Stayed here last month on an emergency trip for work in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and a perfect stay.
Customer service is Superb from check-in to checkout. Courtney and the front desk staff are second to none.
The hotel bartender Melissa (?) was a joy to interact with.
Room was the best I think I've ever stayed in for a hotel plus a fully equipped kitchenette
Complete with the neccessary pots and pans to cook with.
Bathroom was to die for. Large shower suitable for 2 with hot water than never ran out.
Bed was nice and comfortable and allowed for a solid night's sleep each night I was there.
Breakfast each morning was filling with plenty of hot food offerings.
Breakfast staff was constantly filling the hot bar items and hustling to make room for arriving breakfast guests.
Very impressed with the way the hotel is run.
Can't wait to bring my wife here for a long weekend.

The staff at the RI Bronx goes out of their way to ensure their guests are taken care off in every way.
Every morning I was greeted with a vibrant Good Morning Mr.#!×!!!
Special shout out to Courtney of the front desk staff who could tell I was irritated when I arrived four hours later than I had intended due to airline issues on the originating end of my flight and rental car issues.
She quickly and efficiently got me checked in and acknowledged my Marriott Bonvoy Silver status.
Room was beyond my wildest expectations
Room was large complete with a kitchenette, large living area and bathroom to die for.
Shower was 10 star and big enough for two
with never ending hot water and water pressure that never changed.
Slept well the entire time I was there with a minor inconvenience of a barking dog one night.
Breakfast crew busted their butt's to be sure the area remained clean while constantly filling hot food items.
Bonus: There is a Stop and Shop supermarket a short walk from the hotel and a Applebees just off the hotel atrium that will deliver to your room.
Job well done Marriott on this hotel!!

Despite the pandemic restrictions, the staff at the RI Bronx busts their backs to take care of their guest!
Special kudos to Courtney of the front desk staff who could tell I was upset when I arrived because Hertz screwed my car reservation that made it so I'd have to rely on cabs to get around for the week I was there.
The hotel bartender was engaging and very professional while keeping up with her customers.
Hotel was extremely clean in the lobby and hallways were spotless.
Room was much nicer than I had expected. Plenty of room to move around and the overall room design was great for a week's stay.
Room had enough space to lay out work materials if need be. The bed was perfect! Got a good night's sleep the entire week I was there and the bathroom and shower were the highlight of the room.
Plenty of room to move around and not crack any bones getting in and out of the shower Bonus: The shower kept GREAT pressure and hot water all week that didn't run out!
The kitchenette was almost as big the one at home and had all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare and serve a five course meal if needed.
Bonus #2 There is an Applebee's in the hotel atrium that will deliver to your room and for those who prefer to cook in their room there is a Stop& Shop grocery store a very short walk from the hotel that has anything a cook could want.
The cab/car service the hotel contracts with is a bit pricy when it comes to their fares but on the bright side the drivers are engaging and professional.
I will be back the next time I'm in NYC and will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one in the greater NYC area!
Job well done Marriott!!!!!!

We've worked very closely with the staff and sales manager recently for use of the boardroom for company purposes. Upon entering the facility, one of our guest had broken their rolling walker/rollator, and the very nice young lady Bianca at the front desk went ahead without question immediately found a wheelchair for our guest for transportation in/out of the building. Extremely caring staff, and big Kudos to Bianca for being a team player in the situation, and prevent further injury to one of our guest entering the building. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff at the RI BRONX is fantastic!
Very engaging front desk staff and efficient too.
There is always a manager close by to handle any issue that come up.
Special shout out to Courtney who resolved my room issue quickly and efficiently.
Room was great complete
With a fully stocked kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, full size stove/ oven combination and microwave and all the cooking gear to prepare a dinner for 6 if needed. Kitchenette also came complete with plenty of glasses and plates. As a bonus I also found dishwashing and dish washer detergent.
Living area was great. Plenty of space to unwind after a long day at the work.
Slept well the entire week I was there. Had plenty of pillows and blankets if needed.
Bathroom was the highlight of the room.
Nice big vanity and large shower with hot water that NEVER ran out or LOST pressure!
As an added bonus the bartender at the hotel bar is fantastic. Very people oriented and always had a good adult joke to tell.
The breakfast staff busts their asses to keep the food area well stocked and tables clean.
The hotel happy hours the first part of the week offer a great way to unwind and meet new people.
There is also a Applebees in the hotel atrium that will deliver to your room if you don't want to cook and a Stop&Shop grocery store a short walk a way to purchase anything a guest may need.

One question to hotel management: Why not put all of the guests with pets on one floor?

The car service the hotel contracts with is very efficient to get around. The drivers are very engaging and professional .
The car service only excepts cash unless your company has a corporate account.
Job well done Marriot with this hotel.

Rooms cleaned and allowed for proper protocols. Staff was confused abit on room requirements as we had asked for specifics weeks prior only to find that they were unable to meet our needs. We had to spend time at the counter re explaining our request.
Although they offer handicap rooms, the bed was to high for a person to get into. Our family member ended up sleeping on the sofa in her room as it was more accessible.
Breakfast was great with a variety of foods available for both adults and children.
Parking seemed abit limited but with some searching, we found a space in the garage adjacent to the hotel.

Very well- run hotel. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the breakfast staff everyone is very engaging with guests and are ready to help at a moment's notice.
Special shout out to Courtney who checked me in and quickly recognized that I was upset from an incident at JFK. She quickly suggested I go to my room and then come back down and have a beer at the hotel bar before I unpacked. I took Courtney's advice and had not one but two beers at the bar because the bartender was able to get me to relax and unwind.
Room was very spacious with plenty of room to work without having to feel cramped.
Kitchenette in the room was great. Microwave, full size fridge, stove made it easy to cook in my room on the nights I didn't want to go out to eat.
Sleeping area was very cozy and comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep the week I was there.
The breakfast staff busted their asses keeping the hot foods full and the area clean for arriving breakfast guests.
Housekeeping didn't miss a beat the week I was there. Room was spotless each day when I returned from work.
Other bonuses for the hotel: Dunkin Applebee's and LA Fitness are located in the hotel atrium. There is also a Stop&Shop supermarket a very short walk away to get needed supplies for cooking in room.
This hotel should be the standard for guest services and training new employees.

Outstanding guest experience from check in to check out.
Very engaging and efficient front desk staff who do their best to make the guest feel at home.
Room for my week long stay was spot on.
Large living area suitable for work or just kicking back and relaxing!
Kitchenette was almost as big as my one at home complete with a full size refrigerator, cook top and oven. Kitchenette also came with the necessary cookware, utensils, dishes and clean up supplies. The only thing missing was the food to cook which can be obtained at the Stop&Shop grocery store a very short walk away.
Sleeping area was perfect for my sleeping habits and slept well the week I was there.
The highlight of my room was the large bathroom and shower.
Shower had great pressure that held every time I showered and the hot water never ran out.
The hotel sponsored happy hours the first part of the week offer a great way to unwind and meet new people .
There is also a Applebees in the hotel atrium that will deliver if you deem it necessary.
Breakfast every morning morning was spot on! Plenty of hot food and cold options to choose from.
Fruit was fresh each morning and the coffee hot.
Breakfast staff busted their asses to keep the area clean and the hot foods filled.
Can't wait to bring my other half here for a long weekend.
Job well done Marriott!

I rarely write reviews, but I could not leave without highlighting the stellar service offered at the Residence Inn Bronx at Metro Center. Courtney is an outstanding manager! She was attentive, courteous, friendly, and very professional. She made sure my needs and those of my family (to include my dog!) were taken care of. The intern who greeted me when I checked in was great too…friendly and hospitable (not surprising under Court’s tutelage!). Once we checked into our room, we were delighted to find a welcome basket (with a handwritten note!), replete with snacks and goodies (and toys for my pup!). We had a two bedroom suite and it was very nice. We did encounter an issue with one of the kitchen cabinet glass panes being loose, but the front desk staff took great care to address it promptly. Joseph came to personally inspect the issue and reassure me that it would be taken care of immediately by the engineering department. Joseph was incredibly helpful and attentive, exceeding my expectations for hospitality in every aspect, sending a basket with snacks (and a personal handwritten note!) for the inconvenience and following up with me after the fact to ensure I was completely satisfied. Enter Brandon from the engineering department…Brandon was awesome! He was so polite and friendly. He examined the issue and immediately set to work on fixing the cabinet door, carefully ensuring the glass pane was secure and to my satisfaction prior to departing. The staff I encountered during my stay was truly exceptional. The handwritten notes were a truly classy touch. Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable in the best way possible!

Sunday night, as I bought a beer to bring back to our room, I recounted to the woman at the front desk, Zoe Parker, our experience at dinner. We had decided to buy a drink for a man who we overheard was in NY from Minnesota restoring power after the recent hurricane. Turns out he was drinking Johhny Walker King George. I joked with Zoe that "No good deed goes unpunished" as I'm going to drink an $8 beer while he's having a $130 glass of Scotch.
10 minutes later, there was a knock at the door. Zoe had brought us an ice bucket of beer and White Claws.
I can't express how touched we were by her gesture. Zoe truly understands the value of listening to your customers and relating to them. We couldn't have been more impressed.
