Weary visitors have been staying at the Beekman Arms since 1766. Our fireplace is always a welcome sight in the cold winter months, and in the summer join in the fun events happening on our Delamater Lawn! Call the front Desk to see what happening at "the Beek"

Lovely surprise! A 2 min walk from town center (unlike the Village Inn which is NOT walking distance and looks like a Psycho Hotel). Owned by the same people tho, the Delamater Inn is charming, has a gas fire place, is cost and comes with a complimentary sherry for weary

I've stayed in two of the rooms in the Delamater part of the inn and have loved both. Clean and comfortable, highlights include a fireplace, seating area, sherry, and a very large bed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great historic location and Rhinebeck is a cool little town. I stayed at the Delamater Inn - service was good, but the room wasn't very comfortable. I realize that they were trying to retain the historical components of the building and room, but everything seemed too small

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our location. I am sorry to hear that you weren't as happy with the accommodations as we would have wanted you to be. Our property is campus style with many different buildings. While some are historic homes, like the one you stayed in, we also have buildings that were built recently with different types of furnishings, perhaps on your next stay you might find one of those rooms more comfortable, we would love to have you back to give it another try!

My fiancé and I spent a weekday evening here. We loved the town, the service st the inn, and being taken down history lane as we walked around the place. Highly recommend it for a romantic and historic getaway

We stayed at the Gables house which is part of Delameter Inn property. It's a funny old house with guest rooms fit in. It was as promised by the room notes and my helpful reservation agent. Check in was pleasant. Sorry to see there were candles in the fireplace rather than a

Hi John R, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our Gables house. Sorry to hear about the fireplace, you must have been here on a day it was over 40 degrees outside, maybe next time you visit it will be a bit cooler and the fire will be going! Thank you, we hope to have you back again soon!

Do any of the properties have rooms with 2 beds (twin or otherwise) available on Dec. 29-30, 2015?
I was once offered two twin beds in the main inn, so there is at least one room with two beds. But you have to call the hotel.
