I booked on their website a specific rate for exterior access non smoking. At check in they explained to me that was an error on their website and there is no exterior access as non smoking. Rather than honouring the rate that was booked and confirmed. They proceeded to charge me an additional $8 per night despite their error. Of course I have no choice as I am standing there having to check in. Not honorable and will not go back for this reason and the fact that the towels can be used as sandpaper…. no joke.

First, the way they advertise smoking rooms is misleading. They describe them as Smoking (Exterior Corridor), which might give an impression that smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace.
Don't fall for this trick. People DO smoke in those rooms and the smell is TERRIBLE!
Second, there's NO BREAKFEST contrary to what they advertise on the website.
The room service is non-existent. No one will clear your room until you leave. Which means no new towels, no more coffee, and you'll have to take care of your own trash.
There's no way you can call the reception from your room (or get a wake up call) as the phone in the room does not work.
Free WiFi equals NO WiFi. The Web went down and never got up again for 4 days until I left. Not even sure how many days it took to finally fix it.
Find another place to stay if possible!

Upon checking in, I ended up getting a modern room. The floor wasn’t clean. The hallway had some musky smell. The fitness center had a water dispenser but didn’t have water in it. According to their website, they provide breakfast/coffee but they didn’t have any in the morning. Also had trouble getting into the room. The room key wouldn’t unlock the door so I ended up going three times to the front desk to get a new one. They mentioned the magnetic strip was the problem. The parking was also a little weird. You can’t park in the front as it’s the restaurant parking but you can park in the back. The tv remote didn’t work either. I would recommend this hotel just for a night stay but not more than that. Besides all of this, I really liked the location.

The coffee maker in the room was never cleaned from the previous rental, there was no breakfast or coffee available as was advertised. The overall condition was poor there were garbage bags piled up outside the doors to the parking lot. I was very disappointed in this hotel and will not stay here again.

This place was horrible. I'd give it a zero rating if I could. When we went into the non smoking room I booked, it reeked of cigarette smoke and the top blanket on the bed was covered in cigarette burns. The carpet felt damp and was extremely dirty. The TV had a thick layer of dust on it and was tiny. They had Direct TV and it kept getting pixelated and would freeze ever few seconds. The jacuzzi tub worked fine, but the timer to turn on the jets was around the corner from it, so you had to get in and out of the tub to turn it on every 20 minutes or so. There was no breakfast at all, according to the description there was supposed to be a light breakfast with coffee and juice, we went over in the morning and there was nothing at all. My husband forgot his razor and asked the girl at the desk and she acted like it was the end of the world that she had to go look for one. Then when we got it back to the room it was used, it had dried shaving cream and skin on it, beyond gross. We also asked for extra coffee packets for the room, since they had none in the lobby and again she was very bothered we asked for something. The coffee maker only would fill the coffee up half way in the cups after I had to keep trying to turn it on at least 10 times. We ended up going to McDonald's which we could walk to. The only pros was it was easy to get to off of I-80 and it was easy to get to the concert we were going to in Clifton, NJ down Route 46, but there is no way I would ever recommend this place to stay or would ever stay there again.

The internet was not working. I called the front desk in the evening to address it and there was no answer. I need internet access for work. In the morning, the manager told me 'it works fine for me' but I showed hom on my phone that There wasn't even a network available. The room A/C is apprently set so that it cannot cool below the mid-70's. I prefer a cool room for sleeping. The sun shines brightly around the windown blinds early in the morning on the east facing windows. I used the fitness room and the air conditioner would not turn on in that room. The water cooler was empty and there were no water cups anyways. When I told the manager about this, he said, 'Well you can't please everybody' as though I was being unreasonable to expect working A/C and internet or someone who actually cared to addess my disappointment. Will never return, and I advise you to stay away, too.

The front desk staff are very rude and there is no proper wifi facility. Before making the reservation I called the property to confirm about the breakfast since my spouse is diabetic and they lied. They never served breakfast and said that they don’t have food license. About the internet they asked to sit in the lobby and started blaming that all our devices are crap which is why we are having problems with wifi. We had to checkout early and they didn’t even refunded. No housekeeping was offered throughout 5 days.

Whatever you do . Don't stay in this hole, don't let the pictures fool you , those are old pictures from previous management , the place is filty all around, inside and outside the rooms are so disgusting smell like urine and cigarettes, the carpets in the rooms and hallways smell and are so dirty,the lobby also stinks. The manager an Indian gentleman from New Delhi don't care about cleaning the place or trying to accommodate the guests. I request him to check me out the hotel he refused. I also told him to charge me for one night he also refused. Complementary breakfast is a joke. I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this place.

Booked a room via the Wyndham app for my daughter. It was for a non-smoking room with a jetted bath. She was provided a smoking room, the bathtub was dirty, and the carpeted floor wet without the tub ever being turned on. For these reasons the tub was never used and the separate stand up shower was instead. The tub room was specially reserved because of back issues while traveling.

Front office was very rude and unprofessional. Our reservation changed without any indication and we were provided 1 small bed for 4 members, even though we booked 2 double beds. No extra beds provided.. Our booking says breakfast included, but we were informed that they dont provid any more.. Front office person Mr. Mohammed was very rude and he informed us that he allocates room based on his preference, not per customer's request. He asked us to leave the property if we dont oblidge with his choices. Also, he was not worried about the reviews too

NJ Transit Bus service would be a good option from Days Inn Parsippany to NY compared to Train, you have a NJ Transit Bus stop within 500 feets of hotel.
