My partner and I stayed in their standard room for two nights. The room as well as the hotel’s common areas were all nicely designed to the very small details. Their facilities are absolutely amazing, starting from their pool observing gym, snooker tables and the endless pool at the very top of the hotel. The room was specious and we received complementary drinks, snacks, and creams. The only con was that their standard room is facing the street so it may not suit light sleepers as you can really hear the bikes at night. Overall I believe that this accommodation was the best value for our money for the time staying in Bali.

We are a family of 4 - with two kids ages 9 and 12. We stayed at TS Suites in mid December 2019 for 9 nights, booked through Luxury Escapes. After reading a few negative reviews, we were a little nervous about what to expect, but we had nothing to worry about. Our rooms looked exactly like the photos and exceeded our expectations. We had a TShell room and the TSand Suite and asked for them to be interconnecting, and for the TShell room to have twin beds. The TSand Suite is so spacious and we all loved the large sofas which made it easy for us all to hang out together on a wet afternoon. The bathrooms are huge!
The free minibar (replenished daily) was appreciated and is a great touch.
Check-in was so easy, and even though we arrived at 11.30am, our rooms were ready. We were personally shown around the hotel and provided with all the information we needed.
Breakfast was great - despite what people write there is plenty of choice. The staff were always attentive and were especially welcoming to our kids and looked after the 9 year old well in the library/computer room.
The pool was gorgeous & very big. The cocktails delicious and the pool staff were also welcoming and attentive to our needs.
Plenty of restaurants, minimarts, money changers and laundry options very close to the hotel.
The beach is 1km away and the hotel also offer a shuttle there every hour.
We booked a private driver for a day. Putu was amazing and you can look him up on Saira Bali Tour (trip advisor)
Amazing!

We had a week in a "Sand" suite and it was fantastic overall.
Beautiful room, extremely friendly and helpful staff and a magnificent roof top pool.
The food was very good and they even gave my wife a birthday cake on her birthday (as well as a "flash mob" doing a little birthday number for her at breakfast...funny stuff).
The only faults I could find were the clear glass door on the toilet (not ideal) and we couldn't get our Chromecast to work, despite substantial time devoted to the task by me, a staff "engineer" and their IT guy. The IT guy spent at least half an hour in our room, bending over backwards to try to solve our issue. Typical of all of the staff at TS Suites.
Also, the beers are quite expensive (by Bali standards) at the rooftop pool bar ($7.50 Australian, with taxes and service charge included, for a Bintang)
On balance though, with a package full of extras from Luxury Escapes, it was very good value all round.
Highly recommended for a stay in Seminyak.

As a start - food sub-standard, drinks horrifically overpriced (especially given not central/beach location and definitely not in Seminyak but in the back streets of Legian), staff asleep on lounges by the pool deck each morning who I need to wake up and to order a coffee, pool side showers filthy, 5 staff watching as another guest picked up our sunblock (Nick’s sensitive skin one of course!) and started using it, a staff member vacuuming in the room next to the one where I was having a massage....the list goes on! The place is almost empty yet when we requested an upgrade not their rubbish apologies on a daily basis I was offered a cocktail 🙄 By their attitude you can tell they’re used to all of the feedback above. Unfortunately this experience also means that it’ll be the last time we use Luxury Escapes as this is how we found this ‘gem’.

My partner and I stayed in the TS Sand Suite for 5 days. The hotel grounds were lovely and our suite was even more so. We absolutely enjoyed our room! Loved the deep soaking bath tub in the middle of the bathroom. Bathroom amenities such as shampoo and body soap were stocked up daily, depending on our usage too. Housekeeping staff was in my opinion attentive to detail.

Breakfast at the hotel was miserable though. I ate lesser at breakfast with each passing morning. That said, we absolutely loved the ala carte menu. It was so much better than breakfast. On a completely separate note, thank you to the amazing staff at breakfast for the surprise birthday mass dance and cake! It was really quite fun! :)

Glad that the hotel has activities for guests daily. On our last day, we took part in a complimentary diving lesson on the roof top pool. Speaking of the rooftop pool, the view of the mountains in the distance is absolutely breath-taking!

The hotel is situated at Seminyak and a short walk away from the busy shopping districts and beach.

Overall, a comfortable stay. May or may not return.

We booked our first 6 nights of our 15 night honeymoon in Bali at TS Suites Seminyak. We have been here for four nights so far and our stay has been unreal. The hotel is aesthetically stunning. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The design of each space is so beautiful and super clean. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are perfectly air conditioned. Rooms are cleaned spotlessly each day and toiletries, as well as pop and water, are consistently replenished. The tubs are huge and the shower water pressure is perfect. Room service arrives quickly and all of the food we’ve had has been delicious. Drinks are always cold. We love the complimentary breakfast buffets from 7am to 10am every day, which includes an impressive array of both Balinese and Western cuisine. If you miss the buffet, you can still order the complimentary breakfast a la carte. Literally every employee has been so kind, gentle, and attentive. My absolute favourite part has been the rooftop infinity pool, which is even more beautiful in person. The view over Seminyak is so pretty. This hotel is so reasonably priced for the quality. Don’t hesitate, book your stay and tip generously for the impeccable service (even though it’s not expected).

We stayed at TS suites TSand suite which is very beautiful and comfortable, all staffs a re helpful from front desk to Housekeeping and kitchen. They make rooms very tidy since I’m traveling with 2 kids 😃 They also provide free scooter and arrange our swab tests, just call the GPO&GSO, they’re amazing. Delicious meal at the cafe, and i did treatments in the salon just downstairs, which discounted from the hotel stay (its Christophe C salon, Christophe is an amazing friend, Mike for hairstylist and Putu on my waxing treatment). If you want to shop there’s also TStore downstairs to fulfill your needs in fashion. We will definitely comeback for our next visit. Thank you 🥂✨

We stayed here for a week recently and had a wonderful stay, every single staff member we came across were super friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is located in a great location close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk, but the hotel is an oasis away from the normally busy streets outside. and also only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach if you don't want to get the shuttle.

Our room was a T Sand suite(158) and it was amazing, the decor is beautiful, the size of the room is huge with a massive bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet, also had a separate lounge area , desk and a huge comfortable bed, the rainwater shower pressure was probably the best I have ever felt at any hotel I have stayed at and the air conditioning was super cold, only down side I would say is lack of furniture to sit on out on the balcony. and possibly better lighting over the bathroom mirror.

The rooftop pool area is simply stunning with infinity edge pool looking out over the rooftops and lots of great lounging areas, only downside was that as mentioned by some others, there seems to be a lot of loose tiles that keep coming off the pool floor area(they were always glued back down the next day), and some furniture seemed like it could be updated or re varnished, but nothing that would turn you off.

Obviously it was still pretty quiet when we stayed so I think occupancy would have been just over half, so a few of the bars/cafe on ground floor have still not re opened so you only had the restaurant and pool bar up on level 3 open as your choice for any meals, we had breakfast each day and the variety was really good, but the bacon was almost inedible the way it was cooked( but that seems to be the same anywhere in Bali) we had lunch most days as part of our package( we had to go into the restaurant from pool area to order it and we had to wait there for it, they wouldn't bring it up to us at the pool but it always took over half an hour for meals to come out to us which was frustrating ( even though we were only ones in restaurant) we had lots of drinks by the pool and the service was really quick and the pricing was as expected in a bigger hotel a little on the high side for Bali

This hotel has the potential to be anything with a little more attention put into some of the maintenance issues mentioned, but those things were all minor details and we wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay at TS Suites next time in Bali

hotel management seem don’t care about customer, extreme noise , very loud speakers were placed right next to my balcony for multi days conference and festivity in hotel courtyard , so loud that you can’t take a phone call in the room. this went on for long hours and multiple days, very expensive and definitely not good value for money, they tried to charge for things like ice bucket, bed extremely uncomfortable, breakfast is below average, wifi speed 3.4 mbps, tiny tv, run down facility , they will try to charge you for anything they can, don’t go there. no matter how politely you complaint the management / hotel manager will stonewall you. Didn’t bother to speak with me, very thin walls, thin glass doors, experience was distressing if staying in your room all day until 9pm. No scale in the room, minibar is only 1 can of Coke and 1 Sprite.

Located in between Legian & Seminyak you can get to either one via walking out of the hotel turn right and go down to the Main Street that separate the two areas. Easy to catch cabs from outside.

Staff are lovely
Hotel facilities are good with gym, infinity pool, bar, restaurant.

Pool and bar are open till 1am however these are on level 3 at the far end away from rooms.

Suites are on level 1 & 2 with villas on level 5.

Another bar downstairs is also lovely with rock waterfalls outside.

Our room was on level 2 overlooking the rock waterfall feature.

Rooms could do with a little deep clean the couches have stains, can tell cleaning is not done under beds / cupboards very often.
Shower is a stone feature so attracts the orange mold so bit musty smelling.

Tea/ coffee facilities
Bar fridge
Toiletries but no conditioner not sure if this was just missed
Shampoo
Toothbrush /Tooth paste
Body wash
Shower cap
Cue tips
Bar soap

Big bath

Safe
Small hanging space / draws

Blackout curtains and they turn off the waterfall at night.

TV a few channels
Bed is quite hard

Room attendants were very nice
Restaurant staff also very nice.

Breakfast buffet was fairly good. Normal coffee and tea they bring out can’t help yourself and no coffee machine. Bacon/egg station/ bread/ pasties/ international variety.

If you miss buffet you can have breakfast anytime of day off the menu up till 10pm so if you sleep in Doesn’t matter.

Pool tables and bar behind the restaurant plus gym all on level 3.

The offer yoga/Pilates / water activities as well on certain days.

Food from the pool bar was a lot of deep fried food so average.

Cocktails okay but better at the bar downstairs.

Internet was very temperamental so would drop out quite often.

In all a lovely hotel inside, great staff and eager to please guests nothing was too much trouble.
