The Florentine Family Motel is owner-operated with a friendly staff. The beautiful North Wildwood beach is just a few houses away. Relax in our heated pool under the sun, or peruse the various attractions, thrill rides, and water parks just a couple of blocks away. The elevator makes it easy to get to our 2nd & 3rd floors. We offer daily housekeeping and laundry facilities, along with free Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator and microwave in every room. We can accommodate couples and parties up to 10 in our new Style One Plus.

Wanted to get away for a few days (Tuesday- Friday) just the two of us. I emailed a few places we have stayed in the past and other new places and Florentine was by far the best prices and best reviewed with availability. We chose the style 5 room (King Bed) which is located pool side. Room had enough room for the 2 of us and was clean. Emailing back and forth was fast and on check-in day staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Paying was easy and spots weren't crazy small like some motels, I have a full-size pickup truck and had no issues.
Staff was around cleaning and sanitizing the public areas.
This motel is very close to the boardwalk and beach. Will definitely consider staying at the Florentine for future visits to the beach.

It has been a very hard year for all due to the Coronavirus. We only went down to the Jersey shore once this year but we were able to get away with 2 other couples and had a blast! We felt very comfortable staying at the Florentine, we know how hard they work to keep the entire Motel (including BBQ area and pool) pristine and their guests happy. The rooms are very comfortable, you can always count on a clean room with air conditioning, blowdryer, tv, refridgerator and a microwave. Can't wait to go back to the Florentine Family Motel next year, looking forward to 2021!!

So Happy I found this hotel. The owner was able to accommodate my needs at a last minutes notice when I left another hotel due to awful conditions. My room was ready early and I can not say enough about how clean and well run this hotel was.
The staff and owners were present at all times , they were constantly cleaning and sterilizing. It was very reassuring. We will be staying here again without a doubt. Wonderful family run business. We had a wonderful week. Great location to the boardwalk!

Our 1st time staying at the Florentine and it was really nice! Very helpful management/owners from the moment we checked in right up until we checked out. The rooms (connecting rooms) were spacious & clean & the pool was nice too. The Florentine staff did a great job keeping up w/ high winds & crazy weather w/ the storm from Hurricane Isaias. We didn't lose power & housekeeping kept cleaning the rooms & making sure everyone was safe. We most likely will be back next summer!

We went on Tuesday 8/25 to 8/27. My friend and I have two teen autistic boys. Its not easy to travel with them. We met the new owners which were both super sweet and helpful. They are a married couple that live on site with their children. The mother helped me bring all my bags via cart to our room . I am disabled with a foot injury currently. I had a lot of things to bring for my special needs son. The husband is a chiropractor. Kid swimming hours are till 8:00 p.m. I started to get my son out of the pool at 8:00 p.m. I thought he was coming out to tell me we had to leave. I said we are getting out now, his reply was no I was coming to see if you needed help out of the pool? I was very shocked and thankful. Not to many gentlemen in this world today. Thank you for a lovely stay the room was perfect for us as we could separate the boys when we needed to with the combo room which had two entry doors, two refrigerators , two bathrooms, and stove and microwave for their special diets. Thank you again. We will be back and highly recommend this family business. The woman that checked us in was also a delight and their little boy even helped us. Great family. ! They are very nice and the place was very clean and right off the boardwalk. Who could ask for more? Great job guys !!!!!😁😁😁😁 Karen White

My husband and I along with our daughter and her friend were able to book the perfect style rooms for our week down Wildwood - two bathrooms! Perfect for us to clean up after a day at the pool or to get ready for dinner! Being in the midst of a global pandemic, The Florentine Family Motel handled all restrictions and safety precautions very well without feeling overwhelmed by rules and restrictions. The entire property is well maintained by each and every family member and staff who you can tell are like family. We will definitely stay at The Florentine our next visit to WW!

By far this is our go to place to stay when we are in Wildwood, Jim and Shannon are nothing but amazing and completely there for you for whatever you need. Even through the uncertain times the world is going through at the moment, they go above and beyond to make sure people feel comfortable all the way from cleanliness to continuously checking in with you. Rooms are nice and even being renovated based on customer feedback. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and we are looking forward to our future stays.

The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel like family. After swimming in the heated pool it was nice to lay out on the sun deck and relax with the music played by the hotel. The beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding. This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. The staff is constantly disinfecting all areas of the hotel. I will be recommending the Florentine Hotel to my family and friends.

The rooms were ideal. We had the Combo room for the three of us. Each had our own beds, two bathrooms were perfect! Our rooms were tucked in the corner away from foot traffic. Quiet and relaxing.
The Motel is very clean. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful with any needed towel, supplies, etc. and suggestions for activities and food.
I've already booked again for next year, which will be our third year.

We treat ALL our guests with respect and equality. We have guests from ALL ethnic backgrounds and religions. We are a family and couples over 21 motel. The only red carpet we roll out for previous guests we get to know what that like and we accommodate them. For example, some want extra pillows in the room and housekeeping puts them in the room before they get here. Also, when guests are here 5 years they get a 5 year pin. We have a wall of over 350 repeat guests from 5 years to 40 years. Each 5 years they get a new pin matching the number of years they have been with us. I thank you for the question and hopefully answered it to your satisfaction.
