One of the best Hamptons in which we have stayed. Warm welcome as a Diamond member when I checked in. A quiet, clean and comfortable bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay. Our family booked a total of 4 rooms to attend a family members birthday celebration. The staff was very helpful and kind. The front desk staff were more like Inn Keepers, making sure we has everything we needed, from directions to delivery food options, to taking great group pictures. The hotel was clean and the room accomodations were spacious and well appointed.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with warm welcomes, coffee and flavored water. The inside of the rooms are immaculate, well designed and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel also provides gym access and a complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay with them again in the future.

They give you a bad cold boxed breakfast and you have to reserve the pool and gym to get in and they never have a free slot. taking advantage of people during covid to make a bigger profit. I would not stay there until they fix this.

Dear Roving482094, Due to state COVID restrictions that we must follow, our hotel cannot operate a buffet breakfast. We have adapted to include a grab ang go breakfast, with a variety of items, including two choices of a breakfast sandwich. We also cannot open our breakfast due to capacity limits. In a hotel with 109 rooms, we would only be able to allow 17 guests to be down for breakfast at one times; this is not a feasible task for our team. When booking a reservation with our hotel, we have alerts in place that the pool, business center, and fitness center have new policies in place. The fitness center is accessible by room key with amended hours. This allows us to ensure proper sanitizing of the room after usage. At the front desk we have two signs to ask us about our new pool procedures, as well as a sign on the desk in all of our guest rooms and one hanging at the pool. Unfortunately, we do have to abide by the state guidelines, which is to operate our pool at 50% capacity, which is a max of 12 people in the area at one time. We have ensured that all facts about our amended procedures and amenities are publicly posted before booking a stay with us and during a stay.

I am very disappointed in the attitude of some of the staff at the Hampton Inn of Neptune/Wall. Front desk attendant Lori was extremely rude to my mother as she was dropping off gift bags for my wedding where we booked over 30 rooms. They also hung up on my cousin when he called to check on his reservation telling him he was “cursing” on the phone which he absolutely did not do. The majority of my guests have similar complaints of rude staff during their stay. The hotel was also not accommodating to our request of an early check-in for 1 of the 30 rooms in our block for the groomsmen to get dressed in even after we were told my reserved room was unbooked the day prior. Forcing us to make alternate plans. You would think after giving them so much business they would do their best to accommodate this request. With so many hotels in this area I would recommend staying AWAY from this hotel when you have to stay in Neptune/Wall.

We appreciate the time you took to give us feedback, joe222023. Our staff takes a lot of pride in the one of kind service we provide. We always strive to exceed all of the needs of our guests. We sincerely apologize that Lori came across as anything other than accommodating when she was assisting your mother with the gift bags. Early check in is not a request that is guaranteed and since the hotel was completely sold out the night before, it was conveyed that it would not be available prior to the arrival date. All of our group block agreements do specify this as well. You were specifically told this as well numerous times, in emails and phone calls. Our team was able to store the luggage of those who needed it until you and your guests were successfully able to check in. We sincerely appreciate the business of all of our guests, whether with a wedding room block, or traveling for business or leisure. With 109 rooms, we do diligently strive to accommodate all requests, however, some circumstances do prevent us from being able to. We hope to share a more positive experience with you soon. We sincerely appreciate the review and feedback.

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and as such I like to stay at different properties across the portfolio. This was a short weekend stay, not far from home just to get away from the usual grind. As always I checked in and chose my room via the app the day before the stay. Upon arrival and parking in the Diamond specific parking area, I proceeded directly to my room.
I found it to be larger than expected and noticeably clean. Plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom was also adequate with plenty of space for my toiletries. No issues with hot water.
Somewhat later I went down to the desk to claim my spring water and snack, and at that time my status was recognized by friendly staff.
In the morning I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I rate this Hampton the highest in this regard, as I was able to get both scrambled eggs AND sausage (often it's one or the other).
If the price remains right and this property keeps it up, I recommend this place for those visiting the Jersey Shore or just needing a stopover during a trip on the nearby Garden State Parkway.

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and check-in was a breeze. My room was situated a bit closer to the elevator than I prefer, but I wasn't going to complain about that because the front desk clerk told me the hotel was sold out due to multiple wedding parties lodging there for the weekend.
What I did complain about was the fact that either Trip Advisor or Hampton Inn "double booked" my room!
While I was relaxing after a LONG day of travel and other events, I was about to eat my snack and call it a day, when I heard the key card unlock my door, and 3 people walked into my room! Needless to say, I was scared out of my wits because this is how people end up missing! This is a dangerous safety concern that should NEVER have happened!
The 3 intruders and I went down to the front desk to straighten out the confusion, which is how we found out the room was double booked. The intruders (who were very nice people and as mortified as I was about the situation) were assigned a different room and I was to stay in my original room. In hindsight, I should have been given a new room to ensure my privacy, and I shouldn't have been told the "intruder's" room number for their privacy.
I spent the rest of the night listening to make sure the door wasn't opening again, even though I had the doorstop engaged.
When I checked out the next morning, the front desk clerk initially said there was nothing she could do because I booked through a 3rd party website. Only with my insistence did she offer to have my next stay (if I go back) free. I asked for something in writing because verbal agreements are worth nothing, and she wrote on her business card "discounted stay on next visit", which means whoever I speak to will probably give me 5% off for my inconvenience, lack of safety, and decreased peace of mind.
Hampton Inn hotel employees are usually more attentive and concerned with their guest's safety. Cleary this place didn't attend that day of training. I don't think I'll go back to this hotel again. If I do it will definitely be my last option.

Over the Christmas break, we needed a hotel that we could stay at for 5 days to attend my grandfathers funeral. I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The staff was helpful and always there for anything we needed. Breakfast was also very tasty every morning. They had a selection of omelettes, juices, and even smoothies. The rooms were nice and clean. We would definitely stay here On our next trip to NJ.

Yes you can. It is about a 15-20 minute walk on an overpass to the outlets.
Point pleasant is 15 to 20 minutes from there
I haven't seen a shuttle bus, so you may need to ask them directly. As for beaches, there are many (who all have different things to do) so it depends on which one you are going to. The hotel is closest to Asbury Park and Ocean Grove but not too far from Point Pleasant
It took us a little over 10 minutes to get there.
