Detailed Reviews
Great place for a holiday. We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The staff could not do enough for us. We bought the food and beverage package and it was well worth it the food was amazing and you were allowed a certain amount per day per person and per sitting so if you did not spend your allowance at lunch you had the balance added to your dinner amount so you just had to remember the amount if you wanted to spend extra. The drink package was great and if you did not jump the gun you could have unlimited wine, beer, basic spirits and cocktails from 12pm - 10pm at no cost so well worth buying the package. Over all our stay was fantastic the only drama we had was on check out they tried to charge my partner and extra $305 for the room for an extra night and when I spoke to them the price jumped to $350 for the room. But when I refused to pay showing them that we had booked and paid for the room from the 12th to the 17th November and just because our flight did not get in till the morning of the 13th and we arrived at the hotel at 7am they could not charge for something that had already been paid for. The only other thing is watch when you be from the shop if you want to get the duty back as they did not give the right paperwork to claim it once we got to the airport so we lost about $80 that we should have got back.
But overall after all is said and done Yes I would go back and stay here again.

Yanutha island is a private with a village on one side and some cottages and a kitchen on the other side where people can come by boat.
The beach is so nice. The cliff above the beach has giant bats flying around. There were also kittens that came up to us and hung out, probably because we fed them.
They will cook up a BBQ lunch, sell you some souvenirs. It is very rustic and not over run with tourist.
It is an ideal spot for lazy beach time, snorkel from shore. The best part is the reef that is a few mins off short. Amazing!
Best is to arrange a private boat for a group to the island. It takes about 45 min to an hour depending on where on the coral coast you are comb from.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was our first time in Fiji and our first time trying an all inclusive resort. The resort was about an hour from the airport by bus along country roads. At the resort the staff were all warm and

My wife and I made a reservation at the resort. However, we were in the area a few days ahead to explore and decided to drop in and checkout the facilities before we checked in on our planned date.
The security at the gate was absolutely rude, stating that if we were not current guests we could not proceed to the reception desk. Even, after explaining that we had reservations but not for that particular day and we merely wanted to see the facility and maybe have lunch at the restaurant. The security guard at the entry point , kept saying that the resort was full and we could not go in. How he knew that was beyond me
It was clear he was lying. He kept insisting that we go online and make reservations.
We left quite disgusted with the treatment. Now we are considering to cancel our reservations for later in the week and going to First Landing.

Overall the island is tranquil ... You can either lay on the beach , go snorkelling , treck up the hill to get amazing views , play games , learn about Kava to a lovo lunch & even having a game of volley ball !!! I will remember this place forever .... Stunning đź‘Ť

I had a great stay at Yanuca with Mr Wise and his family. The accommodation is basic but if your happy with that you'll love the place. Beautiful marine reserve out the front with a good fish count and great coral. Some great walks around the island or to the look out. The food was much better then I expected, a basic breakfast, hearty lunch and awesome dinner. The surf and fishing were a highlight also with Frigate reef not to far away and some other reefs good for trolling or poppering.

If your looking for luxury... then this is not for you. This place is for the adventurous traveler who is looking for a place to stay while surfing the world class reef break Frigates. There is amazing snorkelling or free diving here also. This is a beautiful place to stay, with pristine views from your water front beach bungalows, green grass to lye on in the shade of coconut trees, Hammocks to relax in, and the sound of the small waves lapping at the shore to put you to sleep after a long day of paddling for waves. The showers are cold, and the toilets flush once per day. However, You will be treated to great simple food cooked by your host Mr Waisele (Weis) and fish caught locally. The small island is home to about 90 happy people in the village. To get here you have to get a short 30 min boat ride organised by Mr Weis, the boat captan is Moses. To get in contact with him email Mr Waisele on waisele.masirewa@gmail.com or call him on 997 89 58.

We didn’t stay here but I’ve been to this beach on Yanuca many times. White sands, clear waters, many shells. Awesome snorkelling over reef not far from shore.
One of my favourite places in Fiji, love it
