Check in was horrible. The manger was huffy because we had booked through a third party, one that is well known and generally respected. I explained I was saving $43 off what I considered a very high price, and couldn't afford to book direct. The rooms are claustrophobic. After all, they are micro. You do have everything you need including a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was fine and predictable. There isn't much choice in the area for a hotel. It wasn't a bad stay, but I'm not rushing back either.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable bed. I did find that the room was very small as well the desk with one chair. The room needed more light as I found the desk lighting very poor to read by. I was also surprised that the room did not have a small refrigerator. The breakfast was adequate but I would opt for the Donut shop across from their parking lot. All the employees I spoke to were personable and helpful. The WiFi worked well and I would

The Internet is absolute garbage easy to connect to but doesn’t last long before it disconnects. Rooms are in good condition. Hotel service is good unless it comes to clean your room for bed making and they don’t even restock your shampoo or conditioner

Very nice and comfortable room with quiet surroundings. Having a Dunkin Donuts right next to the hotel is a real bonus. Breakfast is easy to access and the items were always stocked abd fresh. The heater in the room works very well and has excellent tempurature controls.

Very nice hotel for a great price. Things I loved most was that the check out time was at noon, so I was able to sleep in later than other hotels. Also breakfast was out till 11am unlike other hotels that end breakfast at 9am.

As soon as we walked in it smelled so fresh and clean. Staff was super kind and helpful. Good breakfast options and lots available 24 hours. Rooms were super clean and fresh smelling as well. Beds were amazingly comfy! Reasonable pricing and we were offered a military discount. Considering there was a local event in town for the weekend, fully booked hotel, you’d never had know it by the service and all else! Definitely recommend.

We have stayed in other Wyndham Microtels and loved them. That is why we chose the one in Wellsville when we dropped out daughter at college. We got there and were disappointed when we noticed a guest smoking by the window and trying to blow the smoke outside. Only after did we realize that our room was next door to him. There was a large loud barking dog in the other room next to us. I requested a room on the second floor and was not afforded the change. I was told that the hotel was safe and the ground floor would be fine. The carpeting was DISGUSTING. stained, old and dark. We couldn't even walk barefoot, making sure we always had a covering for out feet. The bed was worn but the bedding seemed clean. The window seat cushion was also stained. The wallpaper was yellowed with age and there was mold in the bathroom. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The refrigerator was too big for the desk/counter top and was dented and stained. Old and outdated. The entire hotel, room and amenities need an upgrade. There were no usb ports anywhere in the room either. The lighting was dull. We couldn't open the drapes due to being on the first floor in the direct path of the main entrance and parking lot with several construction type vehicles. We will NEVER stay there again. We couldn't wait to get home and shower.

Clean and friendly long-term stay. Unfortunately there were some noisy guests staying close by. Otherwise, the room was very clean and modern, with very nice towels and amenities. no idea I have not heard of your place
The entire hotel had all carpeting and flooring in all guestrooms professionally cleaned last month. We replaced a little over 50% of the mattresses in February and replace other items as needed. Please contact the hotel directly and request a room with a new mattress and one will be pre-blocked for you. Thank you very much for staying with us.
Do to the design of the building, we are unable to replace the furniture in the rooms however we replace approximately 50% of the mattresses and bedsets every year. We just received a shipment of new drapes and other bedding components this past week and are in the process of washing them and putting them into the guestrooms. We expect to be completely finished with this by the end of next week (5/24). I'm unsure when the tile was installed in the common areas and guest bathrooms as I've only been at this hotel for less than a year and it was already installed when I got here but we are proactive regarding maintaining said tile and grout. As far as softgoods and carpeting being professionally cleaned, we have a confirmed date to have all guestroom carpeting and carpeting throughout the hotel, including softgoods scheduled for this Sunday, May 17th. I'd also like to mention that we replace worn furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed and as funds allow.
