Hotel's Favourite
We went to a wedding in Washingtonville and this location was perfect. convenient 5 mins from Woodbury common outlet. newly renovated so everything was nice and clean, although the fridge’s humming did bother me because I am a light sleep. free breakfast. Dunkin’ Donuts nearby. expensive for weekends but reasonable weekday rates. Also not too far from waterpark and casino in Catskills.

Stay Report - 1/2 to 1/3
Location: The hotel is located near a major cluster of local roads which include NY 17, NY 32, US 6 and I-87. The interchanges have been redone recently but when I was getting off 87 there was still a major backup to go east on 32. The hotel itself is on the other side of 87 from the outlet malls but its located near a development which as a TGI Fridays, Dunkin Donuts, Uno, Aldi, Michaels and Staples. To get to the hotel you keep driving past everything and it's at the end of the road in a parking lot.
Hotel: The hotel itself seems about 10 years old and looks very nice from the outside. There's also more than enough parking. The lobby is a little cramped but the breakfast area is large. Currently breakfast is limited to cold items for grab and go from 7 to 10 but there is coffee 24 hours.
Check In: Handled by an indifferent agent who didn't offer me a Diamond welcome amenity and had to be prompted with information about the hotel. Thankfully he was the only unhelpful employee I encountered here.
Room: Nice, I like this renovated design as I think it makes the room feel bigger. I had a large bed facing the windows, a couch, a desk and a fridge and microwave combo with coffee maker. The bathroom was also large. Only negative is there were no outlets near the bed.
Overall a good property. I'd be back.

My husband, children and I stayed here this week as it was only 15 minutes away from Legoland in Goshen. We originally booked a 2 queen room directly on the Hampton website however upon arrival were notified that room type was sold out. We were given a king with sofabed on the second floor. The room was clean and the shower had excellent water pressure and was hot! The sofa bed was adequate for our young children but definitely not for an adult. We used the pool each day. You need to schedule pool time (covid-19 rules). This was great because we got the pool to ourselves. It was heated and clean. I will say that the front desk staff, Naomi and Jessica, were so very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the hospitality provided. Breakfast was grab and go and consisted of breakfast bars, bagels, peanut butter or cream cheese, apples and bananas, orange or cranberry juice, muffins, and hard boiled eggs. All sufficient for our needs There was coffee and tea also available in the lobby. I am really happy we choose this hotel for our mini getaway.

I requested to have my room cleaned on Wed upon my checked in on Sunday and they missed it. I made the reservation for my whole team and they charged all the rooms in my card even after my colleagues provided their cards upon their checked in. We literally had to checked with the front desk almost every day for the whole week of stay just to ensure they charged the room correctly.
One of my colleagues missed the flight on Sunday; I notified the hotel upon my checked in to adjust my colleague’s arrival date on a later date. They assured me that I won’t get charged a cancellation fee or no show. However, they still charged me for no show because the reservation was under my name). The General Manager, Caitlyn(?) was having an attitude about it as I was attempting to explain to her about my colleague’s situation why he missed is check-in on the first day. She even charged me a tax fee although I provided a tax exempt form.
Moreover, the fitness room was not available the whole time we stayed. No breakfast besides a takeout stuff (mini-muffin, banana, and small drinks). Coffee and tea are sitting next to the front desk. For a cup of hot water (more like lukewarm), you have to ask the front desk to fill your cup of hot water for you. I really don’t know their logic behind it. Their shoppette besides the front desk is virtually empty.
Finally, the staff seemed like they’re newly-hired and still learning the process.
Bottom line, I will not recommend this place. I know for sure my team will no longer stay in this place.

Cleanliness is my number one priority for hotel ratings. We only stayed one night and if we had arrived earlier or less exhausted I probably would have requested a room change or a cleaning visit, in particular due to the bathroom. Managers, you need to train housekeeping to pay attention not just to the toilet seat, but the entire bowl, including the outside, the floors, shower walls, etc.

Stayed here due to proximity to Woodbury Commons outlet mall, which is less than 5-minute drive from hotel. Very clean and updated hotel - everything in our room worked great and we appreciated being able to use our Netflix streaming account on the tv! Every employee we saw was always hustling and working, especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was the usual Hamptons menu, but staff made sure the food was always fresh and refilled. Pool area was average, but does include a jacuzzi which is a rarity these days. The pool is also open pretty late which was nice! I agree with a previous comment that the coffee isn’t great, but it was good enough. Was one of the first Hamptons in awhile where my digital key worked without fail. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this location, was extremely close to the NY shopping outlets . Upon checking in the employee was friendly, but did not mention our Diamond status , she asked if we wanted our complimentary drinks, should have been readily available. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious, but was and is in dire need of a big upgrade/facelift. Carpets were stained , wallpaper in bathroom was falling off the walls , the heating system was loud and never hit the temperature to shut off . The walls behind the doors had holes in them , I guess from prior rough guest . They must have had a water pipe burst in the morning, they had fans blowing all over the first floor and drop ceiling was missing exposing the wires of the building, the lounge area had plenty of tables and chairs and some couches, but unknown to us the couches took on water from the pipe leak and we all sat down to wet seats. Soaking out pants.
The breakfast was typical Hilton food .
Employees and staff were friendly. Hopefully they remodeled this location soon , we would like to revisit the location In the future.

My new husband and I decided to book with Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury as it came highly recommended by our wedding venue, Falkirk Estate. They are super close to both the wedding venue and to Woodbury Commons. You could actually just walk over to Woodbury Commons if you'd like!
From the moment we decided to have our wedding block with this hotel Rebecka Jennings took care of us and made it such an easy and wonderful experience. She was quick to respond to our silly questions and would happily hop on a phone call if needed. She made sure we were well taken care of on our wedding night and the morning after as well. Can't say enough about how kind and professional she was. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding guests were well taken care of and had all the information they needed for their stay and our big day.
I highly recommend utilizing this hotel for any stay. The breakfast buffet is great, the coffee is hot and constant and they have fresh warm cookies always ready in the lobby! You won't regret it and we will definitely be back soon.

This motel had a friendly staff and our room was clean but the facilities are dated and it’s not good value for money. For awhile it was the only chain accommodation available near Woodbury Commons Outlet but now there are others within easy driving distance. You might want to consider another if you’re quoted a high price.

We stay at this hotel once or twice a year. But after having to deal with the mother/daughter tag team, Meghan and Kathy Young supposedly the assistant manager/housekeeper, Next time we will be staying in a better place. Meghan “comped” a drink for the four in our party, then charged our credit card for it, was angry we were notified by our card right away, her mother then verbally attacked us while I was having breakfast with my wife, daughter and grandson in the dining room with other guests. Each of the two days we were there someone had been in our room, we had requested no housekeeping since we were only there two days. Upon checkout Meghan informed me that I wasn’t “nice” to her and that she has a lot of power to do things if you aren’t “nice”to her. Not sure what she was expecting as to the “nice” comment. I have never seen anything like the behavior of these two employees, more what you would expect at a low end hotel. Meghan said she has a lot of power but didn’t seem have the power to remove the charge she put on our card.

For walk might take 30 minutes.
Hotel has a shuttle to drop and pick you.
In case you miss the shuttle, you can call hotel reception and they can send again, the staff and driver is very co-operative
I’m sorry I didn’t use the pool.
Yes. They held mine while I did some running talk to the front desk.
