Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Very good location and comfortable rooms. Accommodating staff with good breakfast options. Was especially helped by front office staff to help resolve issues. Mr. Aseer at the front desk was very helpful and professional!

This was a great disappointment, we expected way better at RRH. Much improvements can be made. If I just wanted bread options at breakfast I would've went somewhere else that's close to a bagel shop. We kept hearing all the chatters and laughing and TV in other rooms, we heard when somehow someone passed by our door. The bed I have to admire made the stay worst. Completely uncomfortable and noisy. No seating area for more than 1 person in the room, no microwave. The shower have problems finding the right temperature and then it kept adjusting itself somehow. Looking out the window on top the balcony was disgusting with settled water and mold and mildew along with trash. Overall very disappointed and we won't be staying here again.

For such an upscale Hotel I was very much expecting more. The room was very mediocre and only one small chair to sit, therefore anyone else would have to stand or sit on the bed. The walls had cracks and dents in it. Looking out the window was disgusting, there's trash and what looks like mildew stains all over the balcony like area outside the window with water puddles with insects in them as well. I hate that there wasn't a microwave in the room. The bed was completely horrible, every movement made annoying noise as if whatever the mattress was sitting on was straining. We kept waking up by the nose of the bed every night one of us moved or got up to use the bathroom. That was mainly the worst, having a noisy uncomfortable bed. I do have the say we preferred to sit around on the lounge area over being in the room. The breakfast was hardly anything, just a different choices in bread and bagel. The workers were nice and polite and helpful. The lady working the breakfast section was really friendly and nice. We hated that there seem to not be any kind of sound proofing because we heard every movement in the hallway and the rooms next to us. We were all in agreement that we wouldn't pay to stay here again, it was a great disappointment for 3 days.

My overall stay was very clean, quiet, peaceful, no loud noise, and no smelly smoke. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and will book in the future. The food was great and packaged and limit exposure for any spread of germs!

Went here for a family event, check in was horrible, staff was un helpful with my debit card authorization with their cc company which although my bank told the General Manager verbally on the phone it went through as a pending auth, they were quick in wanting to re run my debit card again for one night room charge plus additional $50.00 hold. I was told that since I was paying cash that the pending auth would drop off the day of check out. At check out I again asked to confirm no charges would be made, again I was told that the charge automatically dropped of after check out. At no time during my conversations was I told it would take 7-10 days to return to my card. They didn't believe even after speaking with my bank that the auth went through, I am sure so I felt they thought no need to provide me that information. Day after check out I see on my account the charge is now not in a "pending" state and moved to an authorized transaction with the money deducted from my bank account. I called to speak with General Manager who is off today but demanded that he call me as I am sure General Managers can be contacted at all times when running a hotel with not only conferences rooms and events but also stays. Poor staffing, poor knowledge of their job and apologies to pacify and not sincere are unacceptable in this line of business. Never would I recommend for events or stays.

Do not let the pictures deceive you, this hotel was not renovated, patched up is more like it. It’s all cheap looking and all the furniture is old and when you sit down on the bed or sofa it makes sound like you just broke it. I don’t mind smaller rooms, but stuffing an oversized table into the room made it almost impossible to move around for 2 people. Now the fun part, they make you sign a paper where you agree not to make too much noice, uhhmmm excuse me? Meanwhile walls are paper thin, people are hanging out in hallways and kids are running back and forth till late night. My husband had to come out and tell the kids to leave. The best part was the smell, I know marijuana is legal in NY but all I smelled when we first came in was a mixture of weed and cleaning products. The main manager was trying to be accommodating since we held a big event here but the rest of the stuff was either unfriendly, uninterested or just plain unprofessional. For example when you come in, they don’t even acknowledge you and blow bubble gum bubbles instead of wearing a mask. I mean I’m picking little things at this point but maybe I’m just accustomed to more professional service, especially if you are hosting 100 people event and paid a pretty penny for the space and multiple rooms including the ‘Royal suite’, which was a joke too. We had to find a hotel for one of our guests because hotel messed up our reservations even though they charged us, we got our refund but, what an inconvenience. Well judge for yourself
PS: They stapled paper to the ceiling to cover a whole.

For the amount of money they charge, you would expect to get a microwave in your room and also, a big disposal waste bin was not provided by the hotel. We had to carry our waste from food and dump it in the bathroom bin. Not acceptable!

I happen to be in new Rochelle for business I scheduled this hotel last minute due to changes in my plans. I was gonna stay in the city but my schedule got rerouted. So I stayed in this hotel the price is definitely high In the past I stayed at the hotel is locally and I was much nicer to me for the money. I could’ve stayed in the city for what I paid. That being said when I arrived the hotel from the outside look great. Then I got to the front door trashcan overflowing with trash then I walk in there’s nobody in the lobby but the two staff members. They seem to have had an issue with someone else’s transaction. I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he look like Fat Joe the rapper. I arrived at the front desk again no one in site and look at me and say I’ll be with you in a minute that turned five minutes and I need to do is just check in. That being said his demeanor towards colleague his mannerisms I’m very inhospitable and rude. When I got to my room it was OK but then I noticed the paint peeling off the top of the shower that’s what I paid again I would’ve slept in my car it would be better off. I Then noticed my bill I have an additional $50 charge that was not explain to me the incidentals that’s fine but when I called the front desk the guy who I said look like fat Joe answer the phone and was very rude and his reply to my question. He explained I’ll get it back once I check out and then hung up the phone. Now for the nighttime good Lord have mercy people running up and down the hallways all night at 5 and and 6 AM And all throughout the night slamming doors laughing etc. needless to say I don’t care what business meeting is changed or what happens if this is the last place with availability I can promise you I’ll never stay here again!!! The trash it was sitting at the door was even piled higher. Now in the morning I wanted cup of coffee Before I departed there was no one at the front desk! Complementary breakfast was to be included it didn’t start until 730 it wasn’t even set up some people do check out early! Well all that being said for the money I paid I couldn’t grab a cup of coffee! Then again after all I’ve been through this hotel from its looks to it smell for the hospitality in the trash in the front I can only imagine what the breakfast to be like! Never again

The facility needs to be walked by the on-site management daily. The curb appeal and overall maintenance of both inside and outside of the hotel needs improvement. It’s was obvious that it was not well maintained. Customer service can also use work. While no one was rude, a customer can also interpret the lack of greeting guests as so. I did not feel welcomed. My stay was short and I was close enough to family that I didn’t need to use any of the facilities. The short comings were overlooked because I was only there for a short time and only needed a bed to sleep in and place to shower. This would not be a place that I would choose to stay for more then 2 nights.

The location is very conveniently located near major roads and highways. If you have a room facing the front of the hotel, be prepared to get a lot of street noise. They say on their website that they offer a continental breakfast but it is actually a hot breakfast buffet! The service was exceptional.

This place needs to be updated. While they have good marketing showing the hotel to be a high class establishment, my room #103 was in need of updating. The wallpaper above the old AC unit was in disrepair. The room location was extremely noisy from the outside and the neighbors noise kept me from getting a good nights rest. I showed up early for check-in (1 PM) and was told it would cost another $75 for early check-in. Or I could wait until 2 PM to check in without the surcharge. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and this place ranks low in my opinion.
