My family of 7 stopped here on the spur of the moment on our way home from Dollywood aka Pigeon Forge Tennessee. After reading the reviews I was a little nervous. I would say the people leaving negative reviews were very critical. All the other hotels were outrageously expensive for a Friday night. This is the cheapest place to stay in a large town. We stayed in two separate rooms next door to each other. The hotel does need some updating. There was about a 1 inch gap between the top of the door and the door frame in one of our rooms. The other room was fine. Both rooms were very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and gave me the extra towels I asked for. There was free breakfast but we went next door to Tooties that has amazing food. The pool at one time was probably deeper it’s like they filled it in at some point to make it more shallow. It’s no deeper than 4 feet. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave. The AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet stay with no problems.

For $200 in the middle of nowhere, room was over priced and run down. Room smelled, tub was clogged but the mattress was the best I've slept on. So comfortable. I want to buy that mattress for my house.

This hotel is perfect if u have a budget and need to be near the park. It was clean and u get free breakfast. The wi-fi did suck. House keeping still available daily. The staff was nice. I will go back wen I go back to Legoland.

I attempted to rent a room this past weekend when my car unfortunately broke down at 10:30pm. I booked a reservation online and when I finally arrived I was told by the desk attendant that there was no vacancy even though they had my reservation and was charged for the room. The attendant was of no help and told me there was another hotel nearby within walking distance that might have vacancy. That hotel was almost 2 miles away and I did proceed to walk there in the dark on the side of the highway due to the fact that I had no choice. I would never patronize this establishment again if it was the last hotel on earth

The photos of this property are deceiving for this outdated property that needs a lot of work. The initial room we were assigned had a dank smell to it and a large hole in the wall behind the door. To top it off, the water pressure was extremely poor rendering one's ability to even flush the toilet. After raising the concern with the toilet, front desk management reassigned us to another room. Upon entering that room, it was immediately noticed that there were bare wires hanging from the ceiling without a operating smoke detector in sight. Management attempted to locate and hookup a smoke detector from another room. It was also noted that the security latch on the door was broken from inside the room, rendering it useless.
I had then proceeded to request immediate cancellation of the stay and proceeded to stay elsewhere for the duration of my visit.

This hotel is as close to a skid row hotel as you can get. Broken furniture in the rooms, towels that are grey and full of dirt and oil stains, blood on the sheets, gnats living in the room, AC unit dripping water inside the room on the carpet and chairs. When I asked the front desk attendant if he would rent the room to his parents, he just laughed at me. That says it all for me. Worse Worse Worse hotel I have ever stayed in

After arriving after 9am from a business trip. I get to the hotel check in. Immediately notice the smell of cigarette smoke a the “smoke free” room. At this point I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep. Went to the bathroom and saw cigarette butts in the toilet. Still tired, I made myself ready for bed. About an 1.5 hours later I received a knock on the door from staff telling me I have to switch rooms due to the toilet being clogged. I laid back down about 20 minutes later I received another knock rushing me to leave the room. I said ok. I checked out and left maybe 10 minutes after that. I explained everything to the front desk and they told me they would have no problem giving me a refund. They later lied and said I stayed the whole night. They also said I never reported any problems. They were the ones that brought the problems to light originally. Never again using days inn. They was untruthful liars.

Stained sheets, pillow cases, and towels, blood stain on mattress, AC unit with no filter clogged with dust barely working. light fixtures missing light bulbs, active spider and cobb webs in the corners and over the bed. Staff treated my complaint with indifference manager too busy to deal with me.

I booked 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived there was some confusion over the room. I was then given room 120. This room was at the back of the hotel, accessed via a separate, unsignposted access and badly lit. The security chain had been ripped off. The door lock felt loose and insecure, so did the window. The main light didn't work. The TV didn't show any channels even with both boxes on. There were broken fittings stuck in a corner. Some of the fittings were rusty. The mattress was badly stained at the side. See the photos. My colleague who booked later than I did had a better room at the front which had been somewhat updated compared to mine. When I complained at the hotel the reaction was indifferent. I complained to Wyndham and have had no response.

This unfortunately was a bad experience. I was told this Days Inn was under new management. They are taking it very slow in making improvements. Bathroom faucet fell off turning on the water. Bathroom vent was filthy and held up by duct tape. Towels were dingy. Floors wire dirty. Top of desk and dressers were dirty. Entering the room was a trip hazard. Customer service was nonexistent. No greeting. No welcome. Just give me your ID. This is the worse review I have given as a Wyndham Rewards member. The overall Trip Advisor review is not accurate. Look at the latest reviews for accuracy.
