I called the property directly and made reservations. This property is located 10 minutes from Niagara Falls and Old Fort Niagara. Robert at the front desk checked us in about 30 minutes early. He spent reviewing, the pool usage, and breakfast. He was very helpful during our whole stay, he gave us recommendations on what to see and do. The hotel supplied us with shuttle passes to Niagara Falls, it takes about 30 minutes to get down to the falls but it is better than trying to find parking or paying for it. The pool was great addition for our grandsons.
We needed 2 more towels when we checked in and got them right away. The young lady helping Robert helped print an email and voucher for a tour we booked.
The room was clean and ready for guests. 2 queen beds and had a little area for a table. I have never stayed at a Super 8 more than 1 night so I don't know if it is Corp policy or just this property. We had no maid service in the room during our 3 days. It could serve to protect the staff and the guest from possible Covid exposure. Not sure how that policy works. But we had no problems in the room.
Breakfast was offered, cereal, coffee, bananas, juice, milk, bread, oatmeal, bagels.
It was busy and kept well stocked except the last day, Robert was off, and the staff of one was working at his speed and Robert wasn't there to assist.
I would stay here again, my wife and I are talking about a return trip.

If you're looking for a decent budget hotel I would recommend this Super 8. Friendly staff. Rooms are ample size. Beds are comfortable. Room/bathroom are clean. There is a mini fridge in each room. Public microwaves are in the halls. Continental breakfast is limited but adequate (depends on how much money you want to save). No waffles. Small eating area. The outdoor pool is small but kids didn't seem to mind. My only surprise is there wasn't an elevator for three floors. Shows an older building. For me it added to the feeling of it being an old-fashioned budget hotel: the ones I used to stay at when I was young.
It just felt good to save some money while having a comfortable place to stay. Would stay again.

I chose this hotel because of the reputable name Wyndham but it was far from that. Aside from the accommodating front desk staff and the convenience of the location the price tag was definitely NOT worth it. The stench of mold and dirty carpet hit your nasal passage as soon as you hit the room. If grin & bare it was a hotel this would be it…!

My long distance boyfriend and I checked in August 3rd 2022. After a rather confusing and frustrating encounter with a seemingly not-so-sober fellow at the front desk, we finally got to our single King bed room, and upon arriving in the room, I noticed immediately that the maids neglected a few things. I almost stepped on a broken safety pin, which indicates failure to vacuum properly, and there was a hair in the tub. I almost didn’t want to get into the bed, for fear of possible dirty sheets. The sheets were clean and fresh, however.
The following morning, I didn’t have any hot water for my shower. The young lady at the front desk brushed off my complaint with a wave of her hand and vague instructions to “turn it off for a few minutes then turn it back on”, which I had tried prior to bringing the complaint to her. I felt as if she thought she was too pretty to do any work besides the phone and the computer.
Luckily for us, there came a fine young man named William. When we’d returned that evening, we met him. I filed my complaints and William was extremely apologetic and the first decent staff member we’d met. He offered everything he possibly could do for us to make us feel more important and valued as guests, even offering if he could get us anything. This kind man assured us that he would forward our grievances to his manager, Robert, right away.
The next morning we met Robert, also another more dignified member of the staff. He expressed blatant and clear concern for the quality of our stay and we were refunded for our final night of our stay, and Robert arranged a taxi for our very early morning departure. The taxi came on time, and our morning of checking out was much easier than it could have turned out.
The overall experience of this hotel and motel frequenter was about a 3.3 on a scale of 1-5. The breakfast was quite unimpressive, yet the pool was clean. The maids didn’t vacuum our room, but Robert and William were there to save the day. They don’t give a channel guide in your room and the hot water situation is a little messed up, but the beds are comfortable enough and the location is convenient.
It’s certainly not the Flamingo in Helsinki, Finland, but this amateur critic is sure that, in time, the Super 8 of Niagara Falls will rise above their mistakes and live up to their displayed Diamond Standard.
Robert, William, thank you for everything. Perhaps we will see each other again next year.

We got there early and the manager Robert is so helpful and let us check in earlier with no charge, the most wonderful thing is he us very humorous! Only the breakfast is not too much choices. And we were there on Saturday night, and the Sunday morning breakfast was so crowded! The food was gone so fast right after it put out. The location is so close to Niagara fall about 10 minutes drive. It close to a lot of restaurants. Very convenient.

The room smelled soo bad!! I don’t even know what the smell was! Very dirty, mold in the bathroom, paper thin walls. You could hear someone walking on the floor with creaking all night, hear people all night talking. Table in room wasn’t even wiped down. Toilet seat slid all around/ off.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, there were stains on the bed and carpet, and the TV never worked. Don’t come here under any circumstances, rather sleep in the car. Don’t pay your cleaning staff if they’re not going to do their job.

The rooms, the hallways smelled of pot. I regretted my decision to stay here with kids. I think paying the additional $50 for a Better place is what I would recommend to anyone thinking of parking and flying!
Also, don’t be fooled by the pool ( was not open as it was winter) no shuttle to the airport ( I was told this was due to Covid) and breakfast was just cereal and slices of bread. No meat or eggs.
