and also greater attention to cleanliness
the restaurant was mediocre for both dinner and breakfast
especially if compared to the Touzer structure of the same chain
but the worst part was the staff who treated us with obvious detachment and sufficiency until they allowed themselves to fool us on the subject of indoor pool.
Since the presence of this service was known on the hotel's website, we asked the receptionist who was very annoyed but indicated where the pool was.
Arrived in front of the entrance we found it closed with a deadbolt despite being fully functional.
We asked for clarification and we were not given any answer except that of an orderly who tried to call the attendants to activate the service but received no answer.
The receptionist didn't give a damn and let us know not to insist.
If you like indoor pools don't go.

Great outdoor parking and beautiful date palms.
It's a four star only on paper I give a 100'ants 😂🤣 these were real.

In general it is a shabby hotel, old, ugly and with furniture from the 50s, like the rest of the hotels we stayed in in Tunisia, all from the same chain. And like in all these hotels, both we and the rest of our traveling companions suffered from lack of cleanliness, lack of amenities, lack of towels, etc. A war with a pitiful service to be able to get these basic elements, and in many cases it causes loss, since no matter how much you demand the towels, amenities, etc. They never appeared.
Here the great anecdote for us (and many other couples who were staying in adjoining rooms) is that when we arrived at the room we found that it was not made up. After complaining, the only thing they can think of is to put sheets on the beds, without even cleaning the bathroom. After continuing to complain, they changed our room. But come on, cleanliness was also conspicuous by its absence, but at least it seems that they had devoted their usual little attention to cleanliness.
By the way, in this hotel the room was especially shabby since it didn't even have a balcony, but rather a window with bars that overlooked a kind of landfill.

Food is not so bad, but in a dirty room with the charm of a railwaystation restaurant in eastern Germany in 1975 no food taste good.
But now the best, the booking confirmation say non alcoholic drinks inclusive, the receptions insist 2 times on NO not inclusive even after we show him the printout.
I mean its not a big deal, but only the way how the make a customer po for the price of 2 water and 2 coffee tells you a lot.
It is your job to bring the luggage out of your car and up to the room, that's ok, what i don't like is that 3 times someone stay in your way (you have your luggage in your hand) and try to sell you overpriced tours. This guys stay in the lobby day and night and approach every guest numerous times.

The spa has been incredible, I recommend it 100%, they are very professional and it is ideal after a quad excursion. We have acquired the experience of the hamman and we are as good as new. I want to emphasize that the girl who gave me the massage has been very careful with an injury I have in my shoulder without me telling her, I found it incredible.
