Horribly maintained, overpriced property. The pool, rooms, everything are very poorly maintained. The breakfast experience was the worst - nothing was available - even after request. Its a disaster for vegetarians especially. The staff very not well versed with English and it was extremely difficult to explain them what we needed. Not recommended at all. Had booked a 2 bedroom villa with swimming pool. The toilet on master bedroom had Sewage smell, the shower drains had hair stuck (maybe from previous guest) , the WC has stains at corners with lots of mosquitoes to accompany you. Had stayed with family for 2 nights and this was the only worst exp in Bali. The worst part is villa manager is a big cheat and liar. I had complained the above points to my agent Nd it was responded that the villa manager tried to meet us and offer free dinner on 24th but we came back late. Whereas the villa manager only met us on the day if checkout at the breakfast buffet area and while our driver was waiting to drop us to airport , we still took tike to show him the issues. *Bali Dream Villa 1:-* Extremely good ambience, infrastructure with private swimming pools in each villa, small kitchen and dining area, out door sit out/ porch. Can be good for privacy where you don’t want to be disturbed with the other guests. However, Extremely poor Operation & Maintenance. Absolutely NO MAINTENANCE. Staff is Totally Untrained and Unqualified to operate and maintain this kind of infrastructure. Staff attitude is BAD, Extremely rude, disgraceful, arrogant, unfriendly, accusing & disgusting. Absolutely No respect and manners. Do NOT know how to behave with guests. Very bad choice, spoils the mood of a good holiday during the last leg of journey in Bali. Food choice, service & Food quality:- Extremely Bad. Morning breakfast, Hardly any choices for the guests, one item Non Veg & Veg item, they have curry but without any poori or paratha or roti. One has to manage only with Live counter serving Egg omelette and bread/ toast butter or with jam. Fruit juices served in breakfast has more ice than the fruit juice itself. The Bali Dream Villa at Seminyak is a fantastic place where we stayed, in June 2023. We opted for a double-bedroom villa with a private pool. The experience was amazing. The villa was neatly kept and the pool water was clean (though a bit cold!). With ample trees in the vicinity, the ambience was nice. The villa had a cooking range, a small fridge, some cutlery and a few pots and pans. The breakfast spread was also decent. Being pure vegetarians, we did not have much of a choice. However, we always had 2-3 veggie items other than the regular fruits and bread. The villa is located in Seminyak and access to nearby shopping places and food joints was convenient. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the management was very kind to make it memorable with a small cake, decorated sheets and a flower bath. Didn’t liked the hotel at all. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Earlier my plan was to stay in Aldeoz Grand but later I changed that to Bali Dream Villa, that was one of the bad decisions it seems now.

Pathetic service by the staff. No discipline, 1am there was loud music played by other villa guests wich the management ddnt take care of ruining others sleep. For breakfast you have to go to other property & they delay in providing shuttle service hence we had to walk down in rains just to get buffet breakfast which was stale. Spread is bad for breakfast. Pool isn't cleaned.there r dead cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. Manager needs to learn how to be courteous & mature. They provide 0 services & delay in everything ruining guests itinery. The towels aren't freshly washed. Hand towels have stains on it.

It is our 3rd time staying in this place and the last one. Experience started with a cheat, we booked Bali Dream Villa and the day we arrived we were "placed" forcibly in Bali Dream Suite Villa that we did not book and it is currently 50% cheaper than Bali Dream Villa. After a long trip we were both and too tired and too confused to even argue, also anger of the staff just made us surrender to "it is the same" - and its not the same by any streach of imagination.. So basically we overpaid 50% for the place we did not want to book. And we both naively thought the difference would be reimbursed, yeah will not be. While staying in here, at this very moment its a 2nd day without hot water but with plenty of excuses and ridiculous explanation, yet previously one whole day without water at all. With breakfast that by any even low standard seem like a joke (toast, jam butter, corn flakes, chocolate flakes, fried rice, fish chips (?!) sweet roll. Soap that after 10 days was changed once altho comb was changed every day, leaking not working shower head, 3 hours long cleaning of this room, not working power outlets, TV's that are basically props, no stations no programmes nothing, just a wallpaper, placed in ridiculous order, internet wifi - u need to sign many times a day to stay online, speed is ridiculously slow. We have this weird impression that we are overstaying and their hospitality worn off on us. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE we encountered in Bali and we strongly recommend to anyone seeking peace, bliss and serenity to avoid this place, it is both for Bali dream Villa and Bali Dream Suite Villas, you would never know where you going to end up anyway, and the goal seem to swoop as much money from you as possible. We have been cheated. This is simplest conclusion, if we'd wanted to book Bali Dream Suites we would, but we paid much more to stay in Bali Dream Villa, in place we were deny to stay. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and it used to be our best spot in Sminyak, I guess pandemic made all worse. AVOID!…

The moment we checked into the villa given to us, we were welcomed by a huge spider in the washroom. The staff came after some time with a stick to remove the spider but in vain. But this was just the beginning of our troubles, as there was no charging socket in the entire villa. However,after some time, a staff member came with a few 3 point plugs,but that wasn't sufficient for a family of 8. The fan in the living room wasn't working, so we informed at the reception, but sadly no one turned up for upto half an hour. One of the bedrooms had a sanitary napkin near the dressing table. This was the height of our patience and we decided to check out of the hotel immediately as staying at that place was impossible. The hotel admin was really unapologetic of their poor service and instead charged us for one day for the 1 hour we had stayed at th at hell. Well. We were happy to be out of that dingy place.
