Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Spacious suite with 2 queen size beds had plenty of individual space and felt more like a studio. Crafted furnishings, original artwork and tile flooring throughout made this place very unique. Beautiful grounds and well informed staff. Note - NO BREAKFAST is offered as listed on this website, so plan accordingly.

This was the second time for a stay at Inn at the Delta. It is a stunning Inn with HUGE rooms that make you feel as if you are at a private romantic Hacienda. What we love about the Inn ; The privacy. You could stay their days and never see another person. The linens, cleanliness of the rooms is awesome and if you like a fireplace, private jacuzzi or sitting on your private porch this is the place for you. The Innkeeper is very accommodating and made a special effort for us so we could check in early on a very stormy day.
The last time we stayed there, pre-covid, they had a lovely breakfast but due to circumstances beyond their control they can no longer offer that service. That is a travesty and I hope they can get that changed.
Would we stay again, yes.

We were on a two-week roadie from Los Angeles to Santa Fe to Colorado, Utah, NV then home July 2021 (First Post Covid Trip).
After looking at the prices of anything decent in Santa Fe, we stumbled across Inn at the Delta. Good reviews, good price, sounded good. We ended up staying at a bunch of bnb's along the way, this was by far the best.
Upon checking in, we met the family running the Inn who were genuinely happy to have us stay with them. While I would expect that from the family, I was impressed when every single employee we met, over the entire stay, introduced themselves by name and made it a point that if we needed ANYTHING please do not hesitate 'to ask me personally, I will get it done'. It was genuine and sincere and meant a lot coming out on our first post-Covid trip. We felt 100% safe and welcome at the Inn.
The room itself was magnificent. We were on a Southwest Trail of the Ancients trip and this room fit the theme so very well. It was so easy to envision a 1500's experience in the Southwest, with Air Conditioning and a fridge. The room was spacious and stunning and our bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. I know, 1500's be damned, a jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a day of hiking and photography.
I happened to brush up against one of the walls. It was totally smooth. This wasn't drywall made to look like adobe walls, it was incredibly good workmanship. The tile floors too. Could have been a little brighter at night, but the dimness of the lights added to the effect.
We stayed at a few really good bnb's, this was by far the best. If you want a luxury experience in the Santa Fe area for a reasonable price, stay at Inn at the Delta. We were about 40 minutes from downtown Santa Fe.
While this sounds like a travel brochure, I assure I am a real person who teaches in Los Angeles. Feel free to hit my profile up with questions you might have.

This place is adorable and smaller sized niche type of hotel, great decor and the service was amazing, however, I booked this particular hotel given that there were fireplaces in each room and despite 2 attempts the manager was unable to make mine operate consistently. 90% of my decision to book this place was based on this fireplace so I’m quite disappointed. The rooms are very spacious and have high ceilings and jacuzzi tubs which are awesome. Overall the stay was great, just recommend management ensure their equipment is fully operational prior to arrival that customers expect and pay for.

Espanola is not a big town, so we were pleasantly surprised when we drove up to this beautiful lodging. The grounds are beautiful - great landscaping and nice southwest feeling. Check in was polite. There is a nice sitting room adjacent to the registration desk. room 8, on the ground floor, was very large despite having 2 queen beds. Housekeeping would check in with us when they saw us to ask if we needed anything.
However, there are small issues that make this a 3, not a 4 star property. We alerted the hotel to these issues, so maybe they have been remedied.
All of the lamps are wired to the main switch, so reading at night means you have to get up to turn off the bedside light. No breakfast is served, which wouldn't be so bad except that the restaurant next door, which the desk clerk referred us to, doesn't open for breakfast early, and does not stay open late either - very inconvenient if you want a quick bite before going out or coming back.
In the room, the screens don't fit, so you can't open the windows without bugs coming in; the bath fan fixture is missing; charging electronics is not easy since there are not many outlets and 1 power cord; there are skylights in the room which wake you up with bright sun very early, unless you wear a eye shade; and no luggage racks for suitcases.
We will probably stay here again but there definitely is room for improvement.

We arrived around 8:00pm and the 'reception' was perfunctory at best. When I asked if breakfast was included I was told no without any additional information i.e. suggestions nearby to get breakfast. The host stepped outside and pointed to toward the end of the building (it was dark) and said our room was toward the end. Not really very helpful. Looking around the room we realized that there were no regular (only decaf) coffee packets and that there was a coffee packet and coffee still in the pot. Otherwise, the room seemed clean and was large & beautiful. The grounds are small but had gorgeous flowers so nice despite being located behind an industrial looking building. Breakfast and/or coffee in the lobby would make the overpriced room more palatable.

The rooms are beyond large. One has to move a chair across the room to sit and view the TV. Children would have plenty of room to play. This 10-room motel is an all-adobe structure decorated in colonial New Mexico style. Rooms would easily rent for $300 a night in Santa Fe. Landscaping is nice. The property has little curb appeal. You need to enter to appreciate it. A negative: the parking lot is unpaved. There might be mud during wet weather. The motel does not serve breakfast despite what this website states.

We really loved the Inn at the Delta. The Garcia family was very friendly and have created a beautiful Southwesten-themed oasis. The rooms are very spacious and include a sitting area, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. The Inn is convenient to Abiquiu, Bandelier, Puye cliff dwellings, and Los Alamos (within 30 minute drive to each). Would definitely recommend.

We want to give a huge shout out to this Inn! We pulled in looking for a room after our original place looked totally sketchy. The manager, whose family owns the place, said they were fully booked. We explained our problem, and he found us a room in a nearby B&B and invited me to use the computer in his office to make the reservation! He real went out of his way for us non-guests, so I am sure the guests must get amazing service too. The Inn looked absolutely adorable. If we come through here again, we will stay here!

This is a nice quaint inn filled with hand carved Spanish style furniture, comfortable bedding, and quality amenities. The grounds are beautifully planted and in full bloom during our visit. There is no other lodging option in Espanola that even comes close. Even though the inn is no far off the major road, it was surprisingly quiet in the room.

A few reasons for 4 and not 5 stars: It is advertised as a B&B but does not serve breakfasts. The parking lot is not secured or patrolled and you have to sign a damage/theft waiver. Some maintenance is warranted inside to address water stains on the ceilings.
