minimal service, amenities, but clean.
the heater in the room had volume controls on the unit, thermostat control in the wall.
Breakfast had either hard boiled eggs or wafles each moring, but not both at the same time.
No newspaper at the front desk. No smile.

Booking advertised included breakfast; front desk didn't "know anything about breakfast" and there was none to be had. Room had hair and dustballs on floor, but linens appeared mostly clean if a bit tired, as was the room. Fine as a motel stopover. I would not try to do more than one night here.

I reserved this hotel via Groupon. My advise to you who use Groupon, call and verify with the hotel a few days before your arrival. I called various times and they did not have my reservation. I had to call Groupon and verify with them. After calling Groupon and the Hotel, my reservation was finally in their system. Upon arriving to the hotel, they wanted to give me a Queen size room when my reservation was for a double room. They (the owner's) are not too fond of using Groupon deals. The hotel was ok. The pictures on the website makes it look better than what it really is. When we went (Oct 2019) they were still remodeling the hotel. They had very limited amount of rooms. The hotel definitely needs remodeling. It looks old and outdated. The rooms we ok, not perfect. The cleaning of the rooms should improve. I had to clean the tub before we all showered. It was dirty. You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a nice hotel, this won't be it. In the night they were people who were drinking and being very loud and banging doors all night long. If you have kids with you, I would NOT recommend you stay here. If you just need a place to sleep and don't care what the hotel looks like, then it's ok. I barely stayed here only to sleep. On a good note, the beds that were in our room were comfty. When all the noise stopped, we did sleep well. Pool was closed as well.

I would like to start by stating that I was one of the first few customers to stay in the new Quality Inn, which was formerly the Ramada by Wyndham.

When I checked in, my room was dirty. Dust and hair all over the surfaces, hair in the toilet, unclean bathroom, and stunk like mold and stale cigarettes.

I went to the front desk, and the desk attendant was extremely apologetic and issued me a new upgraded room right away. I just thought, "sh*t happens, right?"

Upon first glance my new room was clean enough, it still smelled like mold and cigarettes but... it's not a 5 star hotel or anything, what are you going to do?

After stepping out of the shower, I come to find that all of my towels have dead bugs and someone else's hair in them.

I brought the towels down to the front desk, where it's now the manager and the same desk attendant as earlier.

The manager was on the phon, the desk attendant was quick to cut me off and ensure me that these towels had to have been clean since they just reopened the previous day. He refused to even look at the towels I brought down, and started trying to hand me new towels and send me away.

I insisted a discount be issued for obvious reasons, and they manager refused to get off the phone and kept saying "she's already been upgraded" while walking away from me into the back. Upon reviewing my receipt they took a whopping $11 off of my bill.

If all the available hotel rooms within 45 minutes of the airport weren't 100% booked, I would have left and requested a full refund.

Absolutely DO NOT stay here, especially if you have children.

I wish I had read the reviews before arriving, the wait horrible waiting for the person behind the desk to finish with the person ahead of me then my experience was a hassle I had paid and had to wait 15 mins to get a room. Got to my room had no remote perky lit bathroom had mold all on the ceiling and peeling paint. Got my room changed and that one wasn’t much better either, smaller microwave than the last plus fridge the bathroom door couldn’t close it and wood missing, no hot or warm water at all, you can feel the springs in the mattress as well chair recliner was broken also. I booked for 4 nights didn’t wanna stay at all the lady told me no manger was on site till the morning so she couldn’t refund me then I talk to the manger and he tells me I shouldn’t have came and dropped the key off and I could wouldn’t have gotten charged so I got screwed out of my money for a night because I was told other wise. Now he doesn’t wanna give me my reward points for my stay which I know he can do the least that can be done for and awful stay when you came hear ppl talking loud outside your door and the terrible room conditions

Avoid this facility at all costs as it is in disrepair and unclean. The front desk staff were incompetent and our credit card was charged an additional $200.00 because the staff made an error. The pool was closed and the breakfast area offered only boxed cereals and individually wrapped pastries; absolutely nothing for a health conscious person (no decaf coffee either!).

I was first checked into a room that had a strong smell of cigarettes and tv was not working, there was no phone in the room either. I asked to be moved and my sister and I was moved to room 150 I believe, and that was the worst room I have ever stayed in my entire life. Tv still didn’t work in this room, I had no phone, microwave, hairdryer, and the shower didn’t work. A lot of things were broken. On top of that sheet on the bed were stain with red, I’m guessing it was blood, the other bed smelled like pee I took all blankets and covers off the bed, and find out it had big stain of pee on the cover of the mattress. The room was dusty and very nasty, looked like no one had Clean the room, or clean the room at a stay over, sheet were definitely not change since the previous guest, they were very dirty. It was so disgusting. I was supposed to stay 2 nights and My sister and i decided to check out the next morning and asked to get the other night refunded to my card. Reservations was not prepaid, but it was charged the total amount upon checking, and got told a manager had to decide on refund. I had to wait till 9 am to find out if the MANAGER Was going to refund the night I was not staying because of how bad the room was. This was horrible!! honestly I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Woman at check-in was on the phone the whole time like I was a big annoyance.Room had 1 towel, no cups, no tissues. Coffee condiments and shampoo left over from last guests, half used. Smoke detector had been pulled from wall, holes in walls, stained walls, doors and woodwork, old wires hanging down, shower curtain rack hanging loose. Desk chair but no desk. Furniture old and grubby, dead bugs on windowsill. Water in shower alternated between scorching and freezing, hair dryer broken, but, hey we had 2 ironing boards. Grounds were weedy and full of trash. Passing through during a cross country move. Bill was $122 with fee for my cats (who were also disgusted.) I wrote to Wyndham and complained. No response from hotel management. They are just exploiting people who live there and travelers passing through. Wyndham should be ashamed.

Made a reservation for a week's stay while working in the area. Do not need a fancy place, only clean room, shower and comfortable bed to rest in to be ready each day for work. First night loud drinking party in the parking lot and loud car parked all night in front of my room with the lights bright against my curtains and window. Very difficult to move at midnight when they offered to move me to another room. Next Day I accepted to move myself to a different room but the area was full of stench from all the smokers congregating near the pool area. Third room I moved to was comfortable and clean but my luck the toilet did not work. I was patient and asked to please fix the toilet. 2 days go by and working toilet. I apologized a d was nice ot to cause a scene but kindly checked out and explained that I cannot stay any longer in their zoo with no working toilet. I should not have to go a public restaurant or gas station to use the restroom when I pay for a hotel room. Management was so uncooperative that I called their headquarters and reservations line to provide the details. While doing this in their lobby, I witnessed many other guests complaining about their own problems their own experiences and money they already paid. I hope that everyone sees this review. By the way, I never provide an bad review or especially one to hurt a business. Paco Luna

Totally filthy room, pubic hair in sink, broken microwave, smelled like smoke, had to ask for lightbulbs for lamps, no housekeeping serviced had to change my own linens. They let me borrow a broom to clean my own floors, then I mopped with their bath towels. No chair for the desk by the end of my 5 night stay I felt like a maintenance worker , and housekeeper. The health department would have a field day.

I apologize for your concern about the poor accounting system. If you can please contact the hotel directly, as I need to have more details in what you experienced in order to correct the problem. We are undergoing computer upgrades and new systems which possibly could be the reason for insufficient accounting.
