I had to pay extra to check in. The management at the hotel is of no help in this case. 3. At night, the housekeeping guys said they provide only a mattress for the third person. Not a rollaway bed. Had to point out extra payment had been made, and enquiring what is that charge for then. Finally when they had to provide a rollaway bed the service boy is doing it with frustration on his face. We are told Mr Jitendra of the front desk did not "hand over" the case correctly before leaving. And here we were thinking at a marriott, surely the payment must reflect in the system without needing a "handover" between shifts like a cheap motel. 4. The couch and chair in the room had stains. Have snaps to prove it.
However, the saving grace at this hotel is the kitchen staff. Sakshi and chef Deepak stood out in their service quality. Dinner buffet not that good but the breakfast buffet is okay.

Stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Indore for a night and found it great. Booked the breakfast and dinner package and was upgraded to Premium room.
Pros: 1. Large, clean & modern room with good views. 2. Tasty breakfast and dinner buffet with a large spread. 3. Live melodious singing at dinner buffet and the singer was taking requests from guests. 4. Nice covered car parking.
Cons: 1. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is not aligned with the wash basin. Due to this there is difficulty in routine chores like brushing and shaving. 2. The shower area only has a hand shower which doesn't provide a fulfilling shower. Either an overhead rain shower should be installed or the hand shower head should be replaced.

It was this time, that the entire staff turn the table. It was last Sunday where we stayed and there was little issues. But then this time, this was wow experience the entire staff was so caring and courteous that from Front Office (Purushottam Front Office Manager apologies if I mispell) looked after our stay and made sure that everything was smooth and amazing. We were offered early checkin, checkin was swift and seamless, Akash from F&B was highly professional and looked after us so well at the restaurant. Chef Deepak thank you somuch for the wonderful food, how you prepared us the world’s best noodles this was the best I ever had how you customised and looked after our taste. I have been staying in this hotel for quite some time now and I would like to say that even during these testing times, the hotel staff has managed to cope and cater to all the guests needs and wants at the same time maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety. One can also look forward to treat their taste buds with all kinds of delicacies. The rooms are quite comfortable to stay and their impressive response time to your wants also need a special mention. Their managers Mr. Jitendra and Mr.Abhilash are great guys to interact with, in pulling engaging conversations and they also ensure that their guests are well taken care of. I, for one, would highly recommend Fairfield Marriott for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, delicious food & at the same time without putting a major dent on your wallet.

Beds were very comfortable. But the room had some peculiar odor. Breakfast spread was elaborate ,but the staff lacked the understanding of clearing the table and replacing immediately with clean napkins and cutlery ,keeping it ready for next guest. The staff were courteous and room service was very nice. I believe some improvement is required , but overall it’s a clean and nice place to stay for few nights.
