Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Check in was easy. My room was a gorgeous spacious 1 bedroom. The kitchen has everything except an oven. The bed is very comfortable and I liked how quiet it was, like you can’t even hear noise from your next door neighbors. If there was outside activity, like someone playing basketball in the court, that was the only noise.
If you’re hungry and don’t feel like delivery and don’t have a car, there’s a Ruby Tuesday right next door.
There’s a coin operated laundry room, but the machines seem to always be busy.
There’s ample outlets and drawer/closet space and a safe in the closet. Breakfast is served every morning (except the one morning there was a schedule “mix up” because the person running the breakfast decided to think they had the day off because it was Presidents Day. Sorry, not buying it.) They had hot and cold items at breakfast.
My only gripe (other than not getting breakfast on Presidents’ Day) was the gym is only a tiny room with one treadmill, and one elliptical machine. Also the couches and chairs are this vinyl, leather-like fabric, and I prefer a soft fabric.
Other than that, it was like a quiet apartment away from home. The price was excellent when I stayed here. I’d love to stay here again.

The staff is very cheerful, polite, helpful and accommodating of any needs. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and attractive. i was using a cane due to a recent injury and was given a room that was handicapped accessible without requesting it.

the place is really nice & well-kept. the water went out for a little bit while we were there, but that’s not their fault. what really bothered me is that we had THREE beds in our room & ALL of them had dirty sheets. one of them had dog hair everywhere & they all had stains/dirt on the sheets & comforters. when we told the front desk, they just said “we put a note about it.” they didn’t even offer to change the sheets, give us new ones, nothing. it was literally so disgusting & i’m so mad about it. i know places don’t always clean the comforters, but everything, even the sheets, on ALL THREE beds were dirty. otherwise, it’s in a good location & the rooms are really nice.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. The front desk clerk was very rude. He didn't even greet me when I first approached him. Once I opened the room it smelled like pee. It took forever for the AC to work. My wife and I were sweating for a couple of hours. I had to keep the AC running for several hours to feel comfortable. I was shocked to see that the sofa bed had no cover at all. When we went to sleep I noticed the blanket was filthy. There were stains all over the blanket. Lucky that my wife brought a blanket with us so end up using that. My daughter found live spiders and dead flies in the room. In the morning when I went outside I saw trash all over the yard. I had to go to Walmart to buy an air freshener for the room to get rid of the nasty smell. You cannot even get your breakfast, you have to ask the lady at the breakfast area to give you breakfast. Only serve bagels, bread, and muffins, there were no eggs or waffles. On our 3rd night, the fire alarm went off for at least 30 minutes but never saw anyone from management came out to investigate. Mostly the locals live in this motel so kids are all over the place and throwing trash everywhere. A family that was living on top of my room was very loud. I heard kids running around in the room until 3 am. I cannot believe I spent almost $1000 dollars on this filthy and trashy place.

Couch is ripped to shreds, kitchen floor is filthy, counters are gross, door lock is busted, kitchen sink is moldy. If I wasn’t so dang tired I sleep in my car. Switched rooms and even with all the above, this room is better cause there are no body fluids all over the bathroom.

This place is absolutely disgusting and the front desk employee is completely inept. Our 1st room was filthy! A 2 bedroom suite with no extra toilet paper, filthy flooring, leftover food in the refrigerator, and inoperable TV remotes. After complaining, we were given a new room but they inactivated the keys to the dirty room so we couldn't get our luggage out of the room. At the front desk, the employee has "stepped away" so I am just waiting. . . It has been 30 minutes. . .

The room had a odor and I used cleaning spray and a room deodorizer to try to lessen the smell but it didn't work. The furniture had holes in the couch cushions and the office chair was missing a chunk on the arm rest. The refrigerator didn't work. It was on the coldest setting and it did not get cold. We kept everything in the freezer which did not freeze and the ice maker only produced about 6 cubes and didn't do anything after that. The last time we stayed here it was 6 years ago and loved it. Back and this was a horrible stay.

It was going great until the morning that house keeping kept banging on my door, my you I was there for 4 days prior, with a sign on my door to not disturb. My last day there I just wanted to sleep in and relax. They opened my bedroom window while I was sleeping and said oh you're still here! No apologies. Rude and very weird. Who does that. The bed is literally right next to the window!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This was like a 2 bedroom apartment. Stove and refrigerator were provided, along with dishes and utensils.

I saved a lot of money on food, by being able to cook in the room.
A good breakfast was provided by the hotel daily.

It was definitely worth the price.

It was in a quiet location.

Words can not describe how terrible the shape of our room was. Attached are a few pictures. We were offered a different room which was slightly better but still dirty. First time I’ve ever refused to stay in a hotel. Disgusting
Photos of dirty rug and destroyed couch cushions. Not pictured: dirty bath towels and filthy bathtub
