Great hotel that has a basketball court, indoor pool, a small bar that serves wine and beer only. They have an outdoor firepit and the front desk offers complimentary smores packages. There is also plenty of outside seating and a BBQ to use.

The room was very clean and comfortable. As I said earlier, A couple of more GF and vegetarian choices for breakfast would have been nice. The gym and swimming pool area were very well kept, and the best part was that we were able to reserve the Pool for 1.5 h just for us.

The rooms and service were amazing. The people were all friendly. We utilized the pool and the laundry services. Slept great. The dark out curtains are a great touch. our kitchenette was really nice, full refrigerator, stove top, dish washer, sink, toaster, microwave and some dishes, snacks and drinks

This is not my preferred hotel to stay in the area, however since I was staying for a few nights, I thought this place would be nice since it has a full kitchen. Prior to booking, I called to ask about their pet policy since I have bad allergies and was assured that that would not be an issue and that they would be able to put me in a room that a pet hasn’t been in for a while. She said they have people all the time who are allergic with no issues. She also said they try to limit pets to floors 1 and 2. I booked since I figured it would be fine, but I was wrong.
When I first walked in, the lady at the desk was friendly. Upon entering the first room I received a horrible pet odor even though they assured me a pet hasn’t been in the room for over a month. The manager told me that I’m the one with the issue if it’s been a month and the smell is bothering me. Then they gave me another room which wasn’t much better but I agreed to stay since it would have been a pain to move for a third time. This room had a dead stink bug on the floor and a small black bug on the curtain. Later that night there was a gnat and a small green bug in the bathroom.
At 3 AM I called the front desk and told them my experience and that I would be checking out the next morning even through I was supposed to stay for 2 more nights. This women was very nice and asked if I wanted to move for a third time and I said no. I asked her about the pet policy and she said they only keep pets on floors 1 and 4 which is inconsistent with the first women. I also mentioned that the online room pictures didn’t match the physical room. She seemed to agree and mentioned you only get a desk in the executive suite which is weird since a desk is normally standard in a typically hotel room.
The next morning, I went to talk with the manager. She said that they went into the first room and didn’t smell anything. I told her she was nose blind since she’s used to that smell. I also mentioned all the inconsistencies and she blamed it on corporate giving them mixed messages. When I told her about the bugs, she said that’s normal for the area. After going back and forth, the manager agreed to refund me for the rest of the nights and I went to stay at another hotel.
This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at and I’ll never stay again. If you’re allergic to pets or don’t like the smell of animals this is not the place for you. There are many better hotels I’ve stayed at in the area that I would highly recommend over this place.

Traveling as a group can get complicated but Nicole made the process easy from reservation to checkout. Communication was excellent and the hotel was very responsive to our needs and even last minute requests. Everyone in our group of 13 rooms enjoyed their stay - easy reservation process, welcoming staff, large, clean and comfortable rooms, ample breakfast and space to gather. We look forward to returning when in the area!

This hotel has it all, amazing size rooms, stellar employees from the front desk to the breakfast room, hearty filling breakfast, & a quiet location. Our room was on the 4th floor, the odd numbered rooms face the back of the hotel. It’s unfortunate we arrived so late as my kids would’ve loved to play basketball or sit around the outdoor fire pit. Beds are incredibly comfy, we heard zero noise from the other hotel guests, or any noise outside. Breakfast was filling, I don’t remember the last time I saw a hotel use real plates & cutlery for the complementary breakfast, I’ve never seen breakfast burritos offered, even the standard waffles & orange juice tasted better than the other hotels we’ve stayed at lately.
This hotel sets the bar for future hotel stays, and will be our preferred hotel when traveling.

We booked directly through Hilton and were very happy with the hotel amenities. Room was very clean, we felt that staff was serious about disinfecting and safety of guests. Kitchenette was stocked with necessary items and beds were comfortable. Added bonus was that even though the hotel is located in a proximity to several businesses and services, you looked out on a greenbelt which was very pleasant.

We had the BEST weekend at Homewood Suites in New Hartford! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, even sealed so we knew that we were the only ones to enter! The breakfast area was very clean and comfortable. We were glad that the staff was so helpful and kind. The pool reservations were a bit hit with our kids too! They got the pool to themselves and could feel comfortable enjoying the water! Staff wore masks at all times and the establishment went above and beyond to ensure that our family and other guests were having a safe, relaxing experience. Thank you, Homewood Suites, for a really wonderful time! It was our first time staying outside our home in a year and we are very grateful for such a positive experience! We will DEFINITELY be visiting again soon!

Our one-night stay was exemplary. The hotel was in a quiet yet convenient area, and had the new "feel" of recent construction. The entire staff (front desk, housekeeping and especially the breakfast server) was professional and friendly. Homewood Suites is becoming our brand of choice.

Stayed here 1 night on our road trip. Room was great, clean and comfy. Staff was nice and welcoming and breakfast was about normal. If you stay here you MUST eat at a place 1 mile away called Camellas Cafe for lunch or dinner. We had the best meal there, the staff was awesome, and the even had a great recommendation for coffee the next morning.
