I used his hotel for parking only and they were excellent. One of the nice things about this location is you interact with parking attendants and hotel lobby staff, not just a beat-up old trailer in a parking lot. We arrived and were immediately escorted to the hotel lobby (with the parking attendant helping to move our luggage). We utilized the clean, bright, modern restrooms off the lobby and entered the van that was waiting for us just outside the front door of the hotel lobby. The ride to LGA was about 10 minutes. Upon our return, the van arrived within 10 minutes of my placing the call and we were at the hotel about 10 minutes later, again utilizing the hotel lobby restrooms.

Close to Chinese restaurants and shops. Free shuttle is provide to LaGuardia airport. Room is quiet and beddings are comfortable. Breakfast has a variety of food to choose from and is provided in the in-house Italian restaurant. But front-desk service need to be improved. It took us three times to get our breakfast tickets right.

We were in NYC for the 2021 US Open last week. We stayed 1 night at the hotel. We were allowed to check our bags in the storage area, as we arrived in the morning. There was a shuttle available to the Open but the front desk told us how to get to the subway (10 min walk or less) and 1 subway stop and we were there! Front desk was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. Room (regular King) was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided a shuttle AFTER the US Open - it was after midnight! As 2 women traveling, we were so happy to have a safe ride back to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. The restaurant provided us with free coffee to go the next morning. The 2 restaurant workers there were so sweet and had great Italian accents! We knew our way to the subway so we walked easily to it and continued our adventure! For those that want to get to Manhattan from Marco, easy ride on the subway - just a few stops! I would definitely stay again.

I was staying for a single night at the Marco LaGuardia hotel and boy was I glad it was only one night. Once I landed in LGA I called the hotel to request a shuttle, and I was told that there were no rooms for me. After 20 minutes of back and forth a room became available and they sent a shuttle. The ride took about ten minutes but the neighborhood is really dangerous. I would not feel safe walking to any restaurants in the area.

Upon arrival I found the staff to be overwhelmed. There was no organization and no direction of where to go to my room. I was able to schedule a shuttle for 7AM the next morning (more on that later.) Once I arrived at my room I found it to be extremely dated, likely not updated since the hotel opened in 2006 and smelled of cigarettes. The AC unit in the room was very loud, old, and smelled. The bed had four small pillows and a recliner chair was the other seating reminiscent of 2006. The bathroom had cheap soap and thin towels. After a restless night of sleep due to noise I was happy to be leaving the hotel.

I went downstairs for my 7AM shuttle around 6:50AM. There was a man and woman at the front desk, and the man was telling the woman how the day would go and the guest they were expecting. At 7:05 I asked them where the shuttle was. The man said “its coming he just got on.” I said “What is the point of a 7:00AM shuttle scheduled if it doesn’t go on time?” They both flat out IGNORED me and said nothing. I said “are you just going to ignore me?” And the man just rudely said “thank you, ok.” I couldn’t believe it.

With that attitude, it is no wonder the hotel is in dismay. I will take a generic Marriott property any day that has some sense of professionalism over this independent hotel any day.

My advice is to stay away unless you want an old room in a dangerous area, rude staff, and shuttle times that leave whenever they want.

First the pros: Really nice location for attending an event at Citi Field. It was an easy 30 minute walk to the venue, and when it was over, there were enough other people walking in the same direction as us that we were very comfortable even though it was around midnight.
The neighborhood also had a lot of amenities, food, bakeries etc. And the chicken place across the street was both a. excellent and b. open late so it was a great snack afterwards when everything else had closed.

On the other hand, not enough staff at the desk, a good number of the other guests were being jerks to them, and another number of guests were pretty frustrated, with reason. One man I talked to on the elevator was going back for a third attempt at a room key. With one thing and another, wait time to just check in was not insignificant.

Additionally, we had the experience of coming back, going to our room and not having the key work when we came in for the evening. Apparently a number of flight attendants came in and one of them got our room. This was not communicated in any way shape or form. And so had to go down, stand in line, get lied to that it was a maintenance issue (despite us saying that the woman upstairs had told us what happened) and then going to our new room where they moved our stuff (minus one toothbrush). The room was both quite damp and had a "cooling" system that sounded like having a diesel truck idling on and off in the room all night.
Managed to sleep okay anyway. The bed itself was fine and I have no complaints about the housekeeping.

This hotel is absolutely awful… management and staff are downright liars. Checked in and had to immediately check out due to a family emergency as a family member was rushed to the hospital back at home which is 2 hours away. When calling back even after describing our situation to the manager and staff they claimed they had no recollection of us checking out, claiming during one conversation that they did not receive our room keys and we never checked out and during another conversation that we checked out the next day. Complete liars, had absolutely no regard for the fact that we had to rush home to our family member in ICU and missed our entire trip, yet still charged us because we “never notified them.” Not only is this hotel located in one of the sketchiest neighborhoods I’ve ever seen, but it is also run by liars with absolutely no care for their customers whatsoever. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

After being booked here by Southwest Airlines when my flight was canceled, I must say that I really just wanted to get home. Despite this, I could not have been happier with the hotel and what they offer. From the free LaGuardia shuttle to the early check-in to the complimentary breakfast, everything this hotel does is done with class and high standards. Every person I interacted with was accommodating and kind.

The hotel is close to the airport, a short walking distance to the subway station, and sorrounded by restaurants, stores, shops.
Staff was pleasant and helpful, especially Selma at the Front Desk, who was friendly and accommodating.
Complimentary breakfast was good, and the free shuttle to the airport was convenient.
Will come back if we happen to be in the area.

We stayed in the 2 bed suite and it was very spacious. The hotel was extremely clean, with the exception of a stain on the couch. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, we hardly heard anyone else the entire time. My favorite part of our stay was the restaurant. They had hands-down the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had.

Great value! Economical! Great location near LaGuardia airport. On site Italian restaurant. No frills, clean basic and affordable! Staff is very friendly and accommodating... the shuttle and drivers go above and beyond!

I don't believe the shuttle runs to Citi Field only to LaGuardia, the subway or the Long Island Railroad. Bear in mind, however, that Citi Field is only one stop away on the subway. At worst, that's a seven minute walk and a three minute ride.
