We arranged to stay at this villa for 12 days. Initially we were booked into a two bedroom villa but when we arrived it wasn’t suitable as I have a bad knee and one of the bedrooms was located up some stairs. I explained to the manager and in no time we were moved to the most awesome 3 bed room villa. I can’t complement the staff enough they were helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay The food at breakfast was delicious and varied eggs cooked fresh to order couldn’t complain really The shuttle service provided by the villa was very helpful as well All in all I would recommend this villa Thanks for a lovely stay

I had a whole single room villa to myself (114), and I still enjoyed my stay. I had the floating breakfast, enjoyed the shower, the pool, and the seating are along side it. The staff was very accommodating and wanted make sure I had the best time available on site. I also enjoyed the onsite massage which was good. You will enjoy your time here for honeymooners. The space is clean and relaxing.

The Villas were very nice and confortable although some utilities need upgrades. The Breakfast served is of low quality and the Indian breakfast is even worse. The location is far off from any place relevent and with traffic in Bali it can be a pain to go to Eminyak Square or Village of Beaches

To be fair the staff were nice, and accommodated us enough but the stay was very interesting and not in a good way. If your looking for a hotel with old vegetables served at breakfast and cold food bland food then your in luck. Not to mention the thousands among hundreds of mosquitos that surround you no matter where you are. Not to mention that if you get a room with a private pool, you can not swim in it because it has little disgusting bugs infesting throughout it. We were also lucky to be woken up at 5am with loud banging noises and the sounds made by a school near by. The best part is how safe and easy it is to get to Seminyak, you just have to cross the dangerous roads with very little pathway and avoid getting hit by a scooter or car. Their is no pathway at all so it would be very easy to get hit if your walking so you have to take a taxi. Dream Villas? maybe your it's called this because your dreaming you were somewhere else while staying here because it's that bad.

Pathetic service by the staff. No discipline, 1am there was loud music played by other villa guests wich the management ddnt take care of ruining others sleep. For breakfast you have to go to other property & they delay in providing shuttle service hence we had to walk down in rains just to get buffet breakfast which was stale. Spread is bad for breakfast. Pool isn't cleaned.there r dead cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. Manager needs to learn how to be courteous & mature. They provide 0 services & delay in everything ruining guests itinery. The towels aren't freshly washed. Hand towels have stains on it.

The moment we checked into the villa given to us, we were welcomed by a huge spider in the washroom. The staff came after some time with a stick to remove the spider but in vain. But this was just the beginning of our troubles, as there was no charging socket in the entire villa. However,after some time, a staff member came with a few 3 point plugs,but that wasn't sufficient for a family of 8. The fan in the living room wasn't working, so we informed at the reception, but sadly no one turned up for upto half an hour. One of the bedrooms had a sanitary napkin near the dressing table. This was the height of our patience and we decided to check out of the hotel immediately as staying at that place was impossible. The hotel admin was really unapologetic of their poor service and instead charged us for one day for the 1 hour we had stayed at th at hell. Well. We were happy to be out of that dingy place. A MUST NOT STAY AT ALL!

Not recommended at all. Had booked a 2 bedroom villa with swimming pool. The toilet on master bedroom had Sewage smell, the shower drains had hair stuck (maybe from previous guest) , the WC has stains at corners with lots of mosquitoes to accompany you. Had stayed with family for 2 nights and this was the only worst exp in Bali. The worst part is villa manager is a big cheat and liar. I had complained the above points to my agent Nd it was responded that the villa manager tried to meet us and offer free dinner on 24th but we came back late. Whereas the villa manager only met us on the day if checkout at the breakfast buffet area and while our driver was waiting to drop us to airport , we still took tike to show him the issues.

Do not book at these Villas, they are terrible. Dirty, untidy, rundown. The mosquitoes are so bad you can’t sit outside. Have to constantly ask for mosquitoe coils to be lit. They don’t supply towels for the plunge pool, the kitchen is filthy and no cutlery or crockery to even think about cooking with. Pool was dirty, floors dirty, bathroom had a leaking basin which puddled on the floor. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper after the villa had been poorly cleaned each day. Had alcohol taken from our villa, which we complained but it was never resolved. Front reception staff very lazy. Breakfast was cold and horrible every morning. Certainly did not enjoy our 6 night stay and was very happy to leave. The only good out of it was The Sports bar up the road

I stayed in 2 bedroom villa and it has 2 bathrooms toilets combined.Dont have knowledge of 4 bedroom villa but I guess there would be atleast 3 if the case.As they have 3 - 4 properties in the same area, Bali Dream Villa 1-2-3 likewise.
