Everything was very good. I had requested an accessible bathroom and it was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Very spacious and clean. It was also pet friendly so the pups were comfortable too.

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located off major routes, with a gas station just yards away. Our stay was consistent with the comfort, quality, and amenities I have come to seek from the Hampton Inn. It is a family-friendly location, great pool and outdoor eating area, delicious breakfast, etc. It was also very handy to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The housekeeping staff made our room tidy and inviting upon our return from Legoland... my younger son's stuffed animals were nearly arranged on the beds in the sweetest way. My son also loved the pool, and there were ample deck chairs to relax while he swam.
My only two suggestions/thoughts are: we had perfect weather, so we ate our breakfast outside, which was lovely - but where do people eat when the weather is inclement? Very limited seating for breakfast. Also, the complimentary coffee was often empty. It was very busy when we stayed, but those are just some considerations. Otherwise, this was a beautiful and convenient, smoke-free location. Thank you!

We decided on this Hampton Inn due to it's general location near Bethel Woods Entertainment. It is located in a less populous location with food, gas, and shopping opportunities very close, with larger retail within a few miles.
The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was outdoors, which is rare in NY, and was very well maintained. The room was perfect with all the usual Hilton accommodations.

Our week long stay was nice, breakfast a few days were not that good. Stick with bacon and eggs and sausage patties. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Another note, please let customers know about you not cleaning rooms daily as trash stacked up in the hallways and rooms need to be cleaned daily in my opinion. But it was a nice place to stay.

Felt everything was very clean in the room. Some areas on walls, in closet could use a wipe down. The tub needed to be recaulked. Water pressure was great. Air and tv worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Could use a lighter quilt in the summer. It was either a sheet or a sheet with heavy comforter. Just too much for hot and humid summertime. Breakfast was a mess. It was busy, they ran out of everything and couldn’t keep up with the demand. Eggs on floor, tables not wiped quickly enough, you just need another person when there are that many people in the house. A lot of kids during that stay, too. They tried, it was just too much to keep up with. We bearly got coffee and juice. For a Hampton and $200 a night, I expected better.

Great rooms, solid breakfast, but very frustrating check-in process. I am a group tour leader and I called the hotel front desk twice on our day of arrival to ensure that the keys for our 17 rooms would be ready upon arrival. This is standard procedure for groups when they check into hotels. When we arrived, NOTHING was ready for us. Not a single room had been keyed in and the entire group had to wait with their luggage while the front desk clerk feverishly worked to key in all the rooms. The biggest frustration was that the hotel knew when we would arrive and assured us over the phone that all would be ready.
That being said, this was not the front desk clerk's fault! He told me he was instructed to not prep the keys ahead of time. This is a managerial problem as far as I can tell.
Again, I want to emphasize that aside from the check-in process, the hotel was just fine, as Hampton Inns tend to be. When a group is out on the road all day, it's frustrating when you arrive at your hotel only to find that they aren't ready for you.

This is a Hilton brand in name only. I have been in a Hilton, this is not even close
Outside of the lobby the facility looks dirty and tired. In the room there was black & reddish mold in the bathtub/shower; other suspicious grime was behind the toilet; threadbare towels; the bed mattress was old/worn and hurt my back; there was no mattress pad. Carpets and walls in the hallways look like they all needed a good cleaning. We did not enjoy the food at the breakfast buffet. Hot water went out one night but it was fixed quickly. I will explore other options next time I am in the area. This is just an average place with great staff.

I felt so misled by the reviews online about this place. I don't understand how they're so high, to the point that it makes me think they're being bought or written by bots? Don't be like me and choose this place over others bc you see "4.5/5 stars"
Our room was SO small, with scuff and dirt marks all over the wall, the bathroom had hair and grime on the floors, there wasn't even a real shower curtain, also just a makeshift "closet," the fridge didn't work, the elevator smelled like feces, the wifi didn't work, no water in the rooms, the bedding was falling apart, etc.... And room service only comes if you request it? All for $320 a night after fees? I was appalled. There wasn't even a notepad or pen in the room!
I was also given no receipt or explanation of charges when asked to swipe my card upon check in. I was told a different price that was way higher than what I booked. When I asked why, the man at the front desk didn't know why or how to explain it to me, and had no way of providing me with a cost breakdown or receipt... The screen on the credit card reader didn't even work.
By far the dingiest hotel I've stayed in for the most outrageous price. And it's not even in a desirable city... felt like robbery.

While just staying one night to attend a wedding, my family and I choose this hotel and it was the worse experience we ever dealt with. I was subjected to a distressing and humiliating experience that has left a lasting impact on me.
While staying at this hotel, I was accused of theft and subsequently asked to empty my bag under the suspicion of stealing a box of macaroni and cheese. The manner in which this situation was handled was not only unjust but also racially discriminatory. The manager Jennifer James stated she saw me from the surveillance camera grab an extra macaroni and cheese container and then placed it in my bag. I was in the process of purchasing 2 boxes of macaroni and cheese for my children, and she persistently asked to empty my bag in which I did so and there was no extra box of macaroni and cheese in my bag.
As a guest, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness regardless of my background. However, I was made to feel like a criminal in front of other guests and even my children. This incident not only marred my stay but also left me feeling embarrassed, degraded, and hurt. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, especially one that claims to uphold high standards of hospitality.
I am really disappointed in the Hilton brand.

It's a Kennel. Too bad too it was a nice place. Room was fillthy dirty towels left in bathroom. The Hallways and MY ROOM SMELLED of Wet DOG.. Also large bits of stuff left on carpet like it was not vacuumed. They do not give you towels anymore you must ask. NO ICE MACHINES working, no drinking water available 24/7 and no comp waters. I called once about the microwave which would not work and no one ever called back. WOW, what a dump.
If you allow dogs you need to clean up after them. The itching I endured is beyond belief! Big Dogs too all up and down the place soon they will be having breakfast alongside the staff who also feel this it's OK tp have coffee and eat breakfast right along wih the guests.
This place went from 4 to 2 stars in 6 mos time. Congrats to mgmt. Never had such and experience at any Hampton anywhere.

Hi Gina1957 - Thank you for your great question! The Hudson Valley area is full of different breweries, vineyards and gorgeous open spaces. Angry Orchard is about 15 miles/20 minutes away from our hotel.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you into our hotel sometime soon! Cheers!
