The room smells like cleaning chemicals. It is gloomy and I am not recommending for a long stay. The floor on one side vibrates when you step on it, indicating some rot underneath. The towels are cheap and smells like breach. I may add that the towels are not absorbing as it should because of the thin layer.
The cabinets are dirty so we did not bother to use it instead we put our soiled clothes back to our sport bag. The flat screen works fine and they have direct TV channels. The bathroom is small good for an individual. Good luck if have your family members with you. Bathroom tissue papers are thin like you are in some third world country.
Unfortunately I took the risk of booking on a weekend. I find their rate pricey for the quality of your stay. Never coming back.

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback. we do clan our rooms with disinfector chemical, our cleaning chemical odor will go away in hour, and it is safe. Our all linen is washed with detergent, softener and bleach. and it is safe to use. It is good to know that you did like our direct T.V programs. We do have newly renovated bathroom. We do address our housekeeping for cabinet clean up as you have address. Again thank you Dilip Patel.

Well located, close to Woodbury and many other exciting places.
Cleaning lags.
There can be noise from other guests until late, and smoke enters the non-smoking rooms from people smoking on the balcony.
The heating system is old-fashioned and must be adjusted manually.
The beds are good, nice size of room.

There are not a lot of hotel options in this area. Our room felt dated, but it was perfectly serviceable for a night. Of course you won't find posh or high tech amenities, but if you need a place to stay, there is no reason not to choose this hotel.

Stayed on this hotel for 3 nights and one of the worst mistake i ever did. The hotel is dirty and the cleaning staffs are inefficient and old (70+ age) and not interested in any of the work. I am posting few pictures please have a look.

1. The carpets are ultra dirty, disguesting and you cannot walk over them without shoes (please see the attached pic).

2. There are bugs everywhere on the wall, flying, on the carpet (please see attached pic).

3. The cleaning staffs are old (70+ age) and not interested in doing any work. Even after asking multiple times, they didnt clean the carpet.

4. Bed sheet was torn and had holes.

5. The premesis in itself is disguesting and i dont think anyone would stay here.

6. Website advertised Breakfast was included but there was nothing for the breakfast, except stale coffee with whitener.

7. Staffs were impolite and rude.

8. Bathtub was very tiny and small.

9. The rates of the hotel is as good as Hilton or Marriot, simple waste of money.

10. One cosmos pizza place is walkable (thats the only nearby eatery, except dunkin donut and 7/11) and when i picked up the pizza from cosmos, the front desk guy saw me carrying pizza, and then he was rushing to give me pamplet of door derlivery places (not sure if he has any cut :)), thats the only help he did.

11. They do not even give water bottle, you need to buy from the vending machine kept in the front desk which was not functioning.

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Also, we did not hear from you anything regarding our services. As per your request, our housekeepers did provide a cleaning service during your stay. Also, they changed the linens. The property is an exterior corridor and when the guest keeps the door open for a long that is the only reason that has bugs in the room. We hire our staff without race, color, age, and religion. As long as they perform well, it’s good for customer service. We outsource our linens from another company. Also, there is an instruction given to housekeepers to change the linens on daily basis. Our franchise does not allow us to provide breakfast. We just follow the guideline given by the franchise. For our guest safety, we have temporarily discontinued our breakfast service. We have a standard bathtub that used in all Hotels/Motels in the United States. We have renovated our all rooms bath rooms during pandemic 2020. We did competitive and affordable rates with very good hospitality services. Our front desk always provides all restaurant and take out a place near our Motel so the customer has the option of all different type of food to enjoy during their stay. We are limited service Inn so we did not provide water bottle but we do have a vending machine which always fully functions so guest can enjoy soft drink and water during there stay.

This hotel was wrong in so many ways. 2 good things. Front desk was friendly. Walking distance to Woodbury Commons. Was a Thursday so there were only a few vehicles there. So how hard was it to clean the rooms. Friday and weekends are busy so think again. Carpets were not vacuumed. Sand and crumbs everywhere. Towels smelled like food as if they were folded in the kitchen. Bedspread smelled dusty. Bathroom was renovated but not very clean. Pee drop on seat. Thank God for disinfectant wipes.

We arrived to check in just minutes before 12am.. we planned to arrive earlier but traffic while traveling was hectic. I still thought it would be safe as it was BEFORE 12am but of course there was noone at the property and noone answering the phone. THREE other families arrived after us go try and check in but were unable. It is a busy area and there wasn't another hotel with availability within 40 minutes away! Booking.com seemed as confused as we were as they also tried contacting the property! Thankfully we received a refund from Booking.com but this was the worst experience with a hotel we have ever had in our many years of travel!

We apologize for the inconvenience during the check-in. We close the front door at midnight. However, there is a number available on the door for late check-in. Generally, we call all our guests and ask for check-in time, so we can arrange someone at that time. We can not find your reservation on the above name. Can you please give us the reservation details so we can help you out? Thanks again.

On a recent trip to West Point Military Academy, we stayed one night at the Harriman Motor Inn in Central Valley, NY. What a disappointment! I made our reservations on-line, afer being impressed with the picture supposedly of the Harriman on their web-site. As it turns out the picture was not of the Harriman at all---no semblance! As soon as we checked in, we went to look for the site of the photo. The photo used as advertisement for the Harriman was of the Premium Outlet Mall a mile or so from the Harriman. Had I seen a photo of the Harriman I would have never made reservations there. Only the barest of essentials are in the rooms...a bed, a TV, a couple of towels in the bathroom. The room was not very clean, had an odor which I could not place, and even the soft drink machine outside of the office was empty. We are glad that we only made reservations for one night there. There are plenty of nicer motels closer to West Point.

Dont expect luxury. This is a traditional roadside motel with no additional facilities but the rooms are clean and fairly well appointed. Theres no swimming pool despite some adverts on leaflets for it - the pool closed in 2004.
Its clean and economical for an overnight stop if you have spent all day shopping at Woodbury Common factory outlets which are less than 1/4 mile away and need somewhere to stay at 10pm!

Be warned that the bed in the room I stayed in had bedbugs. I reported that the mattress had black dots, evidence of bedbug feces, and was told my sheets would be changed but the hotel does not have bedbugs. I somehow accepted this story.andI now have bedbugs, Have discarded bed, bedding, and suitcase. My home is to be treated next week. The hotel denies any responsibility since "I could have gotten them anywhere and no one else complained,"

I don't understand how other reviews can list anything positive. The smell that another reviewers refers to is cheap detergent. You smell it as soon as you enter the room (and we tried three rooms while we were there - they all had this same smell). It is not a pleasant smell but rather a cheap, unrelenting odor that reminds me of poorly maintained public washrooms.
I feel bad for the staff that work there. They are polite and friendly but clearly have to work in poor conditions. The cleaning lady drags around three trolleys, one being a modified grocery cart. She is not given the proper cleaning supplies to maintain the rooms. The window sills are full of dead bugs, mildew and dust. The tubs have stained bottoms and the heaters are damaged and spattered with rust.
The stair case to the second story of rooms is filthy. The concrete steps and floor has peeling paint, more dead bugs, cobwebs, etc. The whole experience was simply gross.
Under no circumstances would I ever stay in this location again.
