My husband and I stayed here for one night and had a great stay. Check-in was smooth, our room was spotless and modern, and the breakfast had a great variety. The thing that really stood out was the fact that housekeeping kindly found two of my forgotten bags and I was able to pick them up from the front desk later. I really appreciated that. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Aside from this location being close to a myriad of eating and shopping options; the hotel itself was spotless and the staff was nothing short of fantastic!!! They were pleasant and helpful in a way that seemed natural. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options unlike any continental breakfast I've ever had at any other hotel. Not only would I recommend this hotel to couples and families alike; it has become the place I will stay every time I revist this area. All hotels should be run as efficiently as this one.

Stayed for 5 nights at Residence Inn by Marriott New Brunswick Tower Center Blvd and it did not disappoint. Chose to stay here because its a brand new property that includes a kitchenette with indoor pool.
We were assigned to room # 305 (one king bedroom suite). Jenny, Rahul, Ernst and Miguel Colon were very accommodating. I used points with booking the room and was lucky that the 1 bedroom suite were available and it included a bathtub.
Daily Complimentary breakfast was included. The kids enjoyed using the indoor pool daily and had such a great a memorable experience.
The rooms are spotless obviously since its a new property. We had a great experience and was very happy during our stay.
5/5 Stars.

We were notified via the Bonvoy app our room was ready so we went to check-in right at 4:00pm but were told by an unfriendly/unwelcoming (no greeting was offered) front desk representative that the room was not ready. No time frame was given for when the room would be available and the representative was clearly annoyed when I asked for an estimated time. When she checked the computer to answer my question, all of a sudden a room was available so I really don't understand what changed with asking for a timeframe. As soon as we entered the room we secured the door with the bolt and safety latch which was a blessing because 10 minutes after our arrival a male employee (he had on what appeared to be a housekeeping uniform or some other type of uniform, perhaps maintenance?) attempted to enter our room. My husband went to answer the door but by the time he got to the hallway, the male employee was all the way down the hallway and was walking pretty quickly away from our room as if he was trying to get away so as not to be recognized. This made us feel really uncomfortable during our entire stay, especially when we left the room to go to a planned event so we took anything of value with us but still worried the whole time we were way that he would enter our room when we weren't there or could possibly be in the room when we came back. The room wasn't the cleanest which was also a huge disappointment. There was a dirty stain on the bedsheet and a fecal stain in the toilet (see the pictures) and of course lots of hair in the shower from the prior guests. If we weren't in a hurry to get to our event, we would have requested a different room. Lastly, the money grab of charging for parking was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the room and considering how plentiful the parking was. The room and hotel could have potential to be decent but we aren't willing to give this disappointing Marriot a 2nd chance when safety and cleanliness aren't guaranteed.

Residence Inn is my preferred Marriott hotel. I have stayed at many of them across the US and this one is by far my best experience. It is a real shame that I only stayed for a quick over night.
We wanted to get away for just a night without the kids (wife's birthday), so we found this hotel about 30 minutes away, near my wife's favorite restaurant. So we dropped the kids off with grandparents, went out to dinner and then went out for our night away.
I hadn't done much research into the hotel, like I normally do, since it was really just to sleep in. When I pulled up google maps to see where the hotel was, I was surprised to see street view showed a construction site, so I knew the hotel was new, and was excited to see what it was like.
Check in process was smooth and FD agent was very friendly. Lobby was clean and surprised to see a bar at a RI, a first for me to see. We got our room key and were so happy with the room. Spacious and clean. The shower was so big it didnt need a door the entire way to keep the water in, which was amazing for me, I love a big shower (this was probably 3'x10').
The next morning for breakfast there were many great options. We keep kosher and the staff was more than happy to bring out boxes to show us what things were and if we could eat it.
We had the room across from the pool/gym entrance but we didnt hear any noise despite an active gym in the morning. Pool looked nice from the door but we didnt go in further.
Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again if we needed another night alone

DON'T BOOK HERE if you want a particular bedding type. Apparently booking a King bed room the same day doesn't mean you'll get a King bed room. They'll "call" it an upgrade, saying you requested it, even when you didn't. Very very rude front staff.

Great location. Actually incredibly quiet considering the hotel is right next to several major thoroughfares and the occupation rate seems pretty high. I mean REALLY quiet. I don’t know what it’s made of but I wish all hotels used the same materials in their construction. Breakfast is okay. Nothing special or even very good but certainly serviceable. The staff is extremely pleasant. The exercise room is good—free weights, bikes, treadmills, foam rollers—but I’m always perplexed why hotels don’t include a rowing machine. The pool looks nice, but we did not have time to take advantage of it. Why not five stars? Considering it’s a relatively new property, the common areas are not especially clean. Hallways, front entrance, exercise facility, elevators all need more attention. Not sure if housekeeping is understaffed or just not attentive but definitely needs improvement. That being said, we had a comfortable six night stay and would certainly stay again.

My sister in law and I stayed at this hotel overnight as my husband had major surgery at RWJ Hospital. Customer service to make the reservation was good and told me if the surgery was cancelled and postponed that they would waive the cancellation fee, but thank goodness that didn’t happen. As we arrived late and I booked the 2 queen suite we were given a wheelchair accessible room. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that I was a little disappointed was the kitchenette table and chairs were missing and wouldn’t have cared much about it but we brought a late dinner in. We did make do with the accent chair and desk chair at the small desk. As it was a warm October night we did sit outside in the courtyard which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast . All in all a nice stay under the circumstances. Great for what I needed it for and great for business guests.

Modern, updated, full set of cookware and dining sets, comfortable lighting and bed, nice swirling tv in the middle of the room, so it fits whether u work or chill, pool and workout room also clean, neat and well maintained. I’d say it checked all my points for what I hoped for for a week long stay. I didn’t have much interaction with staff, but they did inform me housekeeping needs to be requested 24hrs ahead which wasn’t a big deal to me, and everyone was very courteous and prompt with all the request I made. So thumbs up. Only thing I guess there’s no resistance training option in the gym which some people might be a bit disappointed but doesn’t bother me so. All good here and will return for future stays.

I was fortunate to stay at this location for approximately 5 months straight while on an extended business trip. The manager and staff at this Residence Inn treat all guests like family, going the extra mile to ensure an exceptional experience. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the free breakfast is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about my stay and highly recommend this location to everyone at my organization.
