I honestly have to say that the pillows in this hotel were the best I've slept on in many years! Very comfortable hotel with very pleasant helpful staff. The breakfast included was good also. They were doing some renovation work to the breakfast room when we were there but the construction was not disruptive. They had a temporary room for use as a breakfast room.

We really enjoyed this place. We had stayed in two other hotels (both in other hotel chains) a few days before this, and we had issues with each one. There were no issues here. In fact, the front desk staff and other staff couldn't help us enough! They were truly pleasant, checked to see that we had a fridge and a microwave in the room (ask for it when you reserve), and they were indeed there. The staff goes out of their way to help, and I love that there is a quiet time of 10 pm-6 am. One of the hotels we stayed at was so loud, and I was trying to study, and they did nothing to stop the noise. This hotel was quiet, has an indoor pool, breakfast, and check-out was uneventful (unlike another hotel chain that charged us more than they were supposed to). We would definitely stay here again. There are great covered bridges less than an hour away north of here, and this is a great place to stay while on your way to see them. Everyone goes to VT to see the covered bridges and the colors of the leaves, but they're missing 4 terrific covered bridges right in Washington County, NY, and the leaves are just as colorful there without the crowds in Vt. If we see the bridges again or if I have a business trip to Albany, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant stay, a great room, and just exactly what we were looking for.

Typical Holiday Inn Express; clean; friendly & helpful staff. Very pleased to see how staff handled breakfast during pandemic - they had a cook taking orders from a menu which included bacon, eggs, fruit. Much better than typical hotel breakfasts.

I booked a hotel and the reservation department told me that they do have a working washer and dryer. To my surprise that didn’t even have one on site for the guest. I had to walk up the hill 7 mins away to another after a long week isn’t a relaxing day! On top of this surprise they didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave in the room!

I travel a lot, and stay at a lot of hotels. This was BY FAR one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, and that is saying a ton. I have become a bit of a hotel snob, but this past weekend hotels in Albany area were tight and EXPENSIVE due to the horse race and basketball tournament. The room was reasonably priced, and it was immaculate. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in as well. Highly recommend.

We stayed here right before Christmas and the staff was amazing. Alexia (I believe) took great care of my family. She was so genuine and helpful. The hotel is cozy we had plenty of room for my family of four. Request a fridge if needed as they don’t come equipped, a very pleasant gentleman brought us up one quickly. We will definitely return if ever in the area again.

The location in right off the highway which is nice. The front desk staff was pleasant. The room needs some serious cleaning! Mold on curtains in main area and in bathroom. Curtain was even ripped! Shower curtain was ripped; dust in window wells and on TV stand. We had a room with 2 beds and the one my daughter went to sleep on broke as soon as she sat on it!! Luckily she was not injured. We tend to be particular customers, and there was NOTHING we didn’t like about this hotel. Clean. Quiet. Great room. Great bed. And VERY conscientious staff. From the front desk to the maid service, everyone was friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check in early and leave late. Shoutouts to Leelee and Samantha (missed the manager’s name, she was very nice as well - runs a great team). Can’t say enough. Stay there if you’re in the Albany area!

Stopped here as part of our USA road trip. Greated by friendly staff who have made a great effort decorating the hotel for July 4th, we particularly loved the gnomes!! Lovely room, comfy bed, plenty of space and clean bathroom with Dove products. Breakfast was good and plentiful, we would definitely stay here again!

I called to make a 1- night reservation and inquired about my IHG points. The clerk directed me to make reservations online via IHG. I booked a room. I was NEVER told by the desk clerk or the IHG message this was non-refundable. I was sick and had to cancel my travel plans. I called the hotel and they said I had to work with IHG to get a refund. I called IHG, waited on hold, then spoke at length with a "representative" who then connected me to another representative, who then said he would call the hotel and I should contact the manager, Brittany. I tried to reach her and never heard back. I want my refund. Previous to this, I have otherwise had good experiences with IHG hotels. Call me back!
