I liked: close to NYC, 20 minutes from Port Authority with a very regular bus (line 167T, watch out for the T, because there are two 167 buses). Have change for the bus (I recommend buying the set of 10 tickets from the vending machine at the PATH station, more advantageous. There were 5 of us with 3 children. The bedroom with 2 queen beds was very comfortable and spacious, with an additional TV. The shower was really nice with very hot water. Cosmetic products in sufficient quantity (although sometimes not refilled). The living room was very spacious with 1 TV, 1 sofa bed and 1 armchair (or 2 depending on the room). Valet parking (free, but a tip is always appreciated) is a real plus. The varied and free breakfast every day is also a nice perk before long days of sightseeing in NYC. Very pleasant and comfortable hotel, we will certainly return if the opportunity arises in view of the geographical location and the excellent value for money, but ignoring the quality of the welcome.
I didn't like it: the sofa bed was just not livable, horrible and impossible to sleep on. We put it on the ground to last 11 nights. The quality of the breakfast far too industrial, and the staff quite cold. The big downside was finding a bedbug 1 hour after our arrival. I had gone to reception with the bug wrapped in toilet paper for a complaint. The 2 young receptionists, horrified, called their manager who simply said an "apologize" and gave me a new card for another room (with a less modern shower and 1 less armchair in the living room), taking care beforehand of ask me to give him the pin (in order to erase the evidence? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt...). No help in moving our luggage was offered. After a 12 hour journey after a 12 hour journey (including 8 hours on a plane, waiting at JFK and taxi traffic).

What a beautiful comfortable place that made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. Would recommend highly. The kids loved the pool. The staff was extremely helpful and free parking right next door. Extremely satisfied.

We stayed at the hotel with my family for 2 weeks. Every morning Jegy greeted us and made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast area was impeccable and he always checked on us to make sure that myself and my children always had what we needed. It was wonderful to have someone so nice and who cares about the service. It was nice to see especially these days we're good service is rare.

If you come to this establishment, don’t expect much you’re gonna be totally fine. We’re coming here since it opened and it was very good at the beginning. Then the pandemic hit it all went South from there. The staff does its best, there are great people working and then some can not be bothered . As we book suits for business meetings this time to get someone to clean is impossible, sheets are being changed every 3 days and basically you should treat your stay like an Airbnb . Bring cleaning roducts if this matters as the cleaning staff don’t speak English .. the breakfast is dominated by some unruly lady with enough English vocabulary to insult guests . It’s really a shame we loved it here from day one but from stays where the hotel was full of homeless people during pandemic to not having running water expect the pool for a week this is my last time here . Book yourself an Airbnb with r try to get something at Marriott who’s attitude is another complaint. Now excuse me as I have to Uber myself to Whole Foods and make the place presentable myself for the next 6 days of client meetings . Embarrassing

We checked in May 12 for a 2 night stay and requested room service to have the room cleaned the following day. We were advised that service is provided everyday depending on staff. The following morning we again requested room service at the front desk before we went out. Again, we were advised the same. When I returned later in the day I found the extent of service was clean towerls ONLY. Bed not made, garbage cans were left overflowing and dirty towels were still on the floor!!!! I immediately went to the front desk to complain to the manager Engin and he said he would contact housekeeping to come to the room to service it. I'm still waiting!!!! And the staff shortage excuse if getting a little tired. You're charging more money than ever before and you're still only give partial service!!! And don't say you don't have me registered. The room was booked by my husband R. Ingraham and I'm referring to room 711. See pictures below.

Absolute shambles of a hotel. Do not stay here! So much to say about this hotel don’t know where to start! Firstly there’s no bellboy to help you with your luggages when you arrive so you’ll be on a wild goose chase looking for one of the 4 luggage carriers they have in the hotel and you’ve gotta do it all yourself! If check in says 3pm then don’t expect a room until 5pm, even if you have a new born baby they’re not helpful and don’t care what do ever! When we booked our hotel 2 weeks prior to arriving we requested a crib to be put in our room on arrival- did they do this? No. Did they give us a crib when we asked on check in? No. Did they give us one when we asked 4 hours later? No. Did they give us one when we rang from a wedding venue we were at to make sure there was one when we got back.. NO! After absolutely kicking off with a pathetic receptionist we finally managed to get some sort of crib (was absolutely disgusting-make sure you bring your own sheets) at 2am that night!!! Absolutely horrific when you have a crying baby who’s used to sleeping in a crib! We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the cleaner never cleaned our room AT ALL. Never made the bed, no new towels. Just came in, emptied the bin (one of the three bins) and left extra bin liners for us. How can they not even make the bed or dust down the furniture or Hoover the room??!!! Disgusting! They also have no food at breakfast catering to vegetarians or a halal diet so don’t even bother asking them. They couldn’t care less. Unless you wanna eat waffles for breakfast everyday I’d suggest going down the road and eating breaky at the Marriott. The whole room was so damp. The carpet the floors everything about the room is damp, just feels disgusting to be in. Given they spent so long giving us a room at check in you’d think the room would be spotless, it wasn’t. Dirty behind the bedside cabinets, dirty bedsheets, not hoovered. Staff are all rude and useless. No one knows anything about anything. As much as the location may be great, don’t bother staying here, go to the Marriott across the road. If you have a baby STAY AWAY from this hotel. You’ll end up traumatised and your baby will become ill like mine. Overall a horrendous stay and would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

We have 2 rooms after a house fire. We are staying here 5 of us between 2 rooms and have had issues getting toilet paper, tissue paper and other basic necessities. The manager Jomar Hernandez has continued to suggest we change hotels because he doesn't have any staff to clean rooms or supply basic amenities. Hoping Jomar is replaced ASAP as this is the closest location to our home that is being rebuilt.
Jomar continues to hang up the phone on us and refuses to take any action or accountability. He just keeps asking when we are checking out. He is a liability to the hotel and should be replaced immediately or this hotel will need to be shutdown given the current circumstances. He isn't fair to the rest of the hotel staff by taking no action over working them and having no organization to ensure the rooms are at least cleaned every 3 days. He is way over his head and I hope the property management company takes action quickly so this gets under control.

When we arrived we had an email that informed us that the date of arrival that would be No water available from 9 PM to 6 AM the following day. We decided as we came from a very long flight to deal with it as it didn’t seem is problematic. We had no water for three days, no cleaning for three days we took It’s on us to disinfect and clean the room, had friends bring us cleaning products and some glasses and plates to even have a decent meal. The staff was as usual great, we are coming here twice a year from the beginning of opening of this place. But this time it was truly a trying experience. I cannot blame the stuff is that what is the situation beyond their control. This was the most dysfunctional and disorganized experience we ever had in a hotel. We understood that COVID Would restrict some services But not being able to have a clean room every day, or running water being not able to flush the toilet’s, we had to scramble to get bottled water to fill the tank and ultimately had to take showers in Friends apartments.Needless to say unacceptable. Also I want to clarify we have come here from the beginning and we love the hotel we love the service and that’s why we chose it again trusting that the water issue would not last longer than literally overnight. Who would’ve thought let’s stay in hotel would remind me of a camping trip in the woods.

We came to this hotel once marriot across the street didn’t offer suits anymore . The first year was impressive , the 2nd year great , the 3rd year they had no water for a week and becaue of Covid the hotel was ful of homeless . This year it’s literally next level ignorance . I come for work and business . We don’t get our rooms cleaned when allegedly the cleaners begin at 10 am. The place is still full of people that clearly are not travelers . And I can’t bring clients here anymore without feeling ashamed .. shame it ended up like this . But management should have a look at what exactly employees are running here

I use to love going to this hotel but now forget about it. The housekeepers have gotten worse and whoever is doing the public area do not care how the hotel looks. Please hire house keepers who know how to do their jobs .

I think it's the NJ Transit 167 line that goes to PA bus terminal at 42nd street, Manhattan from the hotel. I believe the r/t fair is $4.10 and depending on the time of day you're riding, they have express and local buses. Tried to include the link and phone number to NJ transit in this post, but, apparently, it's not allowed.
