Our family of 4 had an amazing 2 night stay. Stunning views (from private balcony where breakfast is served and pool area), extremely clean suites and exceptional service from George and his staff. Was a great, quiet location and we loved having the pool to come back to after a hot day out touring. Highly recommend staying there.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was excellent and attentive. We are a family of four with little children. Elias was beyond amazing, down to earth, and very aware of how families operate while on vacation. He staggered our breakfast bringing coffee for the adults and breakfast at a time of our choosing when the kids got up. It is an 8 room hotel and the premises are spotless and in an ideal location with one of the best village style restaurants a stone throw away on the corner. Our house keeping staff was equally amazing and down to earth. Many thanks to everyone that made us feel like a part of their family. We will return without a doubt.

Unfortunately we stayed for just 1 night in a gorgeous room at Pantelia Suites overlooking the Caldera and across Thira. Spectacular views and amazing spot for sunset on the private balcony.
The room itself was classic Grecian in style, with separate mini kitchen. Very spacious for Thira standards and a front door opening out to view of the ocean.
Breakfast was served on the balcony with a vast selection all able to be chosen the night before for a specific time. Swimming pool and sun lounge areas is decent but the the view from balcony means you are more likely to spend your time relaxing there.
The hotel is easy to access as it sits on top of the hill so doesn’t require steps to get down to and in 2 mins you can be in centre of Thira restaurants and shopping streets.
The staff were great and Yannis in particular was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Other hotels are maybe a bit more glamorous but if you want an authentic stay with a stunning view, and a much more reasonable price, then this hotel ticks all the boxes.

Pannos and Yannis are the greatest. They are so welcoming and helpful.Thank you both.
To begin with, the hotel’s location is superb ; it’s in the heart of Fira close to the restaurants and shops yet offers a private experience as well away from the crowds. The hot tub is the jewel of the room it adds a lot to the room where you can enjoy the sunshine from the comfort of your own hot tub. The balcony is spacious facing the ocean and the caldera . You can ask for nothing more .
The hotel offers a free breakfast which is rich and fresh and served to the room each day. The room is cleaned daily And the towels are changed each day.
All in all the experience was fantastic and the hotel is warmly recommended.

This is a pretty special place which grows on you the longer you stay. We stayed on the bottom level with a great terrace with sea view. The really good breakfast, served at your table, can be served on the roof top with a perfect view of the town.
Another highlight is sunny Yannis who gives tips about your stay - he's a great concierge.
The room is of course minimalistic (basic) and had some character with high ceiling, especially in the large bathroom, and 'cave feeling'
I'd definitely stay here again

Wonderful private feeling hotel in an excellent location. Tucked away but very close to central Fira. The views from the hotel terraces are outstanding, especially the top terrace where you can choose to have breakfast. The pool also has wonderful views and is a lovely place to cool off after some sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and they catered well for my gluten free coeliac son, taking care that the ham and breakfast sausage were gluten free and providing gluten free rolls. We had a suite for 4 people and there was plenty of space for us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) with standard size beds for the kids. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wow, what an amazing place. From the moment we arrived George greeted us and treated us like royalty, the location is out of this world with the most uninterrupted views across the caldera. Breakfast is served at your terrace at a time chosen by you. The choice and quantity was vast. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. George was on hand for advice on what to do and what not to do, thank you for letting us know that the hot springs are really not that hot and you have to swim though 60m of freezing sea to get to them ha! We didn’t bother. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend 100%, we didn’t want to leave. We will treasure the memories of the sunset of which we had a prime spot to view every evening. Thank you George to you and all your staff which are a credit to the Pantelia suites.

We stayed for 4 nights after a tour. From the first step onto the property, we were treated with respect and amazing service. Our suite was spacious and offered several bathrooms and very interesting 'nooks and crannies'. The hotel is small and provides excellent individual attention. The daily breakfast was very good and delivered to our room/terrace promptly at the requested time. The managers on site were always available for questions and to arrange any service we needed. The views from the terrace were incredible. The suite was cleaned daily and the towels refreshed daily. One day, the staff folded the towel into a flower and placed fresh flowers in the towel arrangement. Even though this was a very simple gesture, it shows the extent of attention to detail and desire to delight the guests during our entire visit. This hotel will be one that we remember as 'one of the best' of our lifetime.

The perfect hotel!! First the staff is amazing and went above and beyond the whole time my wife and I were there. The free breakfast on our own balcony every morning was superb. We stayed in a suite with our own private jacuzzi and the views were breathtaking and unbeatable. The hotel is right in the heart of Fira but on a quiet side street so it’s very private and quiet but only a 2 min walk to all the action. I really can’t say enough about this place.

We wanted something typical of Santorini, with a view and in the heart of the town, and we got it! Although a few steps, our hosts, George and Steevie were there to pick up our suitcases and make it easier. Very hearty breakfast and our hosts don't skimp when providing information on restaurants, sightseeing, transport, etc. They are always at our disposal. The room is clean, offers all necessary services, and is also very quiet, except for the noise of the wind! A dream location.

Our suite had a small private balcony, which led to a shared balcony. I don't remember the suite name but it was a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite

No they don't. Make sure you e-mail them regarding possible check-in time if it is at midnight. In our case we checked-in at 22:00. Juljan was very helpful and assisted us with the bags. He is the kindest and will make your stay hassle-free. Have a lovely time!
