It was an okay stay. The staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant was delicious. However the room wasn’t the cleanest. It didn’t have an odor. It was dusty. There was a covid cleaning sticker on the door to state it was clean. Once you push the door open the stickers rips apart to indicate some has entered the cleaned room. Maybe it was cleaned a week prior to my stay and dust settled. I did report the conditions at the end of my stay.

I stayed here for one night. The hotel is nice but there was one thing that caused me to change to another hotel for the rest of the week - the HVAC. It is an older building and does not really have independent temperature control for each room. I like my room cold with air blowing. Unfortunately, this could not happen. There is a sign below the thermostat advising how to use it.
The staff offered another room to me, but it was no different. They let me cancel the remainder of the stay without penalty.
I’d stay here again if they updated the HVAC.

Having a good time made better by bartenders Barry × Bridgett. Very engaging + quick service. Likewise Lily @ the coffee bar was friendly as well as helpful with a detailed account of all that is offered there + info about Times of availability of other food services. Hotel's Favourite
Hilton is our second home away from home. We always look forward spending our time at the hotel whenever possible. Though the hotels have different facilities and amenities it's the STAFF that always fill the void . Their smile , friendliness and professionalism always shines. Shout out to two Hilton Parsipanny NJ staff .. JANNA and MARIANNE of NGR cafe .. that really showed us the Hilton hospitality. Thanks to the two ladies for their excellent service . See y'all soon !

My family stayed at this Hilton for the weekend because my brother was getting married close by. We stay at Hilton’s all the time, and my mother works for Hilton so we are generally loyal and biased in Hilton’s favor. But this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
We know that they’re short staffed with all the covid layoffs, but this was inexcusable.
When we checked into our room, there was old rotten fruit in the refrigerator from whoever stayed there last, and the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain.
At 2am there was a huge puddle of sticky red goop taking up a large portion of the entrance way inside the lobby. It didn’t get cleaned up until noon the next day, despite us pointing it out twice.
When I asked on Saturday where I could get lunch, the staff was completely unhelpful and disinterested in providing me with any guidance.
The housekeeping never came the whole weekend. When we checked out, they told us that there were signs that said you have to request cleaning service now. When we said no one told us this, they were defensive and unapologetic, simply saying they had signs and it was written at the bottom of the email reservation confirmation.
If you’re staying in this area, just stay at the Westin Governor Morris; it’s so much nicer, and the staff actually understands that they’re in the hospitality business.

I’ve stayed at this hotel close to ten times in the past six months. Every time something goes wrong! Here’s a list of six experiences that come to mind:
1. Key card machine breaks and guests require escort to get to their room and can’t access their room independently for hours.
2. AC didn’t work in late summer, requires a building mechanic, but he couldn’t fix it.
3. I was assigned a room right by the gym where I heard people working out at ungodly hours.
4. A Ruth Chris employee kindly dropped my bag off at the front desk (I accidentally left behind at their restaurant attached to the main lobby). In the morning, upon realizing my mistake, I ask the front desk attendant if anyone dropped a bag off last night. Without even checking, the desk attendant assured me no one has returned my bag. It had my work laptop in it among other things. Four hours later I call the restaurant and they confirm they don’t have the bag. I return to Hilton front desk and ask a different attendant to look in the back. She produces my bag.
5. The elevator is always broken.
6. The hotel has arbitrary rules like deliveries can’t go up to guests rooms. The place is massive and had ZERO security protocols that prevent random non-guests from wandering the property, hence the rule is nothing more than an inconvenience to guests.

Having stayed at this property for business prior to the pandemic, I had looked forward to staying with my family this June 2021. I remain a Hilton Honors Gold after many years.
Let me tell you, this place has dropped so far and I will not stay here again. Costumer service seems non-existent or when it does exist the attitude is "we can't be bothered". The place is clearly being poorly run and under managed.
1) Outside the lobby the place is simply dirty. It was clear hallway floors weren't vacuumed once over 6 days. Cobwebs in some corners.
2) Room itself was cleaned with little attention to detail. Bathroom fixtures were covered in water spots from the time we walked in. Mirror was peeling away from backing. No attention to details at all. Bathroom itself has no fan or ven. I can only imagine the mold in those walls!
3) Were told at check in we needed to request room cleaning 24 hours in advance. Fine, no problem. First time around they didn't clean the room until the 3rd formal request (so missed 2 days of cleaning). 4th time requested 2 days before checkout and never done. In all cases I called or went down to the front desk to make the request.
4) On two consecutive mornings around 10 am the fire alarms went off. There was no announcement that said it was an emergency or to disregard. The first time we trekked down in pajamas to the front desk and they were arrogant and uninterested. They said the system was being repaired and could care less. Others were also downstairs upset. Manager was a jerk who said we over reacted! Second morning it happened so called down and person on the phone was apologetic but still no excuse for this. Have the darn forethought to send a note to all those staying at the hotel that this was ongoing.
I can go on but I think this is sufficient.
Think twice before staying here again.

I have no complaints at this Hotel, front desk clerks are always polite courteous and knowledgeable, every stayed I had here has been comfortable and now the things are getting back to normal I can enjoy a hot breakfast fresh cooked by a chef in front of you. Thumbs up !
I also was happy and able to retrieve a Jacket I left behind about 2 months ago I spoke with front desk clerk "Siennah"before I checked out, she looked for it and was able to find the jacket stored in a bag by housekeeping ready for the owner to pick up. I travel for work 3x a month, stay at various hotels. This was a family trip but I look for the same base line qualities. This older hotel is well designed with a big airy lobby, multiple gathering areas. Parking is free, and safe. It is on attractive, lush grounds. Nice bar, easy breakfast or dinner options. Importantly - a spotless, spacious room, with quiet air, great shower, quality fixtures and excellent bedding. Smart, friendly personnel at front desk. Example - a large wedding was on. (Tucked away in the ballroom space) They had a large guest room block. Front desk staff (Pravan) asked about our room preferences and made a point to find a room that would not be impacted (we needed sleep!). Upon departure, we picked up a fresh buffet breakfast to go, and the staff was quick to check we had all needed. Walked out happy, rested, and reminded that hospitality is not the price of the place, it’s always about the people working within it.

All three rooms I was assigned to were dirty. The clean room seal stickers were broken on all doors & the front desk agent didn’t care. I wasn’t thanked or treated like a Diamond member. The rooms didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator even though it’s was advertised on the booking. They tried to change my rates at the front desk on several occasions and caused a lot of confusion by sending me multiple receipts.There was blood on the bathroom floor in our final room. The interaction with the front desk staff was all around terrible.

Yes it has a lounge, it's good if your desire to have fun and socialize late into the night, if you're with the family and is looking for a low key atmosphere this isn't for you, it can get very noisy, don't get a room near the lounge. Diamond club perks is a bottle of water and a one hour check out delayed, rooms needs a slight makeover
