This hotel has housed several families during Covid, and they took care of our family on numerous trips as we tried to find a new home. Best staff ever! Lina, Maria, Omar and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Staying in a hotel with three young kids for weeks at a time could have been a stressful experience, but we kept returning to this specific Home2 Suites because of the staff, comfort and cleanliness. This travel weary mama is so grateful for the kindness and care we received.

Always a great place! Clean facility and very friendly staff. Great location. A nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good, different egg dishes each day, as well as scrambled eggs and a waffle maker. I have stayed here before and will again.

I am not familiar with this area, so I am not sure if it is good or bad. There was a lot of 'activity' in the hallway throughout the evening and communing outside for partying/grilling while I was there... which was a bit uncomfortable since I was not interested in staying at a party hotel. When I went to get on the wifi to do some work the networks (besides Hilton) available were "Hoe Hoe Hoe" and "Baby Daddy Crib".
They offered fully contactless check in/out (which I LOVE) so I walked through a very nice and clean lobby up to my room. The room itself was clean and if you have stayed at a Home2 prior -- pretty spacious as far as hotel rooms go.
Now, the sleep quality was 'meh' for me. When I walked in, I was shocked at this big huge king bed with two small pillows that barely covered the head of the bed. I thought, whatever, I am here alone and only need two pillows. Little did I know until I was shutting down for the night they were those supper cheap pillows where the insides get all balled up and separated. It kinda felt like one of those cheap fair toys that get all separated and misshapen. I woke up in the middle of the night with my head in-between all of the pillow stuffing. So yah, like put some cash into your pillows Hilton.
I suppose all and all this hotel had some great points, and some not so great points so rides that middle three star line.

Budget hotel with large rooms. Economical for extended stays. Amenities were basic, don't expect luxury. Some areas appeared dated and not as clean as it should be. Hotel receives a lot of guests so maybe it is getting run down. Continental breakfast is average with few choices and ends early at 9 am. Attendant puts out limited amount of food so it runs out quickly. Breakfast area has limited seating and few tables. This is our second stay at the hotel. On both occasions, guests tend to gather outside the main entrance and create noise well past midnight. Had to call front desk a couple of times to resolve issue. Sofa bed has uncomfortable mattress. Hotel should invest in a better quality sofa bed especially if they advertise rooms can accommodate multiple guests. Hotel is close to Rahway NJ transit train station - less than a mile and can be reached by foot. Other than the train station, there isn't much around the property. No maid service on weekends, make sure to get to clean towels by Friday morning.

We spent 4 nights at Home to Suites and it was really a great stay. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We did not prepare for the indoor pool (Floridian's do not dare to go in the water in 30 degree weather) nonetheless, it was a beautiful indoor pool. Usually I am up in the morning for breakfast, but I did not enjoy the breakfast here. I still gave them a 10 because they did offer a variety of items for the kids.

I reserved a room on 2 separate nights (they just happened to be back to back nights) with two separate CC. As a Diamond member, I was supposed to get credit for 2 separate stays & a total of 8,400 points based on my base rate for each night. The accounting department at this hotel combined the reservations and only credited me for 1 stay and only half the points. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past (because the property is well-kept) but will never stay here again because of this. I also noticed on the receipt it didn’t state I was a Diamond member as all Hilton receipts should show your status if you have one with Hilton. Make sure you double check your bill + your points if you stay here. Don’t get cheated like I did.

We had two rooms one room checking in for two nights starting on Friday and another room starting on Saturday. When we arrived there was an issue with the internet and we had to wait in the lobby until they found a solution however my issues was on Saturday. I arrived at 3:30pm to check into the second room and there were still challenges with the internet connection so I had to fill out a credit card authorization form and present my id to be copied which I obliged to, after this I had to wait in the lobby as the front desk agent told me she has to “check in everybody who’s in line before she goes to manually see which rooms are clean before issuing keys. About an hour passed and I observed persons being checked in who came after me so I proceeded to the front desk and inquired only to be told I need to fill out a form. I inquired which additional form do I need to fill out and to my amazement it was the same form we did previously. I told the young lady that we already did this step and she moved around some paperwork she had scattered on the desk and very nonchalantly stated that she couldn’t find the form so I have to redo another form. I inquired where is the previous form with all my credit card information and she stated she couldn’t find it after several minutes of back and forth I recommended she go to the back where she took my id and see if the form is there and apparently it was just there sitting in the back.long story short I got the keys after another 10minutes and went to the room, while going to take a shower human hair was all over the floor of the bathroom. I decided to send the manager an email a Mr. Nader Sedfawy highlighting the challenges . On Sunday morning I asked to speak with MR. Nader Sedfawy and explained to him my challenges at check in and he was rather unbothered and even mentioned that I am making “ a big deal out of nothing” ( your front desk agent miss placing my sensitive information is nothing I guess), secondly I showed him the pictures of the hair i found in the bathroom area and he stated he will talk to the housekeeping manager on Monday might I mention nowhere in this interaction was an apology issued no empathy, no understanding just a blatant disregard for my challenges.

Easy for an overnight stay for business travel. There was some room (hall/upstairs) noise. Breakfast was OK. Hot/prepared items like eggs would have been great, but the microwave options were good enough for a 1-night stay in a pinch. everything was clean and the coffee was decent.
