If you are looking for a place in the area that is cozy and affordable, this is a great find! Anil is an amazing host and treats you like family. He instantly memorizes your name from the time you walk in and is concerned for your every need. I stayed in the Buttercup suite which was a standalone building and a had a gas fireplace and jetted tub, and it was a half the price of anything that Crystal Springs during peak travel season. The breakfast is fabulous and unique. Would absolutely stay here again!

I was attending a PSIA event early this month so I wanted a convenient place to Mountain Creek where it would be quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Alpine Haus exceeded my expectations.
The owner assisted me in getting all my bags into the room. He let me bring in food from the excellent Healthy Tymes market for my dinner, my ròom was comfortable, clean and quiet. My breakfast was delicious and he gave me extras to bring to the mountain for my classmates.
And the cost was reasonable compared to staying on the mountain in one of their rooms. Next time I need to stay in the area, I'll be back.

Alpine Haus B&B is the perfect place to stay when trying to escape the city noise and chaos. My husband and I had such a relaxing and peaceful night. We slept like we haven't slept in years!
Breakfast was served at 9 a.m. the next morning: French toast, orange slices, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, lemon cake and breakfast sausage. We shared an informative and very interesting conversation with two other guests and Anil, the owner.
Before we checked out, Anil gave us a tour of the house and showed us how each and every room is uniquely decorated. The suites located adjacent to the main house are gorgeous! We hope to stay in one of them next time.
Something we learned that left us amazed is that Anil irons every single bedsheet and pillow case himself. That kind of care and dedication deserves to be mentioned.

I stayed at Alpine Haus every weekend from early December to mid-March. The owner, Anil, is one of the most welcoming people I've met in my life. I stayed in a few of the rooms and have seen the inside of the majority. They're all super cozy and cover the essentials, for sure. Anil does an amazing job keeping up the property and the views on property are gorgeous. Everything is always clean and it's surprisingly quiet at night in the best of ways. I'm vegan and this was not a problem at all for breakfast where I often had strawberry-topped vegan waffles and falafel. The occasional vegan muffins were always an amazing treat as well. For those there for the mountain, you're within walking distance of north peak. It's priceless being able to walk to the ski lift when the Creek's lot is full up and the water park is the same distance so I can imagine it's just as good for the summer.
There's a lot I could say about Alpine Haus, but the only way to truly summarize is to say it's always nice coming back to my second home.

The Alpine Haus is spotless, comfortable, and atmospheric. Staying there added a lot to our 2-day trip to the Warwick Valley visit. The room was very comfortable, with a lot of little touches (such as plenty of hooks to hang clothes, and a space heater, a comfortable easy chair, plenty of pillow, ironed sheets.) There is a very nice porch as well. The owner/operator was very pleasant and professional and takes great pride in his inn. He also prepared a very nice breakfast! I am an experienced traveler, and quite picky, and I highly recommend this establishment. Very good value, reasonable price.

We wanted to stay in Warwick, NY, but were too late to book anything on Columbus Day Weekend. We looked farther afield and found the Alpine Haus which was available for only one night, which is all we had. On a holiday weekend, most places insist on 2-3 nights. This very accommodating host was happy to give us only one night without the hassle. The owner was so welcoming and genuine. The place was very clean and well furnished, the beds were super, and the breakfast was delicious, interesting, and plentiful. The owner went out of his way to recommend a place for dinner. He really cared that our one night was great! He gave us his cell phone at check in. We had a business meeting at 10am on Zoom the next morning. He was totally fine with us staying a little later after breakfast and using the living room for our zoom call. I so appreciated his kindness and understanding that we needed a quiet place for this call.
Alpine Haus is a real find. It next to the very expensive Great Gorge Resort and only about a 15 minutes drive up to Warwick and the hustle and bustle up there. Don't pass this by. You will remember this special experience.

First and foremost, we must say that Anil is the best B&B host there is.

He isextremely thoughtful and went above and beyond with our accommodations, breakfast and recommendations about things to do in the area.

His knowledgeable of the area from food to hiking to where to get anything you could possibly need is invaluable.

The breakfast... OMG it was amazing!!!

I took my wife for her birthday weekend and if it wasn't for Anil, I don't know what we would have done.

We can't say enough about him and cannot even begin to express our gratitude for how well he took care of us and how precious he is as a person.

I hope that one day we can get back and visit with him again. We consider him a member of our family and miss him dearly.

A wonderful stay in a cozy spot. Classic B&B style with a lovely breakfast served in the morning while having a fully private room and ability to come and go. The host of this B&B is so amazing, accommodating, and makes the whole experience pleasant.
Great for mountain creek stays! Within walking distance of main lodge which was perfect for us. Would stay again!

I have been to many hotels and B&B's. This was by far the best, nicest, friendliest experience I have ever had. The owner, Anil, was always available to provide advice, places to go, a cup of tea and good conversation. We loved everything about Alpine Haus and Anil ensured that we all had a wonderful stay. Don't go anywhere else when you are in Vernon, N.J. (I hope I don't regret telling everyone this...I want to be sure we have rooms when we come back the next time!)

We booked our room with Alpine in December however due to medical resons we coudnt go. When I called owners I was affraid they wouldnt be able to refund and we would loose trip and money too.
However owner was very frendly and professinal. He completely understood our circumstances and did refund.

Even though we couldn't enjoy all beauty of Alpine house I would recommend it anyway because of friendly and kind people who owns it.
