Detailed Reviews
We stayed at the hotel for a night on Christmas day 2021, staff was very nice, cooperative & helpful. Facility is bit dated and is in a fair shape but considering the price we paid for 4 people along with Breakfast included, you can't ask for more. I also left my ID at the hotel which Mary the manager was kind enough to mail it back to me and saved me lot of trouble. Would definitely recommend..!!

Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip. Sometimes you get what you pay for. The amenities were good for the price. The room was OK and can be a bit noisy at night. Depending on where your room is, it could be a long walk even when you park near a closer door. Needs a lot of updates but the pricing was good compared to other hotels in the area. The front desk staff was great!

This wasn't my favorite even tho we got the room @ a great rate and it was the closest hotel to our destination. The bed was comfy and room was clean overall. We had no soap or shampoo in our room and I needed to go to front desk to get. Our TV also didn't work and we waited a long time for the one employee on staff to have a chance to fix. The fridge made me gag when I opened it...smelled gross and it was warm (light was on). Bathroom was clean, but basic dusting of ceiling corners was lax as I soon realized I wasn't taking my shower alone. Continental breakfast was below average. When we walked in side entrance it smelled, like smoke. Both front desk male employees I dealt with were wonderful.

+1
This hotel is under construction for “renovation” purposes but I actually stayed in one of the rooms that was allegedly renovated according to the hotel staff. Basically the room has newer laminate floors and a few newer appearing framed art work. That’s it. The building is just old. The AC system needs up grading and there’s actually an old electric power switch board on the wall adjacent to the window. The shower is old and it’s evident that there’s been many caulking repairs done to the tub and shower. The hotel supplied body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers, which was convenient unfortunately none of them worked. Lastly the chair in the room was stained and filthy.
Ok enough about my room. Like i said the hotel is under construction, which explained why the pool was closed but to be honest I never saw any work being done to any part of the hotel throughout my 5day stay. The carpets within the corridors are filthy and really should be replaced. Lastly this hotel has several rooms being occupied as “extended stay” guests. According to the manager these guest have been residing there for several months. Unfortunately for me my room was located directly across the hallway from one of these families. They were loud and there toddler was running in the hallway at 1:00 am on my last night there.
I’m my opinion the only nice things about the hotel was the exterior lighting used to illuminate the front of the hotel in the evenings and the location. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The receptionist on duty when I arrived was rude and condescending. The room I apparently “reserved” was unavailable so I was “upgraded” to a suite that had a kitchenette.
I’ve stayed at all types of hotels from 1 star to 5 stars, but this was by far one of the worst. The hotel and rooms were dirty and poorly taken care of. The carpets were filthy, the curtains were stained and the bathroom was no better than one found at a gas station. Surprisingly, the beds looked fairly clean, so I said a prayer and hoped for the best.
Thankfully my stay was only for one night. All I can say is that I grossly overpaid for this room and the 3.7 star rating online is about 3 points too high. Who ever took the photographs of this hotel should win an award.
I will NEVER stay there again, and I will tell everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

there's simply no way the new jersey health department could have given the ok on this place to operate. it's horrifying. i am not kidding when i say this hotel needs to be torched to the ground. i wasted over $100 on this dump booking thru hoteltonight & all refunds have been refused. i didn't even stay there for the night it was so bad. literally stayed in the room for 30 mins and ran for my life. it was foul. i honestly think a homeless shelter would be better than this filthy sleazy hotel.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The second you walked in it felt dirty. It's dark, dingy, and has a strange odor. All hours of the night through the paper thin walls you hear people in and out of their rooms. The side door is supposed to be locked from 8pm-6am and it didn't even close all the way. I felt like we were staying in a crack den. We checked out at 5am because we couldn't stand to be there for another minute. There were stains on the sheets. House keeping didn't want to give us extra sheets because "it wasn't their room to clean". Wyndham should be ashamed that this hotel has their name on it.

Stayed on the second floor , the D entrance to the building is disgusting. I mean really revolting. Replace those stairs & carpeting , it is absolutely uninviting!!
The gentleman at check in was the the highlight of the stay , he was kind and courteous despite being quite busy ~ probably from so many people calling down to complain about the rooms & other clientele.
The lobby is deceptively clean & bright. The rest of what I saw of this huge hotel is outdated , damp and dingy.
Unsavory characters abound & the outdoor grounds need serious maintenance!
The room itself wasn't as horrible as the second floor entrance or else I wouldn't have been able to sleep there. Still the linens could use upgrading and the carpeting etc needs replaced.
There was fingerprints & grease on the fridge , coffee maker and microwave none of which I used as I was lead to believe that they hadn't been cleaned.
I am literally desperate to find affordable accommodations on the 80/287 PA NJ section of the road trip we take to visit family.
Tried two Baymont hotels now on the way out &
way home and they definitely are not it.
For $160 a night this is an absolute shame. & too that was a discounted rate booked off a last minute travel website deal.
The grab & go brown bag breakfast is sad. Yogurt, oj and energy bar and apple. This place has a whole lounge & restaurant there's no reason they cannot offer decent hot breakfast.
I will not return to this location unless it's been entirely renovated & serious improvements are made.

I asked the front desk for two more towels and a extra blanket. The owner of the place was there and began Reading me the riot act. I was asked over and over why I need them.
On another day I asked if I could use some tape, like duct, or packing tape. Once again, I made to give them my room number, name and promise over and over to bring it back, it felt as if I did not bring back the 1/4 roll of tape the hotel would have instantly declared bankruptcy.
Over and over this happened. Me and my whole family were staying there for a few days, we were having my brothers wedding there. So we had many rooms, This hotel is decent, and some of the employees are just top notch. It’s sad that the owner of the place is the grumpiest person on site and he isn’t afraid to remind you of it either.

Despite the overwhelming smell (it HAD to be more than just a few dozen cigarettes, maybe there had been a fire?). They wouldn't change my room or even check it out for themselves, just offered to "spray" it. All of my negative assessments here are based on the horrible smell and the "solution" offer by the front desk. Foe instance, I rated sleep quality low, not because of the bed, but sleeping with that air was hard.

Good morning,
Unfortunately we do not have a heated pool. Temperature all month about 80 degrees.
Our hotel pool policy is you must rent a room overnight to use the pool.
Really need to call hotel.
Hi Zen269,
We are located in the suburbs of New Jersey about 30 miles from NYC. We are a 10 min drive to the buses that take you into Manhattan. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call!
