Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had such a great time here. Cows, sheep, chickens, kittens...The nearby dairy farm is a sight to see, which the Buttons will gladly welcome you to. The breakfast and desserts were delicious and plentiful. Beds were nice and comfortable, and they were the nicest hosts you could ever ask for. Do not hesitate to book a room or both of them!

What a gem! Adorable property, great breakfast, amazingly gracious hosts who took us on private tours of the farms and property. We felt like we really got away from it all and we were only there one night. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Five stars!

We have stayed at this B&B twice. Carol and Arlan are great hosts. The rooms and beds are very nice, private and comfy. You can sit on the porch and chat and watch the sheep. Very peaceful setting!! Close to Watkins Glen, Letchworth state park and the finger lakes. Can't wait to visit again!!

As siblings who have aged, moved, grown uniquely... this welcoming gathering place, embodied by Carol and Arlan who host and gracefully hold a space for affirming connection well rooted in the home crafted nature of their working farm; this offers us a sharing space for our newest steps in understanding and relaxing together.

We have been going to this B&B for over 10 years. Summer is the best time because we can help on the farm, bottle-feed lambs, play in the creek, look for frogs and snakes, sit by the pond, picnic on the lawn. read on the porch.
We've also gone in spring to try seeing a newborn lamb, have helped with a shearing and gone sledding in the winter.
Carol and Arlan have always made us feel like we are visiting family, even after the first trip.
The food is delicious, conversation uplifting.
It's a retreat for families.
