Happy with my staff for the most part. Complimentary room for COVID relief workers. And maybe a lot of other people who were not front line workers because how could they smoke skunk MJ every day in their room? A lot of skunk wafting in thru vents and in the hallways. No room upgrade for Gold or Diamond status if you're a COVID relief worker. Bed was very comfortable. No bugs during a 60+ day stay. I had privacy on my door the entire time, but I know housekeeping attempted to open my door once while I was sleeping during the day. At another point, I found a note written in my room that was not my handwriting. Showed it to hotel manager who looked at my room access for the previous 3 days and said only I entered. Odd. How did someone else's handwriting materialize in my room? When the "do not enter" sign was always on my door. Very concerning... Breakfast buffet was great until they suddenly closed it up, just when the rest of the city was starting to open things. Gave us free parking, which could fill up. There was free street parking, but a coworker had his car hit/run on the street. In general, would recommend if you have to stay in this area. Area is very residential and I never found anywhere decent to eat in the area. No laundry services available - only dry cleaning. Has a nice business office you can use.

This is a big hotel, lobby looks impressive but the rood is average. I paid almost $300.00/night....the room size is average, but my room AC was as loud as a tractor all night,I couldn't sleep. The shower has missing grout at the lower part of the wall, between the tiles. While in my room i hear people in the neighboring room next to mine, i hear when they turn on the water, when they flush their toilet.
Their coffee is not good at all...I paid almost $5.00 for a large coffee and could even drink it.

This hotel charges too much for what they provide.

this hotel is clean with Covid safe precautions in place. I got a regular room with the usual amenities. Nice size tv, comfy bed with average pillows. Nice walk in shower with a good mirror and lights for makeup.
The hotel has a dining room but careful if you go for the buffet breakfast as it costs $US30 for burnt bacon (IMO but this is how Americans do their bacon which is a streaky bacon not a middle rasher) scrambled eggs, cold waffles, potato and various cereals, breads and fruit.
There is a nice lounge to sit in which is good if you have to wait for a shuttle/taxi. Also a coffee bar in reception.
A tad over priced but it’s handy and there are a few hotels all gathered together.

Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your valuable comments. We're pleased you enjoyed our clean and comfortable accommodations and all the amenities available, as well as welcomed the lounge area and coffee bar in reception. However, we're sorry if breakfast fell short of meeting your expectations, but we're very grateful for your constructive feedback. when checked in, the staff did not tell me what is being charged , until I asked her specifically. Basically, she asked me to swipe my card for a certain amount, with no explanations. I noticed it more than what I booked for , so asked , then she told me part of it was the deposit . She did not explain to me where breakfast was, what time was breakfast, where those facilities are (like elevator, pool, etc). Neither did she explain to me anything about the breakfast

the room was very noisy , making you hard to sleep . The noise sounds like some big machine like a water pump running somewhere from the roof. And if you adjust the AC, it is even more noisy and hard to tolerant . But If you turn the AC off, it is too cold for this season. Then I walked in the hallway , and noticed the noise in the entire eighth floor. But the noise is less on the seventh floor

I paid $175 for the room , which is very small. Floor plan is low . No flip flops. No bath clothes . The good thing is that the room is clean

My dad and I had a long 10 layover at JFK. After a red eye, we didn't feel like going to Brooklyn or into the city, so I booked a day stay on the Dayuse app available 9 am-5 pm for just $89 ($106 with tax).

Check in was friendly and fast. The room was comfortable. Our view was looking out at the roadway, but no noise because the windows are well insulated. A great value for some sleep and freshening up before our flight to South America.

I am afraid I may need to find another brand other than Hilton, because of the Hilton Honors program and the changes they have made over the last few years. They have stopped appreciating and rewarding customers that only make one reservation for a long stay. To achieve higher status or more points they want to inconvenience the customer by requiring multiple bookings for the same stay or switching Hilton Hotels every night you are in the same town will also get you more points and status. They have forgotten about the loyal customer that stay in the same place for an extended period of time, without hassles to achieve status and points.

The hotel looked ok from the outside but it was very dated once inside especially the rooms not the normal standard.
It advertised a swimming pool but this was closed and the water looked green ! We'd chosen the hotel because of this as we had a full day to spend there before our flight home.
We checked in early and got a room on the 6th floor . In the afternoon I complained as the noise from other peoples shower and air con was shocking. I went to reception to ask for another room and was told they were fully booked but would see what they could do. Nothing transpired so the next morning at around 5.00am we were woken by other peoples showers and aircon...We were hoping for a lay in as had an overnight flight hhme.
The food at dinner was very average.
I noticed breakfast prices on the way into the restaurant and it said $18 . When we were seated by the server he just said its a buffet and help yourself. My partner had a small amount of cooked food nothing else and we were charged $28 dollars. When we checked out I complained and they said due to a misunderstanding they would only charge us the $18 dollars . Apparently what he had was classed as a full American hence the charge !!
The hotel was expensive paid over $400 for one night for what it was way overpriced...
Very disappointing visit.
The only good thing there was a shuttle bus to take you to the airport not far away.

I wish we had called to check on the advertised amenities. There are many hotels in the JFK airport area. While this one was more expensive than others, we selected it mainly because we were traveling with a young child and it advertised a pool as well as a Starbucks on site from 5:30 AM. My daughter loves Starbucks and we had to leave for the airport early to catch our flight. The pool they advertised on their site was closed with no reopening date. They do not have a children’s menu which is unfortunate because we were traveling with a two year old.

The Starbucks is only open from Friday- Sunday. We were there on a Wednesday. To make things worse, one of the elevators broke down. While trying to repair it in the Lobby, none of the other elevators would open because the door to that elevator was open. After a 30 minute wait, we walked up 5 flights of stairs. On the positive side, the shuttle driver was very nice and the check in process was warm and friendly. I recommend calling the hotel before booking to find out what is open. The prices are not reduced with the lack of the advertised amenities. It is overpriced for what you are receiving.

The evening Front Desk staff was very rude. The lady who checked me didn't have a great attitude and didn't even inform me that wifi and tv were down for an estimated period exceeding 12 hours (I only found out when I overheard her telling another guest). I wasn't welcomed as a Diamond member nor were my room preferences honored (the hotel was overbooked apparently because they decided to house 30+ construction workers). The first room I was given had a horrible smoking smell; I was changed to a different room but the new room had a filthy shower with mold growing all over it. Simply put, the hotel is outright filthy and in desperate need of renovations. For the same price, there are much better options including the new TWA Hotel.

Temper your expectations when choosing a JFK airport hotel. They're all several steps down from what you're used to with that particular brand, but when your alternative is sleeping at JFK, anything is a step up...

This is one of the better picks, especially if you can grab a better rate than Hilton is advertising (they're regularly available because they bulk sell rooms to third party discount sites).

SHUTTLE. Since they don't publish this on their website for some reason, here's how it works. They "regularly" send shuttles to the Federal Circle stop (where all the hotel shuttles pick up) after they do their regular drop offs. Basically you need to allow extra time for pickup because it's anyones guess what interval this really is. Could be every 15-30 min but could be as much as an hour depending on how bad traffic is coming from the terminal.

On departure, make sure you're downstairs 10 minutes before the hour mark or the hour:30 mark so you can tell them which airline you're going to. Early in the morning sometimes they'll have one bus just for a particular airline when enough people are going to that terminal, making it a MUCH smoother drop off.

Shoutout to the staff, as I'm sure they put up with a lot here, but it's a great place to rest your head for the night. You might be tempted by some of the cheap cheap places around JFK, but don't do it. It's not worth it, you'll spend more on the Ubers that you're saving and get a much worse experience.
