We had an employee check into this hotel on Feb 13 and within just a few minutes of being in the room it was already a HORRIBLE situation. He walks into the room to find burns on the bed cover, holes in the wall, some sort of drug bags or something under the bed. The chair was broken and to top it off he found a half eaten burrito in the bed!!!! At which point he contacted us to move him from this establishment. The employee working the front desk then tried to accuse our employee of the damages to the room. Needless to say after speaking with us our room wasn't charged and we will make sure NO ONE ever stays at this establishment!

I had room 107 it smelled to the high heavens, had a broken piece furniture stored in it, floors were filthy and so was the vanity & bathroom area. The walls have not been cleaned since the early 1900's. Room 107 should not have been on the market. That room was so horrible that I did not shower until I returned home because I was afraid that I would catch something. I told the man at the desk about it and the only thing he said was that he would tell the manager about it. There was not any type of compensation offered at all. The only reason I stayed there was because I did not want to drive 4-5 hours to get to RDU airport from Columbia S.C. and the other hotels in the area prices were too high for just an overnight stay. I guess you get what you pay for. I forgot to add that the "free WiFi" sucks, I had to use my phone as a hot spot.…

as soon as i got there people where asking for money, they gave me room 203 it was dirty,stinky, beer in fridge. i went to office and ask him can i get my money back so i can go to another place he said no refund. he gave me room 204 same condition, after couple of mins of beeing there people where knocking at the door i didnt open. i didnt feel safe and locked my self in that room until my fiancee came out from work at 930pm..i was hungry all that time was scared to go out that room by myself..

The only good thing I can say is, there was a bed and a shower. Smoke alarm was beeping. No coffee, No remote control. Alarm clock did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Had to attend an important event at 8:am with wet hair. Chair smelled like urine. Sheets were stained. Was told breakfast started at 6:am. Went around at 6:15. Doors locked and no sign of life. In the amenities it states that the office is open 24hrs. I would never stay here again.

We do have 24 hour front desk staff available, however we do keep our doors locked at night for security reasons. You could simply contact the front desk from your room for any assistance during those hours. I am sorry that we could not provide you with an enjoyable visit. The hotel itself was in a very good location. There were various restaurants,grocery stores,etc around. Cleaner rooms and Staff was nice and helpful, I would recommend this place to any one on budget looking for good place to stay in

I would like to say that my stay has been an enjoyable experience. The staff at this location are accommodating and pleasant. I would be a better place to stay if management could update televisions so that guest can connect dvd players to it so they can watch movies if nothing is available on television.

This gets the worst rating because there is no excuse for bed bugs. I woke up itching and then realized I was bitten. My first thought was mosquitoes. Then I thought about it and pulled back the sheets and when I found a bug crawling around the pillow I was disgusted. I went to the next bed and there were no sign of any. I notified the front desk while checking out and she was very apologetic. She says that she would get treament ASAP to that room. I did inform her that I do reviews and she asked me not to mention it. I could not promise because I count on tripadvisor when determining hotels. It is not that I dont recommend this hotel, I just want to give my experience. I did not ask for a refund, but they never offered either.

The room had no towels, no coffee for the maker and no cups other than that the room was clean and within walking distance to many places to eat. giving a 5 in kids activities because chuck e cheese is beside it.

I heard some bad things about the carpet being dirty and stuff so I was reluctant to stay there but it was a really good place for the money and the carpets weren't really dirty. lol. When we arrived they had us down for the wrong room but when I showed the man what we had booked he upgraded us for free because they did not have any more rooms available like I had booked. So when you go bring your booking information. Other than that it was a great stay plus Denny's was right next door so we had good food although the waitress we had was really slow.
