There were many good points about these villas. The staff were all amazing, very helpful and sought to fix any issues that arose. Breakfast at Oswego was better than expected with a variety of different cuisines on offer a la carte. Terrific cappuccino was a bonus. The golf buggy system worked well most of the time. Room configuration was good with separations between the bedrooms allowing for privacy. Previously mentioned the kitchens are definitely showing signs of age. The biggest drawback was the heat and specifically the pool temperature. It was like taking a warm bath, so consequently the only respite from the heat was to stay in the air conditioned bedrooms. The living area also retained the heat. After coming to Bali around ten times we know this is the hottest and most humid time of the year but we have never felt the heat or been so uncomfortable as this trip. Early on in our 5 night stay I asked if there was another villa we could move to but was told all three bedroom villas are the same configuration, so all would be hot. On the second last evening the manager spoke to us and said perhaps they could put a temporary shade over the pool but it was too late for us. He was very kind but the design cannot be corrected by him. I also raised the issue of no shade being bad for kids playing in the pool. There is lots to like about the villas but the heat very much impacted the quality and enjoyment of our family holiday.

The best experience of my life I felt like a celebrity rocking up at this villa One lazy afternoon I was by the pool and saw what I thought was a lizard, I called reception and they sent a whole team down to find it. So attentive. I had the floating breakfast which was bloody amazing. The staff here were on point and people in general are just lovely. Had the best time everrr

Outstanding stay. We had the premier villa 3 bedroom which was huge. All rooms were similar size so perfect if you’re travelling with other couples. Staff were brilliant in all areas. We had a minor issue on the 1st night but staff were on top of it immediately. Would definitely be back. Only slight criticism would be that the breakfast never changed so after a week it was boring but everything else great.

We booked our trip through luxury escapes and received lots of inclusions - massages, in villa bbq, daily cocktails, breakfast, transfers too and from the airport and they take you from the villas to the main restaurant with just a call. The villa we stayed in was in the sunset section so away from the main reception/ bar but this wasn’t a problem. Whenever we wanted to go for breakfast we called and they would collect us in a golf buggy. You can walk easily through the back roads too. The villa itself was beautiful (29), the pool is plenty big enough, with loungers, dining area and outdoor sofa. There is a Bluetooth speaker for your use, the water cooler is refilled on request and also gives you hot water - which we loved as it’s easier than boiling a kettle. The room is the coolest we have stayed in Seminyak which we were very grateful for as it’s HOT. You have the main bedroom with plug in insect repellent and bed nets, a dressing room with wardrobe, hangers, dressing gown and slippers and then the big bathroom which is open on the side to the elements, meaning you will often be greeted by a gecko or two. The employees are so happy, smiley and pleasant and I truly believe that makes the difference. It is slightly dated as some of the comments mention but it’s easy to overlook this because everything else is great. The towels and bedding smell lovely and are very clean, they replace everything as often as you want - what more could you want! The nearest supermarket (bintang) is a 5 minute stroll and the beach about 20 minute walk. Again, they will take you to the beach on the buggy if desired but it’s a pleasant enough walk. Make sure to grab your milk (if you take milk in your tea/ coffee) before you arrive so you can settle in over a bru.

We love this place - from efficient airport transfers to an efficient check-in, to the tranquility of your own private poolside villa. Cannot be outdone. We love the location - there are a few quality restaurants nearly, and the free shuttle service run by the hotel makes this even easier.

Where do we start, amazing staff and beautiful private villas! So kind and attentive from the time of checkin to our departure. Security, reception, cleaning and restaurant staff go beyond for you without thinking twice. Booked a two bedroom villa and it did not disappoint! Traditional villa style equip with everything you need from water cooler to toiletries. Cleaned immaculately daily with a large group of staff meaning that nothing is left unnoticed inside and out; not to mention their turn down service as well. There are newer villas available which we had the chance to look at, these were also stunning. From the jump our experience was amazing. Would definitely book Impiana again! Thank you for the memorable stay 💛

Probably the best villa we have ever stayed in. Private, perfect, close to the strip yet far enough away from any busy road. Was huge. We just used the round pool villa. Lovely pool and well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms had an outdoor shower, huge sunken baths. Just the best place to stay. 6 could stay in the villa we used and still have lots of space.

We had a fantastic stay at the Impiana Villas! Very neat, clean, well supplied and very well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food options for breakfast (either delivered to your villa or buffet in the restaurant) were great. We've stayed in several other villas in Seminyak before but this was by far the best! Nothing to fault, it was fabulous!!

Lovely accommodation and very friendly staff. We stayed in Villa 3 (3 bed) and found everything to be great for a young family of 4 people with relatives visiting who were staying in another villa on site. The only thing I would consider downgrading from 5/5 to 4/5 was that you had to pay additional for coffee or tea (other than standard coffee provided) eg flat white, latte incur an additional charge which was a bit strange, but it was very cheap I wouldn’t take star rating down. If staying with young children please be cautious of the pool as there are also no safety precautions. We used strict safety instructions for our kids (4 and 9) about being near the pool.
