Excellent customer service. Love the open policy towards pets. Happy that this facility was smoke free. The wi-fi was unsecured. That needs to be remedied. The room was clean & fresh smelling. The towels were thin & needed replacement.

This place was nasty. The staff was rude. Our thermostat was broke and it was either 100 degrees or freezing. They did not change our room or fix the thermostat. It does not look like the pictures and its out dated and dirty. Dont stay here. The laquinta in long brach is much

Is this near Jenkinson amusement park?
Well, sort of. There are places much closer to stay like Asbury Park, Neptune City or Toms River. I do not advise staying at THIS Red Roof Inn.

I have stayed at this Red Roof probably 6 years now. Believe me, I look for bed bugs in every Hotel I stay at. I don't think you will ever find any bugs at this hotel, the staff is always around cleaning. Also, for your information, this hotel has eliminated 95% of the carpet in the room. They have that Pergo wood-like floor, it looks really good and it makes the room look bigger. It's much cleaner then having carpet.
