We were astonished to find the apartment garage is huge. Through the garage to a small courtyard then into the beautiful apartment. Fabulous open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space. The double sliding doors opening onto our terrace furnished with table & chairs plus loungers. The pool was at the bottom of our garden & just the shortest walk around to the gate. We had booked a one bed apartment so a second bedroom & bathroom were closed off. After travelling around for a couple of weeks we made full use of the laundry facilities in the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our all too short stay at Sovereign Pier.

Sovereign Pier on the Waterways is simply amazing! The rooms are amazing. Great view of the waterway and mountains. Extremely Quiet, Very comfortable beds, fully equipped apartment with, tea, milk and coffee, plenty of dishes and appropriate cleaning equipment available, & great Wi-Fi for working remotely. The location is also close to town, and Stu at the front desk was amazing at explaining the places to eat and made us feel welcomed. He also gave us shovel's for our journey to Cathedral Cove. The bonus was the front desk staff arranged for onsite massage services in the apartment from a local spa.

Sovereign Pier on the Waterways met and surpassed my expectations, it was well facilitated and had a kind and welcoming environment. The accomodation was very safe with gated perimeter and multiple car parking available including covered garage parking. The facilities and ammenities available suited my family and I with ways to explore the waterways. The staff there were very helpful with recommending activities and eateries and were well informed and able to help with any questions we had about the town.

At nearly $500 per night plus extra to berth your boat unfortunately I was expecting much more. Yes nice accommodation and pool with view of water but... * Cruising at 3 knots takes 20 minutes to get your boat out of the waterways - if you have a small boat, I suggest staying somewhere else and launching boat at any of the public ramps. Note the ramp at apartments requires driver to back round a corner which can be tricky for the inexperienced. * On the occasions we used the swimming pool we all got blue substance (paint?) from pool over knees and feet. * Caution - beware of fines! Fine if you’re in the pool 5 minutes after 9pm. Fine if you don’t leave the kitchen how you found it. Fine if you leave 30 minutes after checkout time of 10am. * Keep in mind the apartment is not serviced during your stay and so if you run out of loo paper, shampoo etc, you have to pay for it.

We will be back.... Sovereign Pier is a lovely gated/secure place to stay and you get a garage and a carpark!
Sadly we only got to stay a night at our lovely number 2 Villa but we enjoyed every moment of it, upon arrival we checked in at the reception and the lady who helped us was lovely, prepared and helpful. She gave us options of popular places to eat and even had them written on a map to help those checking in that afternoon.
Our villa was an upstairs one and had an awesome view of the little marina/waterways with a lovely balcony to enjoy it on. The villa had all the modern touches and felt homely and comfortable with extra pops of colour to make it fun, it was pulled of tasteful and went well all together.
The villa was clean and tidy with nothing to really complain about so overall I’d recommend it and definitely go back. Sovereign is a sort drive to town, the beach and The Lost Springs so location is perfect also.

We arrived the night before Gabrielle Cyclone with another couple. Our apartments were clean, spacious, well equipped, wonderful location (if it were not for Gabrielle!). The plan was to stay for 2 nights but we needed to extend to 4 nights due to the cyclone. Sarah and Jess were so accommodating and genuinely concerned about our safety. They assisted us in planning our forward journey, offering a solution (to call Sarah’s mum) if we were in difficulty. We cannot recommend this place enough and of course the wonderful S&J.

We had 2 x 3 bedroom family apartments. These photos are unit 15 and we had unit 17.
A great apartment, well equipped with what we needed. Plenty of kitchenware and crockery to make meals for 11 people from our two apartment.
Stu was so knowledgeable and super friendly and we really appreciated it.
A couple of issues with the design of the showers and water all over the floor but nothing we couldn't manage for such a lovely place. We also couldn't tune the TV but that could be a user issue. I didn't ask Stu for help with this because I didn't want our group in front of the tv all day. So again, not a big thing.
A tip: If you are going to cook and use the facilities make sure you stop the service people for top up supplies when you see them as they don't stop in each day.
It's a beautiful location to take all your supplies and make your meals and enjoy your company and the amazing views.
There is a shared spa which can accommodate 20 and a large pool which was being repainted for summer.
Thank you Stu. See you again soon.

Fabulous up market villa complex. Reception was super friendly and helpful. The Villa was beautiful very clean and everything you could need provided. Bed was extremely comfortable with top quality bedding. Location was good great to have a view of the private marina and a short drive or long stroll into town. Really enjoyed staying in this villa even though we had the worst possible weather with storms Only negative would be if you are on ground floor near the pool as we were ( villa19) noise from children in the pool and people looking straight in at you !!

Everything about this place is very good, nearly perfect! The outlook was stunning, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and perfectly clean. The kitchen had everything and the living room and TV made us comfortable and kept us entertained. Nice and warm with fire and air con. Parking space was right outside and patio/balcony was huge! Great place and highly recommended!

Rooms have air con and there is plenty of secure parking. You drive in and out through security gate.
Re rooms living room is spacious and kitchen large, really depends if want to be together or separated. Units are independently owned so all slightly different design. I'd email them direct to ask what they can do for you re rooms. Manager is very helpful. Would think 3 bedroom would be more economical. It is great accommodation and close to town - driving time 2 minutes.

Hi. All of the apartments that we manage have a waterway's view but not a seaview. We have upstairs apartments with a balcony and a view looking out over the waterways and the boats. The downstairs apartments also have a view of the waterways but at a ground level.
