Check in was easy. Room was decent. The bathroom floor could of been cleaned a little better and maybe eventually replaced/repaired. We needed a few rooms for a quick one night stay. I did not hear any complaints from anyone else in my party. The only thing I did not like, I was charged for breakfast , that most, if not all other Holiday Inn's give for free. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a family reunion get together and heard no complaints from our family. The staff was professional and helpful. Thanks to everyone for helping to accommodate our group in every way. The hotel is convenient to stores and the highway. Rooms were clean and check out at 12 is a plus.

Check in was decent but did not let me know where the elevator was. Room was nice and was clean but it is obvious the room needs updating Breakfast was good but the male employee seemed to be bullying around the female employee. Kind of took away from the breakfast experience. Left key at desk upon check out so no interaction

We decided to stay here so we didn’t have to leave early for a dance competition, my daughter can get her hair and make up done and only be 8 minutes away. Entry level was nice, the lady that checked us in could have been more friendly. I had to sign papers about COVID and sign a paper about their rules. We are spire elite members.The hotel smelt very clean. Our room needs an update, furniture chipped. And bathroom needs to be updated.At 1 in the morning a child was screaming in the hallway with a parent yelling at them. Someone was definitely smoking marijuana and could smell it in our room. At 3:00 am the fire alarm was going off and we had to evacuate the hotel. I called the front desk and they said ya I would leave. We sat in our car and then I saw the chiefs car leave. We went back in and were told sorry. No explanation, I am very surprised they did not come to each car that was running to let us know that we can go in. Horrible night sleep and horrible stay.

This place is not worthy of 1 star. It is filthy. Our room has a ceiling leak which leaks on top of our suitcase . The rugs make me want to take a shower. The whole hotel makes me want to.take a shower. Pool was advertised. I donned my bathing suit and WAS going for a swim only to find there may have been a pool behind the locked doors covered with paper I stopped by the restroom by the pool only to find no toilet paper or paper towels to wipe my hands. I am.sending this review to corporate because if this is the new Holiday Inn, I will start going to Motel 6 for the upgrade. Sorry Motel 6!

Okay so I’m not overly impressed but it’s not awful. A few nights would be fine but not long term. The front desk is friendly. They have a sauna, pool and workout area. The sauna is nice, gym is nothing to write home about and some broken run down equipment (there is a gym right behind the hotel if that’s a problem), pool looks nice. The area in general is not that nice.

My kids and I usually check in this hotel for the pool.. they get to cool down, i get to relax.. its not that unusual for this pool to get crowded.. its a hotel i understand that.. its not out of the ordinary that you run into rowdy kids.. THEY ARE KIDS... I get it.. but today was special i guess.. a family came in ... and decided that they were gonna take a swim... with JEANS AND SOCKS ON... kids were in trunks but the parents thought it would be ok to drag their germ infested street clothes and stinky socks in to the pool that my kids were in.. i called front desk and had them go there .. which he did.. stood outside the door .. for a couple of minutes.. and then LEFT! . WTF!? .. HE LEFT! 5 minutes past .. NOTHING!.. i called again and a lady answered .. she said "someone went there.. he didn't do anything?" i said no. and then she assured me that SHE was gonna get there and do something about it. right when i hung up ..THE SECOND I HUNG UP.. one of these inconsiderate swimmers gets a phone call .. and tells her family to get out of the water and they started panicking out .. "we need to go" ,,, "NOW"... they left .. the front desk lady NEVER came... NOBODY CAME.. now i am only human .. so i will be the first to tell you that ...i am quick to judge.its one of my delightful flaws.. so i am ASSUMING that this group of people knows the people that worked there.. OR worst ... they work there.. DISGUSTING! its absolutely unacceptable! i have been coming here since 2009 .. i know the former GM .. and this would never happen under Mr.A's watch. i don't blame the family if they were guest. for the benefit of their doubt; maybe tlhey did not know better. BUT THE STAFF SHOULD'VE DONE SOMETHING.. if they knew the group.. for pete's sake..they could've acted like they cared.. and acted to talk to the group... NO ..instead . they made me feel like they DID NOT CARE for their GUEST.. I paid for the stay .. i expected service... SHAME ON HOLIDAY INN for having such lack of respect. if management cares to see pictures ill be more than happy to give it to them .. somehow i highly doubt that ..
update: this morning my wife and i forgot the key inside when we out for breakfast%... i thought to myself.. damn! this is going to be a long process since we forgot our id cards inside.. we went to the front desk told them what happened ... and they just asked what room we were from and then.. they gave us a key... that easy! very helpful yet dangerous!! if u dont see anything wrong with this please txt me your hotel room numbers

My room had bedbugs, which I didn’t discover until morning. They didn’t charge me for the room, but when I sent a bill for $54 to dry clean all my clothes after I got home, they ignored it.

I stayed with my family while traveling to Manhatten and really was not satisfied with the hotel. #1, we had a room across the hallway playing rap music most of the night, #2, the hot tub had dirt in the foam which came from soap being put in, also had a towel floating in it, and dirt lying on the bottom. It did get cleaned up by the next day, but we weren't able to use it until the next day. When we did go into it on the following day, it registered 84 degrees at 7:00. Was told that it goes up 10 degrees per hour until it hits temperature. The rooms were not the cleanest, bathrooms needed help also. Rates went from $60 on Sunday, to $110 on Monday. We left after Monday.

Stayed here twice before for business trip; this time it is a better experience. However the climate control system in my room doesn't seem to work properly. Despite the fact that the temperature was set at 72F, it is very cold every time I got back to the room in the evening; so I had to re-choose the mode (going through cold, fan, heat) to activate heating, and then the heating does not seem to stop and the room gets hot...

Dear yli147, Thank you for you time to give us valuable feedback. Temperature control on our PTAC units are controlled by sensors. We try to go green and in that process unit stops when some one is not in the room for 20 mins or more. As far as heating is concerned unit would just blow fan once it reaches to the desired temperature in order. We would have our maintenance person check on the same when you are here next time to ensure that it works as per requirement.
