Amazing service, went straight in and immediately got our rooms and told us about the breakfast and wifi, etc. Extremely clean rooms and the view was absolutely amazing! The beds were extremely soft and comfy, the location is also to die for. Amazing Trip overall will definitely be coming back!

Clean lobby, wonderful front desk agents. Overall excellent customer service. Great rooms, and well maintained. We planned this trip last minute and the staff was super helpful to attend us to an early check in since our flight arrived earlier than we expected.

The service and attention to guests is impeccable. The rooms are clean and really elevated for the price.they did not spare any expense when it came to the furniture and art they used to furnish the room. Full amenities and a very convenient location for anything needed to be done around New York City!

The hotel is really nice. It is a 10 mins walk from the metro station and the hotel is quite new. I originally planed to stay here for 3 days, but I was quite satisfied during the stay and decided to extend for one more day. Dhanush at the reception is very friendly and he helped me a lot during my stay.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Aiden by Best Western in Queens! The hotel was modern, clean, and incredibly welcoming. What made the experience truly special was the outstanding service from Mugda. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail ensured our stay was beyond perfect. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel right at home.
